L’amore per la natura e per la vita all’aria aperta così come la passione per i viaggi e per l’esplorazione
è da sempre nel DNA Beretta. Sono proprio i viaggi, che siano d’avventura alla scoperta di luoghi
affascinanti ed incontaminati o di caccia in terre lontane, i temi dominanti della nuova collezione
Beretta Primavera/Estate.
Questa volta andiamo in Mongolia a caccia di starne, forcelli, anatre ed oche, spinti anche dalla
curiosità di scoprire le ricchezze di un territorio profondamente legato a riti e tradizioni, così vasto che
l’occhio si perde scrutando l’orizzonte.
A love of nature and life in the open air, a passion for travel and exploration have always been in the Beretta
DNA. So what better theme for the new Beretta Spring/Summer collection than travel, whether in search of
fascinating, unspoiled places or hunting in far-off regions.
This time we go to Mongolia in search of grey partridge and black grouse, ducks and geese, driven by the
desire to discover the offerings of a region that is deeply rooted in ritual and tradition, and stretches as far
as the eye can see.
L’amour envers la nature et la vie à l’air libre, la passion pour les voyages et l’aventure font partie depuis
toujours de l’ADN Beretta. Or les voyages, d’aventure à la recherche de lieux fascinants encore intacts ou de
chasse en des terres lointaines, sont précisément le thème dominant de la nouvelle collection Printemps/Été
Beretta.
Nous partons cette fois pour la Mongolie, à la chasse à la perdrix grise, au coq de bruyère, au canard et à
l’oie; mais c’est aussi la curiosité qui nous pousse à la découverte des richesses d’un territoire profondément lié
à ses rites et à ses traditions, tellement vaste que l’œil se perd en scrutant l’horizon.

Paesaggi stupefacenti, orizzonti e vallate che sembrano non aver mai fine, il silenzio spezzato solo dal
vento e dal canto di brigate di starne che si chiamano da ogni direzione. Tante sono le sfumature di
colore che l’occhio coglie: le chiazze verdi e l’azzurro di piccoli laghi salati, le stoppie e i versanti boscosi
di montagne che parevano nude.
Magnificent landscapes, boundless horizons and seemingly never-ending valleys, the silence broken only by
the wind and the song of flocks of grey partridge calling from all directions. Many are the shades of colour
the eye perceives – clumps of green and little blue salt lakes, stubble and the wooded slopes of mountains
looking bare from afar.
Des paysages à couper le souffle, des horizons et des vallées qui semblent ne jamais finir, le silence brisé
uniquement par le vent et par le chant de bandes de perdrix grises qui s’appellent de toutes directions.
Nombreuses sont les nuances de couleur dont l’œil est flatté: les taches vertes et le bleu de petits lacs salés, les
chaumes et les versants boisés de montagnes qui paraissaient dénudées.

Senza confini, a confronto con una natura selvaggia e pura, l’uomo torna ad essere cacciatore vero e

Dopo una intensa giornata all’aria aperta si è accolti in maestose tende circolari di feltro bianco, i
gher. Bellissime da vedere, biancheggiano nel verde del paesaggio mongolo, capolavoro di tecnica e
funzionalità.
In a region that knows no bounds, surrounded by nature at its wildest and purest, man can rediscover
what it really means to hunt freely, ready to experience the excitement of discovering unexplored tracks and
challenging game right out in the open.
At the end of a hard day’s work in the open air, travellers are taken into gher, the majestic circular tents made
of white felt or skin. A delight to see, they stand out against the green backdrop of the Mongolian landscape,
masterpieces of technology and functionality.

Sono le stesse tende nelle quali i nomadi della steppa sopravvivono ai rigori dell’inverno, oggi così
come accadeva tre millenni fa. Al loro interno si respira tradizione e religione; la disposizione delle
persone e delle cose osserva intricati simbolismi, ispirate alle credenze religiose e sciamaniche: tutto
deve avere un posto e ognuno deve entrare, uscire o sedersi secondo precise regole.
The same as those in which the nomads of the steppe still survive the rigours of winter as their ancestors did
three thousand years ago. Inside, the atmosphere is suffused with tradition and religion; the arrangement
of people and things follows intricate symbolism, based on religious and shamanistic beliefs. A place for
everything, and everything in its place – everyone must enter, leave or sit according to precise rules.
Ce sont les mêmes habitations dans lesquelles les nomades de la steppe survivent aux rigueurs de l’hiver,
aujourd’hui comme il y a trois mille ans. On y respire à l’intérieur tradition et religiosité: la disposition des
personnes et des choses observe un rituel symbolique complexe inspiré de croyances religieuses et chamaniques;
tout doit avoir une place et chacun doit entrer, sortir ou s’asseoir selon des règles précises.

Il panorama venatorio è unico. Da un lato si è protagonisti nella caccia alle starne, a galli forcelli,
alle oche ed anatre che d’improvviso si levano da piccoli specchi d’acqua e dall’altro si è spettatori
dell’antico rituale kazako della caccia con uccelli da preda. Le protagoniste di questo spettacolo unico
e suggestivo sono le aquile che arrivano a pesare fino a sette chili e vantano un’apertura alare fino a
due metri e mezzo.
The hunting panorama is unique. You can hunt grey partridge and black grouse, the geese and ducks that
unexpectedly take off from little lakes, or you can witness the ancient Kazakh hunting ritual with birds of
prey. The protagonists of this unique spectacle are eagles, some weighing as much as seven kilos, with a twoand-a-half-metre wingspan.
Le panorama de chasse est unique. Si, d’une part, le voyageur participe comme protagoniste à la chasse aux
perdrix grises, aux coqs de bruyère, aux oies et aux canards qui, à l’improviste, s’envolent de la surface de
petites pièces d’eau, il assiste également comme spectateur à l’ancien rite kazakh de la chasse avec des oiseaux
de proie. Les protagonistes de ce spectacle unique et suggestif sont les aigles, qui peuvent peser jusqu’à sept kilos
et ont une envergure de jusqu’à deux mètres et demi.

I kazaki sono una popolazione nomade, presente anche nella Mongolia occidentale, che ha preservato
molti dei propri costumi. Catturano ed addestrano le aquile dando vita all’antica arte della caccia con
uccelli da preda, una tradizione vecchia di 2000 anni.
The Kazakh nomads are also present in west Mongolia, where numerous ancient customs are still preserved.
They capture and train eagles for use in the ancient art of hunting with birds of prey, a tradition that dates
back two thousand years.
Les Kazakhs sont un peuple nomade présent en Mongolie occidentale qui a conservé de nombreuses traditions.
Ils pratiquent la capture et le dressage des aigles pour donner lieu à l’ancien art de la chasse avec les oiseaux
de proie, une tradition qui a plus de 2000 ans.

Non appena il cacciatore scorge una volpe o una marmotta, manda l’aquila in aria in direzione della
preda. Il rapace prima sale in volo per individuare l’animale e poi va giù, in una lunga e veloce picchiata,
immobilizzando la preda fino all’arrivo del cacciatore.
As soon as the hunter has spied a fox or marmot, he launches the eagle in the direction of the prey. The bird
first soars on high to identify the animal’s location and then performs a long nosedive, immobilizing the prey
until the hunter arrives.
Dès que le chasseur aperçoit un renard ou une marmotte, il lance son aigle dans la direction de la proie. Le
rapace commence par s’élever pour localiser l’animal puis, de là-haut, il fond sur la proie dans un vol piqué
et l’immobilise jusqu’à l’arrivée du chasseur.
