Regolamento del concorso
1. Chi può partecipare?
Sono ammissibili al contest coloro che hanno compiuto 18 anni o che inviano il permesso dei genitori, e
hanno acquistato la DANCE CORNER TOOLS.
2. Come partecipare?
Compilare tutte le informazioni richieste sul modulo di iscrizione on-line
www.moltorecordings.com dcts
Ogni partecipante ha diritto ad un solo modulo d’iscrizione.
Tutte le iscrizioni devono pervenire entro il termine del 15 settembre 2013 e saranno accettate solo le
produzioni inviate a [email protected] accompagnate dalla ricevuta d’acquisto su
BEATPORT.com di DANCE CORNER TOOLS, del modulo d’iscrizione e dell’eventuale autorizzazione dei
genitori per i minori di anni 18 e dovranno essere rispettate le seguenti condizioni:
• • Inviare il file audio in formato MP3 di dimensione inferiore a 15 MB
• • non utilizzare campionamenti (samples) di altri brani editi da terzi
Molto Srl si riserva il diritto di verificare la validità e l'originalità di ogni modulo di iscrizione (compresa
l'identità e l'indirizzo del partecipante) e di squalificare qualsiasi partecipante che presenti informazioni che
non siano conformi con il presente Regolamento Ufficiale.
Molto Srl può vietare a qualsiasi individuo di partecipare al concorso se si determina che detto individuo stia
cercando di minare il funzionamento legittimo del concorso con l'inganno o altre pratiche sleali, stia violando
le regole ufficiali , o agisca in modo dirompente durante la gara. Inviando il modulo di iscrizione compilato in
ogni sua parte, si accettano le condizioni del contest e di essere vincolati alle decisioni dei giudici.
3. Come saranno giudicate le Produzioni inviate?
Le Produzioni inviate saranno giudicate in base a diversi fattori tra cui:
• • Originalità
• • Capacità tecnica del produttore
• • Orecchiabilità / Radiofonicità
• • Impatto in pista
• • Adattabilità alle etichette del gruppo Molto Recordings
• • Gusto personale di Christian Vlad (DANCE CORNER-MATCH MUSIC) e Roberto Luppi (MOLTO
RECORDINGS)
Le decisioni dei giudici sono definitive in tutte le questioni relative al concorso.
I vincitori saranno avvisati tramite e-mail e saranno tenuti ad inviare tutte le informazioni e a sottoscrivere
tutte le liberatorie necessarie alla pubblicazione delle Produzioni, e restituire questi documenti allo Sponsor
entro 48 ore dal ricevimento. In caso di mancata restituzione il partecipante sarà squalificato.
4. Cessione delle registrazioni e delle opere incorporate nelle stesse.
Il Partecipante cede a Molto Recordings la proprietà irrevocabile, perpetua e mondiale delle registrazioni
inviate e delle opere in esse contenute. Molto Recordings potrà quindi riprodurre, modificare, adattare,
pubblicare, trasferire, distribuire, visualizzare e utilizzare la produzione inviata, senza alcun compenso per il
Partecipante e/o per terzi. Tutti i diritti di produttore fonografico sulle registrazioni e di autoraggio sulle opere
vengono qui ceduti in capo a Molto Recordings, tutti, nessuno escluso, comprendendo anche tutti quei diritti
che non siano qui espressamente citati.
Le produzioni inviate non saranno restituite e non sono cedibili a terzi da parte dei Partecipanti poiché
contengono materiali audio il cui copyright è di esclusiva proprietà di Molto Recordings.
Molto Srl non sarà responsabile per eventuali costi, danni, o spese che ogni vincitore potrebbe sostenere a
seguito del concorso o della vincita dello stesso.
Molto Srl può rivedere questo regolamento ufficiale (e / o annullare, modificare o sospendere una gara
(anche alterando premi) se, a proprio insindacabile giudizio, il concorso non può ragionevolmente essere
condotto. Tali modifiche verranno pubblicate on-line e l'utente accetta di essere vincolato legalmente alle
regole aggiornate e / o modificate.

Contest Rules
1. Who can participate?

sent to [email protected] accompanied by proof of purchase of BEATPORT.com of DANCE
CORNER TOOLS, on the entry form and any authorization of parents for children under 18 years and should
be complied with the following conditions:
• • Send the audio file in MP3 format smaller than 15 MB
• • Do not use samples (samples) of other pieces published by third parties
Molto reserves the right to verify the validity and originality of any form (including the identity and address of
the participant) and to disqualify any participant who present information that does not comply with these
Official Rules.
Molto Srl may prohibit any individual to participate in the contest if it is determined that said individual is
attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest by deception or other unfair practices,
violates the Official Rules, or act in a disruptive during the race. By submitting the application form filled out
in its entirety, you accept the terms of the contest and be bound by the decisions of the judges.

Productions sent will be judged based on several factors including:

• • catchiness / radio play powerful
• • Impact on the track
• • Adaptability to the labels of the group Molto Recordings
• • Personal taste of Christian Vlad (DANCE CORNER-MATCH MUSIC) and Roberto Luppi (MOLTO
RECORDINGS RECORDINGS)
The judges' decisions are final in all matters relating to the competition.
Winners will be notified via email and will be required to send all the information and to sign all the waivers
necessary for the publication of the productions, and return these documents to the Sponsor within 48 hours
of receipt. In case of failure to return the participant will be disqualified.
4. Disposal of records and works incorporated therein.
The Participant hereby assigns to the property Molto Recordings irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide of records
sent and the works they contain. Molto Recordings can then reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, transfer,
distribute, display, and use the output sent, without compensation to the Entrant and / or to third parties. All
rights of phonogram producer on recordings on the works are sold here in the hands of Molto Recordings,
everyone, without exception, including also all those rights that are not expressly mentioned here.
The productions will not be returned and are not transferable to third parties by the Participants as they
contain audio material whose copyright is the exclusive property of Molto Recordings.
Very Ltd shall not be liable for any costs, damages, or expenses that any winner might incur as a result of
the competition or the winning of the same.
Very Ltd may revise these Official Rules (and / or cancel, modify or suspend a competition (even altering
prizes) if, in its sole discretion, the competition can not reasonably be conducted. Such changes will be
posted online and the user accepts to be legally bound by the updated rules and / or modified.
