Der Verkauf erfolgt auf Grundlage eines Mandats mit Vertretungsbefugnis ex Art.
1704 ZGB, das von den Konsortialmitgliedern an das „Konsortium der Seilbeförderungsanlagen Skirama Kronplatz“ erteilt worden ist. Der Skipass ist ein persönlicher
Ausweis, durch den Namen oder das Foto des Inhabers gekennzeichnet, nicht übertragbar, nicht umtauschbar und kann nicht ersetzt oder verändert werden. Der Mehrtagesskipass ist durch die Buchstaben M (für Männer), F (für Frauen), S (für Senioren),
J (für Junioren) , B (für Kinder unter 8 Jahren) gekennzeichnet. Mit der Unterschrift für
die Annahme des kostenlosen Skipasses mit Foto (B) für das minderjährige Kind (Ausweis erforderlich) erklärt der Empfänger, die Bestimmungen für Fahrgäste zu kennen,
die Verantwortung bei Benützung der Anlagen durch das Kind zu übernehmen und
dafür zu sorgen, dass die Benützung der Anlagen unter direkter Beaufsichtigung
erfolgt. Für jegliche Art von Ermäßigung (Kinder, Senioren, Behinderte) ist ein Ausweis erforderlich. Selbsterklärungen werden nicht angenommen. Der Umtausch von
Talschaftsskipässen auf Dolomiti Superski-Skipässe und umgekehrt ist nicht möglich.
Der Inhaber ist für die korrekte Handhabung des Skipasses bzw. der Wertkarte
verantwortlich: Entzogene Skipässe werden weder rückerstattet, noch durch neue ersetzt. Im Falle eines verlorenen Mehrtagesskipasses wird der Skipass nur ersetzt, falls
die Nummer des Datenträgers angeführt werden kann; als Bearbeitungsgebühr wird
ein Betrag von € 5,00 verrechnet. Diese Summe wird auch bei Fund des OriginalSkipasses nicht rückerstattet. Der Ersatzskipass ist, falls möglich, ab dem darauffolgenden Tag der Meldung gültig. Tages- und Halbtageskarten werden nicht ersetzt.
Der Skipass muss bei der Aufforderung des Liftpersonals oder der Inspektoren an
den Anlagen vorgewiesen werden, um die eigene Identifizierung zu ermöglichen.
Das Risiko bei Missbrauch oder Umtausch: Entzug oder Annullierung des Skipasses.
Zivil- und strafrechtliche Maßnahmen bleiben vorbehalten. Die Wertkarte ist übertragbar und gilt nur in der Saison, für die sie ausgestellt wird. Die Fahrkarte (Skipass
oder Wertkarte) erfüllt die Auflagen der Steuerquittung (Dekret vom 30. Juni 1992,
Art. I). Es wird nicht dafür gehaftet, dass alle Anlagen in Betrieb und alle Pisten
befahrbar sind. Zu Saisonbeginn und Saisonende ist die Schließung von Anlagen
und eingeschränkter Skibetrieb möglich: die Skipässe werden bei jenen Liftanlagen,
bei welchen die Schneelage und die Skifahreranzahl den Betrieb ermöglichen, bis
zum 10.04.2016 angenommen. Die Einstufung der Pisten ist unverbindlich: die Befahrbarkeit aller Pisten wird nicht garantiert. Aus Sicherheitsgründen ist das Befahren
der Skipisten außerhalb der Betriebszeiten verboten.

La vendita avviene in base al mandato con rappresentanza ex art. 1704 c. c. conferito dalle imprese consorziate al „Consorzio esercenti impianti a fune Skirama Plan
de Corones“. Lo skipass é un documento personale e reca il nome e cognome e/o
la foto del titolare. Non puó essere scambiato, ceduto, sostituito, ne modificato. Lo
skipass plurigiornaliero porta impresse in alternativa le lettere M - F - S - J e B, che
rispettivamente identificano l´appartenenza ad: Uomo - Donna - Senior - Junior e Bambino di etá inferiore a 8 anni. Con la sottoscrizione per accettazione degli skipass
gratuiti con foto concessi ai bambini (l‘ etá deve essere documentata), il firmatario
accettante si assume tutte le responsabilitá inerenti al uso degli impianti di risalita
da arte del minore beneficario, che userá gli impianti sotto la diretta sorveglianza,
dichiarando di essere a conoscenza delle disposizioni vigenti per i viaggiatori. Per
ottenere lo sconto, praticato a seniores, juniores, bambini ed invalidi vanno esibiti validi documenti di riconoscimento. Non sono valide autocertificazioni di alcun genere.
Non é possibile sostituire uno skipass di valle con uno Dolomiti Superski e viceversa.
L´ utente e responsabile della buona conservazione dello skipass. Gli skipass ritirati o deteriorati deliberamente non vengono sostituiti e tanto meno rimborsati.
In caso di smarrimento dello skipass é prevista la possibilitá di sostituzione soltanto se
é rintracciabile il numero dello skipass originale acquistato; come spese di segreteria
verrá richiesto l’importo di € 5,00. Tale somma non sará restituita anche nel caso di
ritrovamento dello skipass originale; lo skipass sostitutivo, se possibile, sará valido a
partire dal giorno successivo a quello della richiesta. Lo skipass deve essere esibito ad
ogni richiesta degli addetti agli impianti ed agli ispettori, ai quali deve consentire di
essere identificato. Qualsiasi abuso nell’utilizzo dello skipass ed in particolare la sua
cessione, anche come semplice scambio, comporta il ritiro immediato dello skipass
ed il suo annullamento. Fatto salvo il diritto di agire contro il trasgressore sia penalmente che civilmente. La tessera valore non é personale e la sua validitá é limitata
alla stagione di emissione. Lo skipass e la tessera valore, quali documenti di trasporto,
assolvono la funzione dello scontrino fiscale (D.M. 30.06.1992) e vanno conservati
per tutta la durata del trasporto. Non vengono garantiti né il funzionamento di tutti gli
impianti di risalita del comprensorio Dolomiti Superski, né la sciabilitá di tutte le piste.
All’inizio ed a fine stagione é possibile la chiusura di alcuni impianti e la limitazione

delle piste é solo indicativa e non é garantita l’agibilitá di tutte le piste.
RIMBORSO SKIPASS Solo in caso di infortunio sciistico é possibile il parziale rimborso dello skipass non
utilizzato, sempre che sia del tipo nominativo e con foto. Il rimborso é limitato ai
giorni successivi a quelli della riconsegna. Questa va quindi fatta, nell’interesse
dell’infortunato, al piú presto ed esclusivamente presso gli uffici vendita dello skipass.
La richiesta di rimborso é quindi valida solo se accompagnata dalla riconsegna
dello skipass ed il rimborso avverrá solo dietro presentazione di un certificato medico (redatto da un professionista che eserciti stabilmente in zona o dall’ospedale
dove é avvenuto il ricovero), dal quale risulti che il titolare dello skipass ha subito
un’infortunio che gli impedisce la prosecuzione dell’attivitá sciistica. Il calcolo del
rimborso viene fatto tenendo conto del costo delle giornate giá godute. Gli skipass
giornalieri non possono essere rimborsati. Gli accompagnatori dell’infortunato
non hanno diritto al rimborso. Lo sciatore scia a proprio rischio e pericolo. Ogni
sciatore deve comportarsi in modo da non mettere in pericolo l’incolumitá altrui o
provocare danno a persone o cose. Lo sciatore deve pertanto adeguare la sua
andatura alle proprie capacitá, alle condizioni del terreno, alla visibilitá, allo stato
di innevamento, nonché alle prescrizioni imposte dalla segnaletica. Informativa

Gli skipass con l’assicurazione non possono essere rimborsati negli uffici skipass.

Numerosi paramedici appositamente addestrati presidiano, in collaborazione
con le forze dell’ordine, tutte le piste da sci aperte e contrassegnate.
Per il primo soccorso e per il trasporto dei feriti, sarà addebitato un importo di E 200,00. Gli incidenti possono essere segnalati presso tutte le
stazioni degli impianti di risalita, tutti i ristoranti e gli uffici di vendita Skipass.
Sold by power of representation as set forth in art. 1704 of the Italian Civil
Code, granted to the „Konsortium der Seilbeförderungsanlagen Skirama Kronplatz“ by the consortium members. The skipass is a personal identity card that is
neither transferable nor exchangeable and which cannot be replaced or modified. Multiday skipasses are marked with the letters M (for men), F (for women), S
(for senior citizens), J (for juniors) and B (for children under the age of 8) and the
name and surname and/or the photo of the bearer. The person who signs for a
free photobearing skipass on behalf of a child (whose age must be documented),
accepts liability for anything that may occur when the child uses any lift facilities
under his or her direct supervision. The person who signs also declares to be
aware of the provisions to be complied with by lift users. A valid identity card
or passport is required to obtain reductions for senior citizens and children. Auto
certified documents of any type will not be accepted. A valley skipass cannot be
exchanged for a Dolomiti Superski skipass or vice versa. The bearer is responsible
for keeping the skipass in good condition. Withdrawn and damaged skipasses
will neither be reimbursed nor replaced by new ones.
When requested by lift attendants or Dolomiti Superski inspectors, the bearer
must show his or her skipass to permit their identification. No guarantee is given
that all lift facilities are in operation nor that all ski slopes are usable on any
Dolomiti Superski nominated areas. Some lifts may be closed and some ski runs
limited in use at the beginning and the end of the season. The skipass shall be
accepted up to 10.04.2016 on lifts which service quality snow covered slopes.
The classification of the slopes is only an indication and no guarantee is given
that all slopes are usable. It is forbidden to use the slopes outside the permissible
times for safety reasons. For security reasons it is not allowed to ski on the slopes
outside operating hours.

Only in the case of skiing accidents it is possible to receive a partial reimbursement of unused skipasses. Reimbursement will take place in the days following
the return of the skipass. In the interest of the injured, the skipass should be returned as soon as possible to the skipass sales offices. A request for reimbursement
will thus be accepted only if accompanied by the returned skipass and a medical
certificate (issued by a physician practising in the Dolomiti Superski area or by the
hospital where the injured person has been taken to.) The certificate must confirm
that the bearer has been injured to an extent that he or she cannot continue to ski.
The reimbursement is calculated based on how many days have already been
used by the bearer and this procedure is also valid for the seasonal skipasses.
Daily skipasses cannot be reimbursed. Those who accompany the injured person
do not have any right to a reimbursement.
The skipasses with insurance cannot be reimbursed in our skipass offices.

Der Skipass wird nicht rückerstattet, außer aus Kulanzgründen bei Skiunfällen und in
diesem Fall nur, wenn es sich um einen Mehrtagesskipass mit Namen oder Foto handelt. Der Skipass muss – im Interesse der Verunglückten – so schnell wie möglich, d. h.
innerhalb des Verfallsdatums, in der Skipassausgabestelle abgegeben werden. Für die
Rückerstattung ab dem Rückgabetag sind folgende Unterlagen notwendig: Skipass,
als Voraussetzung für die Rückerstattung der nicht benutzten Tage. Ärztliche Bescheinigung, ausgestellt von einem Arzt, der im Dolomiti Superski-Gebiet tätig ist oder im
Krankenhaus, wo der Verletzte eingeliefert wurde. Aus dieser Bescheinigung muss hervorgehen, dass der Skipassinhaber wegen der Verletzung nicht mehr skilaufen kann.
Die Errechnung des Rückerstattungsbetrages erfolgt auf Grund des Preises der bereits
abgefahrenen Skipasstage. Für den Tagesskipass ist keine Rückerstattung möglich. Begleitpersonen haben kein Anrecht auf Rückerstattung .Der Skifahrer fährt auf eigenes
Risiko und eigene Gefahr. Jeder Skifahrer muss sich so verhalten, dass er weder andere
Personen gefährdet, noch Personen oder Dingen Schaden zufügt. Der Skifahrer hat die
Fahrweise seinem Können anzupassen und die Gelände-, Sicht- und Schneeverhältnisse, sowie die durch Hinweistafeln gebotenen Vorschriften zu beachten. Mitteilung zum
G. D. 196/2003: an den Ausgabestellen sind Datenschutzbestimmungen erhältlich.
Skipässe mit Versicherung können nicht in den Skipassbüros rückvergütet werden.

Speziell ausgebildete Pistensanitäter überwachen in Zusammenarbeit mit den
Ordnungskräften alle geöffneten und markierten Skipisten.
Bei Erstversorgung und Abtransport verletzter Personen wird ein Unkostenbeitrag
in Höhe von E 200,00 berechnet. Unfälle können an allen Liftstationen, Restaurants und Skipassbüros gemeldet werden.
