La Villa delle Palme è uno stabile situato in una zona molto tranquilla di Misano Adriatico, a due passi da
viale della Repubblica, la via principale della nostra splendida cittadina. Dista appena 350 metri dal mare.
Nelle vicinanze è presente un parco pubblico attrezzato con giochi per bambini dove è possibile trovare
refrigerio all’ombra della rigogliosa vegetazione. Sono disponibili appartamenti in affitto per il periodo estivo, con una o due camere da letto, tutti dotati di servizi privati, ampia cucina fornita di stoviglie ed ampio
balcone. In ogni appartamento sono presenti lavatrice e TV Color. Nello spazio circostante lo stabile sono a

“Villa delle Palme” is a residential building situated in a quiet area of Misano Adriatico, at a short walking
distance from ‘ viale della Repubblica ‘ the main shopping avenue of our lovely small resort-town, and at
350 mt. from the beach. Near the residence, there is a public park where you can comfortably relax at the
shade of the luxurious vegetation while the children can enjoy themselves in the well equipped playground.
One ot two bedroom apartments are available for rental in the summer. They all have private facilities, a
comfortable well equipped kitchen and a wide balcony. Each apartment has a washing machine and color
TV set. In a fenced surrounding area of the building you can park your car by using a remote control to open

La Villa delle Palme est un immeuble situé dans une zone très tranquille à Misano Adriatico, à deux pas de
l'Avenue della Repubblica, la rue principale de notre ville. Il se trouve à 350 mètres seulement de la mer. A
proximité se trouve un parc public équipé pour enfants où les jours chauds d'été vous pourrez vous relaxer à
l'ombre de la végètation. En été sont disponibles des appartements à louer avec une ou deux chambres à coucher, salle de bains, cuisine èquipée et un grand balcon. Chaque appartement est doté de machine à laver et
de télévision. A proximité vous trouverez des places pour garer votre voiture séparées de l'extérieur par une

Schritte von Viale della Repubblica, die das Zentrum unseres Dorfes darstellt. Die Entfernung zum Meer
beträgt nur 350 Meter. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung befindet sich ein Stadtpark mit Kinderspielplatz in
welchem man im Schatten der blühenden Vegetation Erfrischung finden kann. Für die Sommersaison stehen ihnen Mietwohnungen zur Auswahl, mit einen oder zwei Schlafzimmern, alle mit Privatbad, großräumiger Küche samt Geschirr, und einem großzügigen Balkon, ausgestattet. Alle Wohnungen sind mit
Farbfernseher und Waschmaschine versehen. Rund um das Gebäude steht, nur für Anlieger, eine Vielzahl
von Parkplätzen zur Verfügung, die sich von den Äußeren trennen, da diese nur durch ein automatisiertes
