NOVA ROTORS® SCREW PUMPS
Screw pump due to the small dimensions of the hight,
allow the pumping of the product without pulsation
and keep the fluid unaltered without damage it. Accept
the presence of solid parts and can be suitable to pump
fluid with viscosity up to 1.000.000 cps. Application
fields are oil sludge, bilge water and sea water, dirty
waste water and sludges, resin, colour, paint, acids,
crude oil sludge and biodiesel, paper paste, glue and
pulps, mortar, cement, clay sludge and lime, oil, treacle,
tomatoes, fruit paste and food industry.
DIAMOND SERIES
Fully renewed mechanics to increase the performances
with a new patented pin-joint. These pumps are completely
reversible.

DOSING PUMPS
The dosing pump with small capacity, continous flow,
low pulsations, no vibrations, very high priming and flow
reversibility.
Size: from 010 to 022-1-Qmax: 3000 L/h-Hmax: 25 barTmax: 180°C
WOBBLE PUMP
Compact design, it has a very quick, economic and easy
maintenance and installation, able to pump the liquid
without any pulsations also with solid parts in suspension.
Size: from R24 to R88-Qmax: 12m3/h-Hmax: 7 bar-Tmax: 80°C
MATERIALS
Rotor: chromed stainless steel C40, stainless steel 304/316,
DUPLEX, nitride steel, hardened steel and chrometed steel.
Stator: NBR, EPDM, FKM, PTFE and others on customer
request.
Pump body: cast iron G25, stainless stell 304/316, FE510,
bronze, Duplex, CIP on request.
TYPE
Transmission and joint: pin joint , cross joint, omocinetic
joint and open pin joint.
Support:close coupled, bearing housing, stainless steel
support.
La pompa monovite Nova Rotors, grazie alla sua
costruzione, ha ridotte dimensioni in altezza
e permette il pompaggio del prodotto senza
pulsazioni mantenendolo inalterato, senza rovinarlo.
Permette inoltre la presenza di materiali solidi e può
essere impiegata per prodotti con viscosità fino a
1.000.000cps. I campi di applicazione sono fanghi
oleosi,acqua di sentina e acqua di mare, acque reflue
e fanghi, resine, colori, vernici,acidi, fanghi petroliferi
e biodiesel, carta, colle e adesivi, malta, cemento,
argille e fanghi di calcio, olio, melasse, pomodori,
concentrati e bevande alimentari.
POMPE SERIE DIAMOND
Rinnovate completamente nella meccanica e dal nuovo
design ai fini di aumentarne le performance; queste
pompe sono interamente irreversibili.

POMPE DOSATRICI
La pompa monovite dosatrice consente piccole portate,
flusso continuo, deboli pulsazioni, assenza di vibrazione,
elevata capacità di adescamento e reversibilità di flusso.

Tmax : 180°C
POMPE A STATORE FLOTTANTE
Compatte e versatili queste pompe permettono un
ingombro limitato, con costi di acquisto e manutenzioni
convenienti. Sono in grado di pompare il prodotto senza
pulsazioni anche con la presenza di parti in sospensione.
