Il locale, nel piccolo borgo di Diano
Borello, nasce dal recupero di una
casa ottocentesca adibita a frantoio,
bottega e forno. La cucina ligure
dell'entroterra viene celebrata in tutta
la sua semplicità, ma con il massimo
rigore nella scelta delle materie prime.

In the small village of Diano Borello, the
restaurant is situated in a restored 19th
century house used as an olive mill, shop
and bakery.
Ligurian hinterland cuisine is celebrated
in all of its simplicity, but with painstaking
attention to ingredients.
OPENING TIMES AND SEASON
• Open daily except for Tuesday.
Lunch from noon to 3.00 pm on
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
Dinner from 7.00 pm to 10.00 pm.
RISTORANTE CANDIDOLLO
Le local, situé dans le petit bourg de
Diano Borello, a été construit à partir
d'une maison du XIXe siècle utilisée
comme pressoir, magasin et four.
La cuisine ligure de l'arrière-pays est
mise à l'honneur en toute simplicité, mais
est élaborée à partir de matières
premières triées sur le volet.
HORAIRES D'OUVERTURE
• Ouvert tous les jours sauf le mardi.
Ouvert de midi à 15h le samedi, le
dimanche et les jours fériés.
Ouvert le soir de 19h à 22h.

Das Lokal in der kleinen Ortschaft Diano
Borello entsteht nach der Renovierung
eines Hauses aus dem 19. Jahrhundert,
das als Ölmühle, Werkstatt und Bäckerei
eingerichtet war.
Die ligurische Küche des Hinterlands
wird hier in ihrer ganzen Schlichtheit
doch bei größter Sorgfalt bei der Auswahl
der Zutaten zelebriert.

• Jeden Tag außer dienstags geöffnet.
Mittagessen von 12.00 bis 15.00 Uhr,
samstags, sonntags und feiertags.
Abendessen von 19.00 bis 22.00 Uhr.
