Il fondo dello scavo deve essere realizzato con
materiale di granulometria abbastanza fine, in
modo che non ci siano spigoli vivi a contatto
con le pareti del pozzetto. Poiché la larghezza
dello scavo può essere ridotta, si consiglia uno
scavo non maggiore di due volte il diametro del
pozzetto. Valori maggiori potranno, naturalmente, essere adottati per consentire l’agibilità delle
maestranze al fine di un’accurata sistemazione
del fondo e del letto di posa e di una corretta
esecuzione di tutte le operazioni necessarie
per la realizzazione delle eventuali giunzioni e
soprattutto per la costipazione del materiale di
rinfianco. Le pareti dello scavo, soprattutto nella
parte di terreno in cui è alloggiato il pozzetto,
devono essere le più possibili verticali, compatibilmente anche in questo caso con la tipologia
del terreno presente in sito e con le caratteristiche dell’opera. Del resto in alcune situazioni
i manufatti vengono installati direttamente su
terrapieno, con il classico caso di trincea infinita.
Il riempimento dello scavo è la parte più delicata nell’installazione e va eseguito mediante
compattazione a strati successivi di circa 30 cm.
Un valore di compattazione ritenuto accettabile
è nell’ordine del 90 ÷ 95% di indice Proctor.
PROCEDURE DI RINTERRO

Porre il materiale di rinterro della zona del manufatto in strati da ogni parte e compattare
secondo le metodologie riportate in tabella 1,
a meno che altrimenti specificato nelle specificazioni di progetto. Assicurarsi comunque di
20÷25 cm

delle connessioni presenti nel manufatto. La caduta libera di materiale di rinterro sulla genera20÷25 cm

trice va comunque controllata in modo che sia
tenuta al minimo. Il rinterro deve essere steso in strati approssimativamente uniformi, se applicabile e compattato secondo quanto
previsto nella tabella 1. Quando si prevede che l’acqua di falda possa fluire attraverso l’incassatura granulare si deve considerare di
provvedere barriere come sbarramenti d’argilla. Terreni finemente granulati con plasticità da medio ad alta e terreni organici sono
generalmente considerati non adatti come materiale di ripiena per la zona primaria attorno al pozzetto. Le proprietà strutturali del
materiale di ripiena sono primariamente dipendenti dal tipo di materiale e del grado di compattazione raggiunto. Il grado di compattazione può essere variato usando differenti tipi di equipaggiamento e variando il numero degli strati. I gruppi di materiali idonei
vengono classificati secondo la tabella 2.
METODO DI COMPATTAZIONE
La tabella 1 fornisce gli spessori massimi raccomandati degli strati ed il numero di passi necessari per raggiungere le classi di compattazione per vari tipi di equipaggiamento e materiali di ripiena nella zona del pozzetto. Include pure gli spessori minimi raccomandati di copertura necessaria sopra gli eventuali tubi presenti in prossimità dei pozzetti prima che corrispondenti pezzi di
equipaggiamento possano essere usati sopra il tubo. Per raggiungere il 90 ÷95% di indice PROCTOR é indispensabile utilizzare
piastre vibro-battenti (fig.1), ed utilizzare ghiaia o sabbia. É scentificamente provato che é impossibile raggiungere tali gradi di
compattazione con argille o limi.
L’utilizzo di un meccanismo di compattazione vibro-battente, conferisce al terreno un carico dinamico (fig.2) modificando la sua
struttura instabile raggiungendo la sua stabilitá ed aumento di densitá.
Rinterro fuori cassatura
La rimanente parte del rinterro può essere fatta con materiale scavato con un massimo di dimensioni delle particelle fino a 300
mm purché ci siamo almeno 300 mm di copertura sopra le condotte connesse con il pozzetto. Se la compattazione è necessaria il
materiale deve essere adatto per la compattazione e devono avere le particelle con un massimo delle dimensioni non maggiori di
2/3 dello spessore dello strato di compattazione.
NOTA: si richiama l’attenzione di ogni regola di sicurezza locale e/o nazionale.

Controllo della qualita’ della compattazione
La conformità alle assunzioni di progetto deve essere confermata con uno o più dei seguenti metodi:
- controllo continuo delle procedure di rinterro;
- verifica della deflessione iniziale,
- verifica in sito del grado di compattazione.
Dopo la riparazione o altre procedure di collegamento, ci si deve accertare che quando si sostituisce il materiale di rinterro sia di lato che sopra si abbia
una densità approssimativamente uguale a quella immediatamente adiacente alla zona rimpiazzata.
Posizionameto della soletta ripartitrice
E’ doveroso posizionare sempre una soletta ripartitrice dei carichi. Essa va fatta attenzione che non gravi mai sulla struttura del manufatto in PE. E’ infatti
un accorgimento indispensabile che il diametro del foro all’interno della soletta sia maggiore di alcuni cm rispetto al diametro esterno del cono di
riduzione del pozzetto specificatamente con un diametro del foro maggiore di 70 cm.

Precauzioni speciali
Qualora vi siano applicazioni di una certa criticità (forte presenza od elevata
altezza del pelo libero della falda acquifera od elevata profondità del fondo
scavo) è indispensabile adoperare alcuni accorgimenti. Affiché vengano ovviati fenomeni di galleggiamento o di rigonfiamenti del corpo base è sufficiente rinfiancare il pozzetto, nell’intorno di 15/20 cm del corpo del manufatto, servendosi di calcestruzzo (CLS o più comunemente chiamato cemento
magrone). Tale accorgimento non è altro che una precauzione al fine di creare un ambiente di posa il più possibile idoneo alla difficoltosa istallazione che
alcune situazioni geotecniche possono creare. E’ doveroso infine marcare la
completa disponibilità dell’ufficio tecnico Futura S.P.A. a redigere e seguire
le metodologie di rinfianco, consigliando ad hoc le quantità e gli spessori di
CLS sufficienti a garantire la qualità e le prestazioni del pozzetto in PEAD.

di conoscere le condizioni in situ del terreno indisturbato, ne le specifiche di
posa previste consigliamo comunque di riferirsi alle norme UNI EN 1046; uni

tutta la superficie disperdente.
