Description MI-03
MasterInject has built the first (in the world) fully automatic continuous cycle injector with wax injection, loading,
unloading and cooling of the mould to assure costs reduction for your production and your machinery, facilitating the work
for the operator and eliminating dead time of the machine or the operator, such as the time of the cycle of the machine and
the time of removal of the wax from the mold. The operator has only to remove the wax from the mold and put the rubber
in the loader, then the machine loads the mold in the clamp, injects the wax and unload the mold in the cooling system,
ready to be removed from the wax inside.
The RFID reader recognizes and reads, automatically, the parameters stored in the microchip that are in the molds.
The cooling temperature can be set from the touch-screen.
Descrizione MI-03
MasterInject ha realizzato il primo (nel mondo) iniettore a ciclo continuo completamente automatico, con iniezione della
cera, carico, scarico e raffreddamento automatico degli stampi per garantire una riduzione dei costi della produzione e un
abbattimento dei costi della macchina, facilitando il lavoro per l’operatore e azzerando i tempi morti della macchina e
dell’operatore, quali il tempo del ciclo della macchina e il tempo di rimozione delle cere dallo stampo. L’operatore non dovrà
far altro che togliere la cera dallo stampo e rimettere la gomma nel caricatore, a quel punto la macchina caricherà lo stampo
nella pinza, inietterà la cera e porterà lo stampo a raffreddare, pronto per essere rimossa la cera.
Il lettore di RFID riconosce e legge in automatico i parametri salvati nel microchip presente negli stampi.
La temperatura di raffreddamento è impostabile da touch-screen.

“Auto On" system
Automatic start "Auto-On" system (first in the world) saves up to 2 seconds for each injection cycle compared to other competitors, ensuring an increase of production. Simply placing the mold in the clamp, injection cycle starts automatically
without pressing any key. Recommended for non-expert operators. The clamp is equipped with sensors to prevent
closing if it is detected the operator's hand; if the hand is placed during the work cycle the injector stops.
Sistema "Auto On"
Sistema con partenza automatica "Auto On"(primo nel mondo), consente di risparmiare fino a 2 secondi per ogni ciclo di
iniezione comparato alla concorrenza, garantendo un incremento della produzione. Semplicemente posizionando lo
stampo nella pinza, il ciclo di iniezione si avvia automaticamente senza premere alcun tasto. Consigliato per operatori non
esperti. La pinza è dotata di sensori per impedirne la chiusura se è presente la mano dell’operatore; se la mano è messa
durante il ciclo di lavoro, l’iniettore si ferma.

New Injection system / Nuovo sistema di iniezione
Using a new injection system with continuous control feedback and realizing the vacuum with high performance
pumps directly inside the mold, we are able to remove all the air and humidity from the mold, eliminating the presence
of bubbles or micro-bubbles in the wax and recopying perfectly the shape of the model in the mold.
We are able to ensure an increase of production, elimination of waste, absence of coupling, repeatability and accuracy
absolute of wax model made, whit constancy of weight between an injection and the other, even after a long time.
Utilizzando un nuovo sistema di iniezione con controllo continuo retro azionato e realizzando il vuoto con pompe ad alte
prestazioni direttamente all’interno dello stampo, siamo in grado di rimuovere tutta l’aria e l’umidità dallo stampo,
eliminando la presenza di bolle o micro bolle nella cera e ricopiando perfettamente la forma del modello nello stampo.
Siamo in grado di garantire un incremento della produzione, eliminazione degli scarti, assenza di accoppiatura, ripetibilità
e precisione assoluta dei modelli in cera realizzati, con costanza di peso tra un iniezione e l’altra, anche a distanza di
molto tempo.

All MasterInject injectors are available with Ethernet connection (Cable or WiFi) with your PC or Smartphone (Android,
Blackberry, iPhone), for the data acquisition from the machine or remote assistance, available via the Internet for a better
and faster service all over the world.
The machine is designed with independent and interchangeable blocks of electromechanical-pneumatic components to
assure easy and quick maintenance, going to simply replace the entire block is not working.
RFID tags allow the storage of all working parameters (recipes) inside the molds increasing and
speeding up production. Allow repeatability and easy also with inexperienced operators.
I Tag RFID permettono la memorizzazione di tutti i parametri di lavoro delle ricette all’interno degli
stampi incrementando e velocizzando la produzione. Permettono ripetibilità e facilità anche con
operatori non esperti.

Auto Power-On\Off mode: possibility to schedule by touch screen the power-on and power-off of
the machine at established time (week day and hour).
Stand-by mode: after several minutes of inactivity electronic components go in stand-by saving
energy and extending the life of the components.
Auto Power-On\Off mode: permette di impostare da touch screen l’orario e il giorno di accensione e di
