DESCRIZIONE
Carapace
marcatamente
convesso,
quasi
emisferico, liscio. Regione frontale ristretta,
ripiegata verso l’alto. Orbite profonde, che
ricoprono completamente i piccoli occhi. Angolo
epibranchiale laterale ripiegato in basso, verso la
base dei chelipedi. Una cresta finemente granulata
orla il carapace dal margine epibranchiale al
margine posteriore dorsale. Chelipedi simmetrici,
massici, con grossi tubercoli ben visibili.
Pereopodi corti e sottili.
COROLOGIA / AFFINITA’
Tropicale e sub-tropicale indopacifica.
