PREPARATION OF THE PASTE
Incanacol va miscelato con acqua fino ad ottenere un
impasto omogeneo e di densità tale da sostenere la
pietra senza farla scivolare sulla parete (assorbenza del
fondo: dura con cemento armato, più diluita su fondo
assorbente).Lasciar riposare l’impasto per circa 10
minuti; rimescolare prima dell’uso. Se il fondo è molto
assorbente bagnarlo prima con acqua senza lasciare
velo. fig. 1 e 2
Incanacol has to be mixed with water until it becomes a
homogeneous mixture and with a density that can hold
the stone without making it slide along the wall (surface
absorbency: hard with reinforced concrete, more diluted
on absorbing surface). Leave the mixture to stand for
about10 minutes; stir again before use. If the surface
is very absorbing, wet it with water without leaving film.

PREPARATION OF THE STONE
Durante il montaggio bisogna alternare le pietre
manufatte presenti nelle varie confezioni per uniformare
le eventuali differenze di colore. Dopo aver fatto aderire
un leggero strato di colla su un mq di superficie, spalmare
uno strato di colla sul dorso della pietra, facendo
attenzione a non sporcarla. Se la pietra risultasse liscia
o lucida nella parte da incollare, dovrà essere resa
ruvida con la spazzola metallica o con attrezzi simili. Se
si sporca accidentalmente la pietra con la colla, pulirla
immediatamente con una spugna imbevuta d’ acqua.
During mounting it is necessary to alternate the
manufactured stones of the different packs in order to
uniform possible colour differences. Apply a thin layer of
glue on one m2 of surface. Once it has adhered, apply
a layer of glue on the back of the stone, being careful
not to make it dirty. Should the stone be smooth or shiny
on the part to be glued, make it coarse with a metal
brush or with similar tools. If you accidentally stain the
stone with glue, clean it immediately with a sponge cloth
soaked in water.

LAYING OF THE STONE
L’inizio della posa deve avvenire sempre dal basso e
dagli angoli.
Fare aderire bene le pietre con un movimento trasversale
fino a far fuoriuscire la colla dai lati, la pietra non deve
scivolare verso il basso.
Mantenere le pietre orizzontali sul lato più lungo
possibilmente a “bolla”. Cercare di creare fughe di
spessore uguale, evitare fughe in verticale superiori
all’altezza delle pietre stesse. Se le pietre sottostanti
si sporcano con grumi di colla, lasciarla leggermente
appassire, poi toglierla e pulire con una spugnetta
imbevuta d’acqua l’alone rimasto.
The laying shall always start from the bottom and the
corners.
Make the stones adhere properly with a transversal
movement until the glue comes out from the sides, the
stone must not slide downwards.
Keep the horizontal stones on the longest side possibly
“bubble” level.
Try to create joints of the same thickness, avoid vertical
joints higher than the height of the stones.
If glue lumps make the stones below dirty, let them
slightly dry and then remove and clean the mark with a
sponge cloth soaked in water.

Lo stucco viene inserito come nel sistema

leggermente la pietra sui bordi con un

The filler is applied as for the spatula
method, after it slightly dried up, it is
arranged by hand with a bricklayer glove
made of hard leather. The joint remains

_Il sistema di incollaggio a colla è più facile e sicuro per una ottimizzazione di posa dei nostri
prodotti.
TEMPI DI POSA
Modelli fugati: in una giornata 8/12 mq.
Modelli non fugati: in una giornata 23/30 mq.
Questi tempi di posa si intendono al lavoro di un
professionista del settore.
_La pietra manufatta non va posata su fondi ove siano presenti strati di vernice e
disarmante in quanto potrebbero provocare il distacco del rivestimento. In questi casi si
procede ad asportare il prodotto esistente mediante sabbiatura o raschiatura o al fissaggio
di una rete metallica di supporto a maglia fine.
_Posa su premiscelato: accertarsi presso chi lo ha eseguito, che lo stesso sia idoneo a
sostenere un rivestimento.

La stampa su carta non riproduce fedelmente i colori.
Si prega pertanto di prendere visione diretta dei singoli
prodotti.
_Temperature troppo alte o troppo basse possono causare il distacco del
rivestimento. Temperature di posa consigliate da 5° a 28°C.
_Posa su cartongesso: utilizzare un collante apposito per gesso o utilizzare un primer
impermeabilizzante.
_Posa su pareti con intonaci vecchi o deteriorati da umidità: asportare le parti rovinate
e rifarle con intonaci traspiranti.
_Posa su pareti in gravi condizioni: riportare una rete elettrosaldata fissata al muro con
tasselli.
_La superficie di posa deve essere libera da polvere e sporco.
_Le pietre manufatte INCANA® non hanno nessuna manutenzione, le pareti soggette a locali
polverosi vanno semplicemente lavate con acqua.
_La pietra INCANA® non aggiunge robustezza al muro.
_Prodotti chimici e cloro possono scolorire la pietra manufatta INCANA®.
_Non pulire la pietra con getti d’acqua ad alta pressione,se non ad una certa distanza.
_The glueing system is easier and sure in order to have a right laying of our products.
_The manufactured stone has not to be laied on bottoms where there are coats
of paint because it could cause a coating detach. In these case you need to remove the
existing product by sandblasting or scraping or you need to fix a lath as fine-grid support.
_Laying on prepared mixture: check with the person who did the work that the same
work is able to hold a lining.
_High-temperatures or low-temperatures can cause the coating detach.
Recommendable laying temperatures between 5 ° and 28 °C.
_Laying on plasterboard: use a special adhesive for plaster or use a waterproofing primer.
LAYING TIME
