MANUTENZIONE
MANTENIMIENTO
•Usare detergenti neutri, meglio se liquidi.
•Utilice detergentes neutros, mucho mejor si son líquidos.
•Evitare il contatto con ammoniaca, alcool, acetoni, diluenti, solventi organici,
ecc.
•Evite el contacto con amoníaco, alcohol, acetonas, diluyentes, disolventes
orgánicos, etc.
•Per la pulizia usare soltanto panni in cotone soffice, non utilizzare panni o
spugne abrasivi.
•Para limpiar utilice solo paños de algodón suave, no emplee paños o esponjas
abrasivas.
•Dopo la pulizia sciacquare abbondantemente con acqua corrente per eliminare
ogni traccia di prodotto.
•Luego de la limpieza aclare con abundante agua corriente para eliminar todo
rastro del producto.
•Dopo ogni utilizzo sciacquare piatti e/o pannelli con acqua corrente e asciugare
con un panno morbido.
•Tras cada uso aclare platos y/o paneles con agua corriente y seque con un
paño suave.
MAINTENANCE

l’intégrité du contenu des emballages au moment du
déchargement. Aucune réclamation ne sera acceptée
pour des dommages subis par la marchandise au cours
du transport si elle n’a pas été formulée directement au
transporteur. Pour la marchandise présentant un “défaut
de fabrication” qui n’aurait pas été relevé au moment de
la livraison, les réclamations ne seront acceptées que
si formulées dans les huit jours après la réception.Une
attention particulière devra être apportée au contrôle des
produits en Arock dans la mesure où aucune réclamation
ne sera acceptée après le déchargement.
JURIDICTION
Pour tout différend, de quelque nature qu’il soit, le
Tribunal de Brescia (Italie) sera seul compétent.

TRIBUNAL COMPETENTE
Para cualquier controversia el Tribunal competente será el de
Brescia (Italia).

Sie stellt
kein Angebot dar; die Firma Cima Arredobagno s.r.l. behält
sich jederzeit Änderungen vor und haftet nicht für eventuelle
Schreib- oder Druckfehler.
PREISE
Die in Euro angegebenen Preise verstehen sich als
Kundenpreise und sind immer ausschließlich MwSt.
MASSE - Die Maße sind in Zentimetern angegeben, außer
wenn anders angeführt.
PRODUKT
Die technischen Informationen dieser Preisliste sind
Richtdaten. Die strikte Übereinstimmung mit eventuellen
Musterstücken ist nicht verbindlich.
LIEFERUNG
Die eventuell vereinbarten Lieferfristen sind immer
unverbindlich, vorbehaltlich Behinderung durch höhere
Gewalt. Der Versand erfolgt auf dem von uns als geeignet
angesehenen Weg, der nicht beanstandet werden kann.
Die Waren reisen auf Gefahr des Auftraggebers, auch wenn
sie frachtfrei verschickt werden. Es besteht kein Recht auf
direkten oder indirekten Schadensersatz wegen verspäteter
oder nicht erfolgter Lieferung.
INSTALLATION
Die Installation muss von fachkundigen Personen durchgeführt
werden; wir übernehmen keine Haftung für die vom Verkäufer
oder Dritten ausgeführte falsche Montage und eventuell
daraus entstehende Schäden.
RÜCKERSTATTUNG
Warenrückgaben werden nur nach schriftlichen Genehmigung
der Firma Cima Arredobagno s.r.l.angenommen. Der
Empfänger ist verpflichtet, beim Abladen zu kontrollieren, dass
der Inhalt der Verpackungen unversehrt ist. Beschädigungen
der Ware während des Transports müssen direkt beim
Frachtführer beanstandet werden. Reklamationen für Ware
mit “Produktionsfehler”, die nicht beim Abladen erfolgt sind,
werden nur angenommen, wenn sie innerhalb von acht Tagen
nach der Lieferung vorgebracht werden. Besonders sorgfältig
müssen die Produkte aus Arock kontrolliert werden, da für
diese keine Beanstandungen nach dem Abladen angenommen
werden.

Zuständiger Gerichtshof für alle Streitfragen ist Brescia.
