More than aligners a real technological system
Arc Angel transparent aligners are designed with the most advanced CAD CAM
technology and stereo lithography. The aligners progressive series is made
of thermoplastic material starting from a patient’s custom-made impression.
The aligners are enumerated and can be easily inserted on the patient’s teeth
in order to correct the misalignment of the jaws and improve the aesthetic,
hence the smile.

The importance of the orthodontist-technology
synergy
Provided that the diagnosis of the malaocclusion made by the clinician is fundamental to establish prognosis and appropriate therapeutic means, today
more than ever the synergy, together with the technology, represents a sine
qua non added value. The orthodontist transfers in a 3D setting the patient’s
malaocclusion directing from the impressions. By means of a specific software,
he straightens the teeth following the clinic indications. Such operating approach makes fundamental sharing and cooperation between practitioner and
technician on the progressive working plan that any clinical case requires.

Aligned to the highest reliability
The system has shown high reliability in the treatment of hundreds of clinical
cases. We have obtained interesting results and, in fact of stability very
reassuring as well. The good practice originates from a precision impression
made with materials very well known in the dental field, like alginate, silicone,
polyether, etc., and capable of very high accuracy.
This simple but primary condition, associated to a diagnosis and to
an adequate treatment plan, allows a high predictability of the Arc Angel
system altogether.

An acceptance confirmed by the smiles
The aligners become invisible once inserted in the oral cavity. Very comfortable,
they do not alter the phonation and do not need any particular assistance.
Each aligner should be worn at least 18 hours a day for a duration of 15 days
except when eating, brushing or flossing teeth. The replacement is made
autonomously by the patient himself. Arc Angel protocol strongly recommends
the dental practitioner to checkup the patient once a month. For this reason
it is appropriate to hand in no more than two aligners at every turn.

Exact indications and operational ranges
The aligners are particularly suggested in the following cases:
- Overcrowded teeth with no more than four mm both in the upper
and lower jaws, especially if concentrated in the front side of the mouth
- Teeth rotations (especially of the incisors)
- Diastema closures
- Post orthodontic treatment relapse corrections
- Extrusions or intrusions of single teeth

Apps for high performances targeted operations
Finally, Arc Angel full digital system comprises apps and gripp apps. Fifteen
applications to improve the performances of the aligners that can be use for
intrusions, torque, tipping, anchor and rotation.
