Profilo Azienda
I mercati sempre più competitivi e le crescenti difficoltà in cui opera il mondo produttivo, hanno
enfatizzato la necessità che le Aziende ottimizzino i loro processi produttivi allo scopo di eliminare
qualsiasi tipo di spreco, obiettivo raggiungibile seguendo i dettami della LEAN PRODUCTION.
Fatti propri i concetti alla base di questa filosofia produttiva, LeanProducts, a partire dal 2005, ha
ricercato, selezionato e sviluppato un’ampia gamma di componenti e sistemi indispensabili
all’attuazione pratica dei principi lean; inizialmente il processo di ricerca e sviluppo ha avuto luogo
nell’ambito di Tecnogroup srl, azienda con trentennale esperienza nel campo della produzione e
commercializzazione di componenti e sistemi per l’automazione; nel 2009 ha acquisito autonomia
giuridica e a Febbraio 2010 la certificazione.
Pur conservando la propria indipendenza giuridica, LeanProducts opera nell’ambito di un gruppo a cui
fanno capo, oltre che Tecnogroup, una unità produttiva a Vicenza, e una realtà commerciale
“OPL automatizacija” a Lubiana per la gestione diretta dei paesi dell’ex Jugoslavia.
Interessante è anche il portale internet LeanValley (www.leanvalley.eu), creato e mantenuto allo
scopo di diffondere il lean thinking in Italia.
LeanProducts ha sede a Pordenone, opera attualmente su una superficie di 1000 mq e si avvale
della collaborazione di personale tecnico e commerciale.
LeanProducts si propone come partner in tutte le situazioni di ottimizzazione:
- dei flussi produttivi e di materiale mediante un sistema innovativo per il MATERIAL
HANDLING
- della riorganizzazione del posto di lavoro secondo i principi dell’ergonomia
- della riduzione delle scorte attraverso il SISTEMA KANBAN
- del miglioramento della comunicazione a mezzo del LEAN VISUAL MANAGEMENT

contratti di esclusiva, comprende una grande varietà di componenti selezionati per la semplicità e
praticità di utilizzo e le cui caratteristiche di flessibilità e possibilità di personalizzazione, li rendono adatti
ad ogni specifica esigenza, e permettono di raggiungere risultati sorprendenti in tempi contenuti.
Il costante impegno, la competenza acquisita e la flessibilità, unitamente agli accordi siglati con
primarie aziende nazionali ed internazionali, hanno permesso a LeanProducts di conseguire in

Company Profile
The increasingly competitive markets and difficulties in the world of production have
emphasized the need for companies to optimize their production processes in order to get rid of
any type of waste. This goal can be reached by following the principles of LEAN PRODUCTION.
Endorsed the concepts behind this production philosophy, LeanProducts, since 2005, has
researched, selected and developed a wide range of fundamental components and systems for the
practical implementation of lean principles.
The process of research and development initially took place within Tecnogroup srl, a company with a
thirty-year-experience in production and marketing of components and systems for automation.
LeanProducts srl has gained autonomy in 2009 and obtained the certification in February 2010.
Nowadays LeanProducts operates within a group made up of Tecnogroup, a production unit in Vicenza,
and a commercial reality “OPL automatizacija” in Ljubljana for the direct management of former
Jugoslavia countries.
An interesting web portal, LeanValley (www.leanvalley.eu), has also been created and mantained whose
purpose is to spread lean thinking in Italy.
LeanProducts has its headquarter in Pordenone and currently operates in an area of 1000 square
meters with both technical and commercial personnel.
LeanProducts is the right partner for all situations of optimization:
- of production and material flows thanks to an innovative system for MATERIAL
HANDLING
- of the reorganization of the workplace, according to ergonomic principles of ergonomics

Gli identificativi di posizione descrivono esattamente
una posizione (simile a un indirizzo postale), che
può essere trovata facilmente dai dipendenti. Il
codice sottostante, per esempio, indica in ogni suo
valore le posizioni dello scaffale, della colonna,
della riga e della posizione identificata in rosso
nelle immagini sottostanti.
Position numbers describe exactly a place (like
a postal address) that can be easily found by
all employees. The following code, for example,

C shape magnetic label holders are the easiest and most practical way to visualize
and move your goods’ codes. They come with white paper and a dustproof
transparent PVC cover. They are supplied in rolls or, on demand, pre-cutted to
standard lengths of 75 - 100 - 150 mm.

Condizioni generali di vendita
NOTE GENERALI: Tutte le forniture e prestazioni di LeanProducts srl sono soggette all’accettazione da parte del cliente delle condizioni generali di
vendita e consegna di seguito elencate. Nessuna deroga alle condizioni di seguito indicate sarà valida, salvo nostra esplicita dichiarazione. Le specifiche
tecniche dei nostri prodotti indicate sulla nostra documentazione ufficiale sono puramente indicative: LeanProducts srl si riserva il diritto di apportare
senza preavviso tutte le modifiche necessarie a migliorarne le prestazioni. La venditrice offre altresì agli acquirenti la possibilità di acquistare articoli in
esecuzione particolare come indicato in catalogo ovvero realizzati su espressa richiesta, indicazione e/o disegno del cliente. Riguardo ai beni suddetti le
parti concorderanno di volta in volta prezzo e modalità di realizzazione e consegna; per tutto quanto non espressamente regolato dalle parti il contratto
sarà disciplinato dalle presenti condizioni generali di vendita.
OFFERTE, PREZZI E LISTINI: I prezzi indicati nelle nostre offerte e listini si riferiscono alla fornitura di componenti o materiali, con l’esclusione di
manodopera per il montaggio, messa in opera, collaudo o manutenzione, salvo differente accordo comunicato per iscritto. Alcuni articoli potranno
godere di uno sconto in funzione della quantità. Le nostre offerte hanno una validità massima di 30 giorni, se non diversamente concordato. I nostri
prezzi sono espressi in Euro, IVA esclusa, e si intendono per la merce resa franco fabbrica con imballo standard per il trasporto. Imballi speciali devono
venire espressamente richiesti e non sono inclusi nei suddetti prezzi. LeanProducts srl si riserva il diritto di modificare i prezzi a proprio insindacabile
giudizio anche senza comunicazione.
ORDINI: L’ordine d’acquisto è impegnativo per la venditrice solo dopo la ricezione della conferma d’ordine, firmata dall’acquirente. L’ordine d’acquisto
si intende comunque accettato in tutte le sue parti se entro 2 gg non verrà data diversa comunicazione. LeanProducts srl si impegna a
rispettare le condizioni indicate in presenza di un’accettazione scritta confermata. Gli ordini trasmessi al personale di vendita di LeanProducts srl si
intendono accettati solo dopo la convalida della direzione di LeanProducts srl previa ricezione della conferma d’ordine.
CONSEGNA: Tempi di consegna per materiale a magazzino 2/3 gg. lavorativi; per materiale non a magazzino 8/10 gg. lavorativi; per prodotti personalizzati
da 3 gg. a max 20/25 gg. lavorativi. LeanProducts srl si impegna a rispettare i tempi di consegna pattuiti. Eventuali ritardi dovuti a forza maggiore o
altre motivazioni non giustificano l’annullamento dell’ordine, né giustificano la richiesta di indennità da parte del cliente. LeanProducts srl non accetta
l’applicazione di penali o sanzioni sui ritardi rispetto ai tempi di consegna pattuiti. LeanProducts srl ritiene autorizzate consegne parziali della merce in
ordine, salvo diversamente disposto dal cliente.
PAGAMENTI: Le fatture emesse da LeanProducts srl sono pagabili secondo le modalità stabilite ed accettate all’ordine. In caso di ritardo ingiustificato
nel pagamento, LeanProducts srl si riserva il diritto di applicare un tasso di interesse sulla cifra dovuta (D.L. 231/2002 Art. 5 comma 2). La venditrice si
riserva espressamente la facoltà di richiedere un acconto all’ordine per prima fornitura o prodotti personalizzati. Per tali forniture, i tempi di consegna
decorreranno dal ricevimento della copia di pagamento effettuato.
MINIMO DI FATTURAZIONE: L’importo minimo netto per ogni singolo ordine è di Euro 100,00 (cento euro). Importi inferiori dovranno essere autorizzati
dalla Direzione Commerciale di LeanProducts srl.
RISERVA DI PROPRIETÀ: Il diritto di proprietà sul materiale consegnato è valido fino al pagamento totale della fattura relativa.
SPEDIZIONE: La resa della merce è franco partenza. Il materiale viaggia a rischio e pericolo del Cliente, salvo diversamente concordato per iscritto. Al
momento dell’arrivo a destinazione della merce l’acquirente ha l’onere di verificare la stessa e di annotare sulla bolla di accompagnamento eventuali
avarie e/o altri danni rilevati inoltrando immediato reclamo al trasportatore e in copia conoscenza a LeanProducts srl.
RECLAMI: Le lamentele relative alla consegna dei prodotti LeanProducts, dovranno pervenire in forma scritta non più tardi di 8 giorni dalla ricezione
della merce stessa, indicando chiaramente il numero del documento di spedizione della fornitura contestata, sul cui CMR dovrà essere riportato in
sintesi l’entità e descrizione del danno.
GARANZIA: Tutti i nostri prodotti godono di una garanzia del produttore che copre i difetti dovuti ai materiali o alla fabbricazione degli stessi. La garanzia
si limita alla sostituzione gratuita del componente riconosciuto difettoso, qualora installato seguendo rigorosamente quanto indicato dal produttore.
La sostituzione in garanzia si applica solamente nel caso in cui il prodotto od il componente venga rispedito alla sede di LeanProducts srl senza alcun
addebito per trasporto od imballo. LeanProducts srl mette a disposizione i pezzi in sostituzione gratuitamente con resa franco ns. sede.
TRATTAMENTO DATI PERSONALI: I dati personali conferiti dall’acquirente e dai suoi referenti verranno trattati unicamente in relazione all’esecuzione degli
obblighi strumentali al contratto di vendita. Il conferimento di detti dati personali è facoltativo, ma il mancato conferimento comporterà l’impossibilità
per LeanProducts srl di adempiere alle obbligazioni connesse al contratto di vendita. I soggetti che potranno venire a conoscenza dei dati personali
dell’acquirente e dei suoi referenti saranno il Responsabile del trattamento, domiciliato presso codesta società, nonché i soggetti terzi incaricati degli
aspetti commerciali, amministrativi e logistici connessi al rapporto contrattuale quali ad esempio il vettore e gli eventuali subvettori.
L’elenco degli incaricati è conoscibile dall’interessato presso gli uffici di LeanProducts srl titolare del trattamento dati, Via Bassani, 8 Pordenone. Gli
interessati potranno in qualsiasi momento opporsi al trattamento dei propri dati personali ovvero ottenere rispettivamente la cancellazione, la modifica,
l’integrazione e la trasformazione in forma anonima degli stessi. Al termine del trattamento i dati personali degli interessati verranno conservati dal
titolare per scopi storico/statistici interni e per l’invio gratuito dei nuovi cataloghi con espressa esclusione di cessione dei dati a terzi.
FORO COMPETENTE: Il foro competente per la risoluzione di eventuali controversie è quello di Pordenone (Italia).
Le illustrazioni, le foto, i colori, i prezzi e le caratteristiche tecniche degli articoli in catalogo sono da ritenersi indicativi e potrebbero subire lievi variazioni.

General terms and conditions of sale
GENERAL NOTES: All supplies and services offered by LeanProducts Srl are subjected to acceptance of the general conditions of sale and delivery listed
below. No exception to the below listed conditions shall be valid unless expressly stated. The technical specifications of the products listed in our official
documents are indicative: LeanProducts Srl reserves the right to make any necessary changes without notice to improve performance. As indicated in
our catalogue, the seller also gives buyers the opportunity to purchase customizable items, which are made on customer’s express request, indication,
and / or design. With regard to the above mentioned property, the parties shall agree case-by-case the price and procedures of production and delivery.
For all matters not expressly regulated by the parties, the contract shall be governed by these general conditions of sale.
OFFERS, PRICES AND PRICE LISTS: All prices listed in our offers and our price lists refer to the supply of components and materials, excluding labour for
assembly, installation, testing or manteinance, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Some items shall benefit from a discount depending on quantity.
Our offers are valid for 30 days at the latest, unless otherwise agreed. Our prices are expressed in Euro, excluding VAT, and are applicable for goods
delivered Ex Works with a standard packaging. Special packaging must be explicitly requested and is not included in the above mentioned prices.
LeanProducts Srl reserves the right to revise prices at its own discretion even without prior communication.
ORDERS: The purchase order is binding for the seller only after receipt of the order confirmation signed by the buyer. The purchase order is considered
to be accepted, except otherwise communicated within 2 working days. LeanProducts Srl commits itself to comply with the conditions set out
in the presence of confirmed written acceptance. Orders sent to the sales personnel of LeanProducts Srl shall be accepted only after validation by
LeanProducts Srl management after receipt of order confirmation.
DELIVERY: Delivery time for goods in stock 2/3 working days; 8/10 days for out-of-stock goods, from 3 to max 20/25 working days for customized
goods. LeanProducts Srl commits itself to respect the agreed delivery time. Any delays due to force majeure or other reasons do not justify the claim
for compensation by the customer. LeanProduct Srl do not accept the application of penalties or sanctions on delays with regard to the agreed delivery
time. LeanProducts Srl is entitled to make even partial deliveries of goods on order, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
PAYMENTS: Invoices issued by LeanProducts Srl are payable in the manner prescribed and accepted in the purchase order. In case of undue delay in
payment, LeanProducts Srl reserves the right to charge a rate of interest on the amount due (DL 231/2002 Article 5, paragraph 2). The seller expressly
reserves the right to require an advance payment for the first delivery or for customized products. For these supplies the delivery time starts from
receipt of documents of payment.
MINIMUM ORDER VALUE: The minimum net charge for every purchase order is Euro 100,00 (one hundred Euros). Lower amounts must be authorized
by the Chief Sales Manager of LeanProducts Srl.
RETENTION OF TITLE: Ownership of the delivered material is valid until full payment of the invoice.
DELIVERY: Delivery terms are Ex Works. The goods travel at the customer’s risk and peril, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon arrival of the goods
at destination, the buyer undertakes to verify the goods’ state and to indicate any damages on the delivery note and immediately submit a complaint
to the carrier and send a copy to LeanProducts.
COMPLAINTS: Complaints regarding the deliveries of LeanProducts goods shall be transmitted in writing no later than 8 days from goods receipt, clearly
indicating the number of the shipping document of the contested provision, and summarizing the entity and description of the damage.
WARRANTY: All our products benefit from a manufacturer’s warranty, that covers any defects due to materials or materials manufacturing. The warranty
is limited to the free replacement of any defective components, in case they have been installed in strict adherence to manufacturer’s indications. The
replacement under warranty applies only when the product or the component is resent to LeanProducts Srl’s premises without any charge for shipping
or packaging. LeanProducts Srl provides the pieces in replacement under warranty with delivery term Ex Works.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY: Personal data submitted by the purchaser and his representatives shall be processed solely with regard to the
fulfillment of the obligations instrumental to the sales contract. The subjects who may become aware of the buyer and his representatives’ personal
data shall be the controller of personal data, domiciled in the Company, and third parties, who are in charge of commercial, administrative and logistic
aspects connected to the contractual relationship, as the carrier and possible subcontracted carriers. The list of the people in charge is accessible
at LeanProducts’ premises, controller of personal data, located in Via Bassani, 8 Pordenone. Interested parties shall object to processing of personal
data or obtain their cancellation, modification, integration and transformation into anonymous form at any time. At the end of the processing period,
personal data of interested parties shall be kept by the controller for internal historical/statistic and for promotional purposes, with explicit exclusion
of the transfer of personal data to third parties.
JURISDICTION: The court competent to settle any disputes is located in Pordenone (Italy).
Illustrations, photos, colours, prices and technical data of the articles in the catalogue are indicative and may vary slightly.
