Avremmo necessita’ [...] di sapere quante sono le” gg “gia’ assegnate per UNHCR nell’anno. O
quanto meno quanto sono state le giornate in questo anno.
Per “giornate” noi intendiamo quanti sono gli spazi gia’ prenotati e per quanto tempo (basta
anche un dato approssimativo tipo: 200 spazi prenotati per 100gg all’anno).
Correttezza della definizione di donors nelle varie fasi di vita. Le chiedo se la nostra
interpretazione è corretta al fine della preparazione dei vari file excell:
–Produzione Gross Gross – (quantità di donatori reclutata nel mese di riferimento – es. gennaio)
– Produzione Gross – (quantità di donatori inviati dopo il processo di welcome – caduta circa 12%)
– Produzione Netta – (Quantità di donatori che non effettuano la prima donazione –no show caduta circa 20%)
– Attrition a un mese – (% donatori che effettuano la prima donazione ma non effettuano la

– Attrition a 2 mesi – (% donatori che effettuano la seconda donazione ma non effettuano la terza
– circa 6%)
– Attrition a 3 mesi – (% donatori che effettuano la terza donazione ma non effettuano la quarta circa 4%)
– Attritiion a 6 mesi – (% donatori che effettuano la sesta donazione ma non effettuano la
settimana – circa 2%)

Yes, Metaface is used to upload donors’ information.As per TORs UNHCR would prefer Agencies to use Metaface
(without implying any additional costs for the Supplier) but each Supplier can feel free to propose any other data
entry system.
As per TORs UNHCR wishes to acquire an amount of 3,000 new donors from each Supplier. This amount is not
binding to participate to this tendering process.
For this reason Supplier/s are kindly invited to submit their offer anyway even if they are not able to guarantee to
UNHCR, quantity of regular donors mentioned above.
Average monthly number of front-liners necessary to recruit 3,000 donors is comprised between 20 and 25 (based
on an average performance).
This number depends on the efficiency of each front liner in recruiting new donors.
Outsourced Agencies are expected to organize frontliners teams in locations and during public events in which
frontliners will be able to meet a significant number of potential donors.
Each outsourced agency will make use of a congruous number of frontliners and will plan their positioning in
locations adequate-for-F2F-fundraising activities.
For example, considering an average monthly turn of 20 working days per frontliner having an average level of
efficiency (number of donors recruited in a day by a frontliner), the Agency should make use of a range comprised
between 20-25 frontliners per month in order to ensure an annual result of 3,000 new donors.
Locations are usually identified and acquired by the Agency. Note that, when possible, UNHCR will provide Agencies
with some locations and events for free.
Gross Gross Productio: it is correct. It also called sign-ups
Gross production: It is the gross gross production minus the lost donors identify during the verification calls.
Net production: It is equal to the gross production minus the number of donors who do not make any donation ("0
Payment").
One month attrition: % of donors who make the first but not the second donation
Two month attrition: % of donors who make the first and the second donation but not the third;
three month attrition: % of donors who make the first, the second, the third donation but not the fourth
6 months attrition: % of donors who make the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th donation but not the 7th.
12 months attrition: correct.
UNHCR does not confirm percentages indicated by the vendor. Each vendor should indicate their own %.

Il nostro modello, come verrà esplicitato, non prevede la presenza su strada, ma solo in presenza
19 di location (aeroporti e centri commerciali, il cui costo è un nostro investimento che viene
recuperato nella componente variabile. E’ un problema?
A model based only on the recruiting of potential donors in locations and special events it is acceptable for UNHCR,
but independently from the model used (fix and variable cost for example) UNHCR requires each Agency to duly fulfil
the financial form in which the cost should be all inclusive.
Emergency Plan. Cosa intendete con l’emergency script, uno script diverso per i potenziali
20 donatori? Se si, non dipende dal tipo di emergenza che si viene a creare. Cosa esattamente
dobbiamo specificare?
UNHCR is only requiring an example of the dialogue/scrip that frontliners will use with potential donors during an
emergency situation. Please provide just an example.
