DATI TECNICI
Questa macchina consente il rifilo di tubi dritti o precurvati ed il taglio a gradi, per mezzo di un
utensile di taglio a rotazione satellitare dall’interno verso l’esterno. I tubi da rifilare con taglio
dritto possono avere un diametro compreso tra 30 e 70 mm, sfrido min. di 2 mm e max 90 mm
in funzione del diametro, spessore max del tubo inox 2 mm. I tubi da rifilare con taglio a gradi
hanno diametro tra 38 e 70 mm e uno sfrido max di 10 mm, altrimenti è necessario un pre-taglio.
Un coltello laterale esegue una sbeccatura del tubo (+10 mm) per permettere il successivo
ingresso dell’utensile per il taglio a gradi.
This machine is designed both for chipless cutting of straight or bent tubes and inclined cutting,
by means of a satellite rotating wheel from the inside to the outside of the tube. The tubes to be
trimmed with straight cut may have a diameter between 30 and 70 mm, offcut length between
2 mm and 90 mm depending on diameter, maximum thickness of 2 mm for stainless steel tube.
The tubes to be trimmed with inclined cut can have a diameter between 38 and 70 mm and a
offcut max of 10 mm, otherwise it is necessary a pre-cut. A side knife performs a shearing (+10
mm) to allow the subsequent entry of the tool for inclined cutting.
Diese Maschine wurde zum spanlosen Trennen von Rohren geplant. Die kann sowohl gerade als
auch schrägen Schnitten durchführen. Das Rundmesser führt eine elliptische Drehbewegung
von innen nach außen. Bei geraden Schnitten können die Rohren einen Durchmesser zwischen
30 und 70 mm haben, Abfallänge zwischen 2 mm und 90 mm je nach Durchmesser, maximale
Dicke der Edelstahlrohren 2 mm. Bei Schrägschnitten können die Rohre einen Durchmesser
zwischen 38 und 70 mm und einem Abfall von max 10 mm haben, sonst ist es notwendig, einen
Vorschnitt vorzunehmen. Ein Seitenmesser führt eine Abscherung (+10 mm), um das folgende
Schrägschneiden zu ermöglichen.
Cette machine est utilisée pour la coupe de tubes droits ou cintrés, à l’aide d’une molette
à rotation satellitaire qui tourne de l’intérieur à l’extérieur du tube. Les tubes pour la coupe
droite peuvent avoir un diamètre compris entre 30 et 70 mm, copeaux entre 2 mm et 90 mm
selon le diamètre, l’épaisseur maximale des tubes en acier inox est de 2 mm. Les tubes pour la
coupe inclinées ont un diamètre compris entre 38 mm et 70 et copeaux de 10 mm, sinon il est
nécessaire une pré-coupe. Un couteau latéral effectue une cisaillage (+10 mm) pour permettre
l’introduction de l’outil de coupe inclinées.
