Sebèc srl è una società del Gruppo CMO ed opera nel settore delle costruzioni
meccaniche dai primi anni 80, con una forte specializzazione nel settore elettromeccanico.
L’attività è sviluppata in Bergamo - Italia - su di un'area coperta di 5.500 m2
ed è concentrata nella produzione di componenti per apparecchiature elettriche di bassa,
media e alta tensione, collaborando con il Cliente sin dalla loro progettazione.
La nostra azienda opera con tutti i principali player del settore trasmissione
e distribuzione energia sia per stabilimenti italiani sia esteri.
I gruppi con cui si intrattengono rapporti continuativi sono:
Abb, Areva, Bticino, Schneider Electric.

La società è strutturata in forma completa con le principali funzioni aziendali:
ufficio commerciale, produzione, tempi e metodi, qualità, acquisti, logistica.
Sebèc opera con l'ausilio di strumenti informatici all'avanguardia sia per la gestione delle
tecniche di produzione (cicli, distinte, attrezzature, manutenzioni, ecc.)
sia per l'organizzazione dei dati informativi
(MRP, stato avanzamento lavori, ordini, disegni, commesse, magazzino, ecc.).
La produzione viene pianificata con l'ausilio di sistemi MRP
e con una schedulazione flessibile.
Ogni anno vengono sviluppate circa 5.000 commesse per un totale di oltre 80.000 ore
di lavoro. La produzione prevede anche trattamenti termici e superficiali (argentature,
stagnature, verniciature, nichelature, ecc.) che vengono eseguiti da fornitori partner.
La consegna dei prodotti avviene in tutto il mondo
sia con spedizioni via gomma, aerea e mare.
A T T I V I T A'
L'azienda è organizzata con un vasto magazzino di materia prima ed è divisa in
4 reparti produttivi: Reparto barre, Lavorazioni meccaniche, Saldobrasatura, Montaggi
Reparto barre • Il nostro reparto costruisce una grande varietà di barre in rame e
alluminio per apparecchiature elettriche. La produzione riguarda barre punzonate,
tranciate, piegate, inguainate, forate, filettate di differenti spessori, dimensioni
e lunghezze.
Lavorazioni meccaniche • Vengono prodotti componenti tramite lavorazioni di tornitura
e fresatura con centri di lavoro cnc. Il reparto conta macchinari multipallets sia verticali
sia orizzontali, oltre che centri di tornitura. L'attività è completata con la fornitura
di stampati a caldo e trattamenti superficiali realizzati con fornitori partner.
Saldobrasatura • L'area è organizzata con macchine che coprono le seguenti
tecnologie: Induzione, Proiezione, Brasatura.
Sono presenti anche 2 postazioni di saldatura a filo.
Montaggi • L’attenzione posta da Sebèc nel risolvere i problemi ai propri clienti si
concretizza con l’attività di assemblaggio e montaggio di assiemi elettromeccanici.
Questo reparto è infatti la naturale chiusura di un ciclo industriale che parte
dall’acquisto della materia prima, sino alla sua lavorazione per concludersi
infine con il montaggio del prodotto.

Sebèc lavora secondo il sistema qualità UNI ISO 9001:2000, e con la
certificazione ambientale UNI ISO 14.000: 2004
Il controllo qualità è garantito sia dall'attività degli operatori durante tutte le fasi di
produzione sia dall'ente "CQ" in fase di accettazione dei materiali e di spedizione finale.
I principali strumenti di controllo sono: centro di controllo tridimensionale dea mistral,
misuratori verticali, proiettore di profili, durometro, rugosimetri, couloscope,
calibri - micrometri - alesametri - blocchetti - tamponi normali - tamponi pneumatici, ecc.

Sebèc srl is one of the societies of the CMO Group and has been working in the
mechanical constructions sector since the beginning of 80's, with a strong
specialization in the electro-mechanics sector.
Activity is developed in Bergamo - Italy - in a covered area of 5.500 m2.
Our efforts are focused on the production of components for electric
components for low, average and high tension, collaborating with the Customer
according to their projects.
Our firm operates with the most important players in transmission and
distribution of energy in Italy and abroad. Our mean partners we are
collaborating with from years are: Abb, Areva, Bticino, Schneider Electric.
O R G A N I Z A T I O N
The company is structured according to the mean business departments: sales office, production department, times and
methods, quality, purchasing and logistics departments.
Sebèc operates with avant-garde electronic tools for the management of the production techniques (cycles, lists, tools,
maintenance, etc.) and also for the informative data organization (M.R.P, W.I.P, orders, drawings, special orders, store, etc.).
The production is planned using the M.R.P. systems and the planning is generally flexible to meet the customer demand.
Every year about 5.000 orders are managed for a total of more than 80.000 of work hours. The production also foresees
thermal and superficial treatments (silvering, tinning, paintings, nickel-plating, etc.) which are performed by our reliable
suppliers. We deliver our products worldwide.
A C T I V I TY
The firm is organized with a huge warehouse of raw material which is divided in 4 productive departments:
bars department, mechanical Works, Braze welding, Assemblage.
Bars department • our department carries out a big variety of bars in copper and aluminium for electric apparatuses.
The production concerns punched, sheared, bent, sheathed, perforated and threaded bars of different thickness, dimensions and
lengths.
Mechanical works • Components are carried out through lathes and milling center machines. The department is provided
with multi-pallets machining centres, vertical and horizontal, and also lathing centers. The activity is then completed with the
supply of heat-moulded and superficial treatments.
Braze welding •The area is organized with machines that cover the following technologies: Induction, Projection and
Braising. There are also 2 postings of thread welding.
Assemblages • Sebèc is paying attention to solve It's customers problems; this is concretised with the activity of
assemblage and electro mechanics components assembly. This department is in fact the natural closing of an industrial
cycle that starts from the purchasing of the raw material, it's machining to the assemblage of the final product at the end.

Sebèc is certified according to the quality system UNI ISO
9001:2000, and the procedure for the environmental certification UNI
ISO 14.000:2004 ed by the activity of the operators during all the
steps of production and the corporate body "QC " at the acceptance
of the materials and at the final consignment. The mean tools of control are: 3-dimensional control centre Dea Mistral, vertical measurers,
profiles projector, hardness measurer, roughness measurer, couloscope, callipers - micrometers – boring measurer, notepads, normal buffer, pneumatic buffer, etc…
