Grazie alla grande flessibilità del Personal Computer, è possibile realizzare qualsiasi procedura di collaudo dedicata, il
grande numero di ingressi ed uscite digitali, gestibili direttamente dal programma e la possibilità di riconvertire qualsiasi prova precedentemente installata, non pongono limiti
all’utilizzo ed alla flessibilità di questo banco.
Per caricare un modulo personalizzato è sufficiente digitarne il codice da tastiera, oppure per nuovi programmi, inserire un dischetto e riavviare il Computer, saranno così automaticamente rese operative le nuove procedure. Effettuare
quindi collaudi complementari alla prova di tenuta e portata, ad esempio, corrente, tensione, temperatura, oppure eseguire una regolazione, una taratura (di pressione o di portata) o una avvitatura controllata, diventa possibile senza
che di debbano acquistare e collegare ulteriori strumenti .
Sono in fase di realizzazione moduli di controllo remoto che
permetteranno una verifica della macchina direttamente dal
nostro ufficio servizio clienti.
I moduli possono essere inseriti in qualsiasi
momento e possono essere forniti anche via
INTERNET consentendo quindi modifiche di ciclo
anche dopo la fornitura della macchina ed in
qualsiasi punto del mondo.
Due to the Personal Computer high flexibility, it is possible to
realize any testing procedure. The high umber of digital
entries and exits, directly handled by the programme and the
possibility of re-converting any previously inserted test do not
set any limitations to the use and to the flexibility of this
bench. The compiling the code from the keyboard is all that
is needed to load a personalized module. For new programmes, insert a disk and restart the Computer. In this way the
new procedures will automatically become operative.
Carrying out, therefore, tests complementary to the tightness
and capacity tests, as for example, electric current, voltage,
temperature, or the carrying out of an adjustment, or a calibration (of pressure or of capacity), or a controlled screwing,
becomes possible without having to acquire or connect
further instruments.
Remote control modules are being realized which will allow
to verify a machine directly from our clients’ service office.
