POSTEr SESSION
VIRTUAL POSTER GALLERY & BEST POSTER AWARDS
Within the congress there will be an E-poster gallery that will
allow to "virtually" hang a poster on an interactive videowall.
It is open to all clinicians (gynecologists) who want to present
a scientific paper. The best poster will win an award and it will
consist in the FREE registration to the SIEOG Annual 2015
Congress. The winner will be first author only, he will have to
attend the Award Ceremony and he will have to give a brief
presentation. The winner will have to be member of SIEOG:
membership fee 2015. If the winner Author will not attend the
Award Ceremony, the award will not be assigned.
AWARD ASSIGNMENT CRITERIA
The poster will be evaluated by a Scientific Commission that
will draft a score list according to the following criteria:
Originality of the research (from 1 to 10 scores)
Applied methods (from 1 to 10 scores)
Innovation (from 1 to 10 scores)
Technology (from 1 to 10 scores)
Further scores will be assigned to authors under 35 (from 1 to
10 additional scores: the youngest author will get the
maximum score). The score list will not be published (it will be
shown only upon personal request). It is unappealable. In case
of equal score, the youngest author will be favoured (Birth
date).
