La nuova Officina Meccanica è
costruita in adiacenza alla fonderia
per semplificazione logistica e con
dimensione e strutture adeguate a
sostenere anche la crescita produttiva.
L’edificio, progettato dall’Architetto Marco
Visconti, è alto 13 mt, lungo 200 mt e
largo 100 mt.
The new Mechanical Workshop was built
adjacent to the foundry for reasons of
logistical simplification, and with a size
and structure also suited to supporting
productive growth. The building, designed
by the architect Marco Visconti, stands 13
metres in height, 200 metres in length and
100 metres in breadth.

Realizzazione della torre per uffici
di 9 piani, realizzata con rivestimenti
di alluminio e vetro. Altri due corpi
disposti perpendicolarmente ospitano
un parcheggio di 6 piani, gli uffici e lo
showroom. All’interno di questo risulta
particolarmente significativo il progetto
ideato dal designer Ron Arad di una
passerella ellittica praticabile, sulla quale
vengono esposte le vetture. Tutti gli edifici
accolgono il marchio e il simbolo della
casa automobilistica.
Construction of the nine-floor office
tower, created with aluminium and
glass coverings. Two other blocks lying
perpendicularly host a six-storey car park,
offices and the showroom. Within this, the
project developed by the designer Ron
Arad plays a special role: a viable elliptical
walkway on which the cars are put on
show. All the buildings bear the brand and
symbol of the car firm.

Disposto al centro del rinnovato lay-out industriale, il
progetto del Nuovo Ristorante Aziendale Ferrari nasce
da una precisa esigenza: creare un’opera formalmente
distinta dall’ambiente industriale, che favorisca lo svago e la
socializzazione attraverso, luce, trasparenza, innovazione
volumetrica e spaziale. La composizione si basa sulla
giustapposizione di due volumi: il grande padiglione pensile
a forma di ala, sorretto da un’altra porzione di ala posta a
terra che contiene gli spazi a servizio.

Standing at the heart of the renewed industrial layout, the
project for the New Ferrari Company Restaurant originates
from a precise need: to create a structure which is formally
separate from the industrial environment, and which might
foster relaxation and socialisation through light, transparency,
volumetric and spatial innovation. The composition is based
on the juxtaposition of two volumes: the great hanging
pavilion in the shape of a wing, resting on another wing
section on the ground which houses the service areas.

Protoshop di Lamborghini è il primo
edificio industriale multipiano in Classe
energetica A in Italia: con una estensione
di quasi 5.000 mq, ospita il reparto
“Prototipi e Preserie” della famosa casa
automobilistica. Il progetto è stato
realizzato dallo studio di architettura
Archilinea, con rivestimento della facciata
ventilata con lastre ultrasottili (3,5 mm di
spessore) di grande formato (3 x 1 mt).
Imperativo d’obbligo la scelta di materiali
di qualità, capaci di preservarsi inalterati
nel tempo e che richiedano pochissimi
interventi di conservazione.
Lamborghini’s Protoshop is the first multistorey industrial building in Energy Class A
in Italy: in its almost 5,000 square metres,
it hosts the “Prototypes and Pre-Series”
department of the famous automobile
firm. The project was completed by the
architecture studio Archilinea, with a
covering on the ventilated façade with
ultrathin (3.5 mm) large format (3 x 1
metre) panels. An essential element was
the choice of quality materials, capable
of remaining unaltered over time and
requiring minimum maintenance work.

L’intervento modifica il prospetto sud
del Museo Ferrari, cercando di rispettare
le linee, le forme, i materiali e i colori
che caratterizzano l’edificio originale,
integrandosi il più possibile con esso e allo
stesso tempo aumentando le superfici
e i servizi a disposizione dei visitatori. La
caffetteria è stata spostata verso l’esterno
attraverso l’introduzione di un volume
di forma rettangolare quasi interamente
vetrato, che ripropone su un lato un
rivestimento in multistrato di alluminio
rosso che ritroviamo sia sul fronte ovest
che sul fronte nord.
The intervention modified the southern
elevation of the Ferrari Museum,
attempting to respect the lines, shapes
materials and colours that characterise
the original building, integrating as much
as possible with it and at the same time
increasing the floor space and the services
made available to visitors. The cafeteria
was moved towards the outside through
the introduction of a rectangular block,
almost entirely glazed, which on one
side features a multilayer red aluminium
covering, to be found both on the western
and the northern façades.

Il fabbricato di tre piani fuori terra è realizzato
in struttura prefabbricata in acciaio, costituita
da sistemi modulari in acciaio zincato a caldo
con intelaiatura portante opportunamente
controventata. Il piano carrabile, sia al primo
che al secondo piano, è composto da
piastre indipendenti realizzate in calcestruzzo
armato alveolare precompresso, rifinito
superficialmente con spolvero al quarzo
antisdrucciolo, con trattamento, all’ultimo
piano, a base di resina sintetica, per garantire
un’ottima impermeabilizzazione. Sono stati
previsti 482 posti auto di cui 10 per persone
diversamente abili.
The building on three floors above ground
was created using a prefabricated steel
structure, made of modular systems in hotdip galvanised steel with a suitably braced
load-bearing framework. The driveway
surface, both on the first and second floor,
is made up of independent plates in prestressed aerated reinforced concrete, the
surface treated with non-slip quartz particles,
and the top floor coated in synthetic resin
in order to guarantee a high degree of
waterproofing. 482 parking places were
created, of which 10 for disabled drivers.

Obiettivo fondamentale del progetto del nuovo Ristorante Aziendale di
Automobili Lamborghini è creare uno spazio dove tecnologia, design
e confort possano aumentare il benessere dei lavoratori. Il ristorante
oggi è in grado di ospitare 480 persone. Sono state riorganizzate anche
le aree produttive in modo da ampliare lo spazio di lavoro nelle aree
della cucina, del lavaggio e dello stoccaggio merci, oltre che nella zona
dedicata alle sale mensa. Si è proceduto inoltre con un adeguamento
dei requisiti sanitari attraverso un aumento complessivo della luminosità
dell’edificio (parete in policarbonato) e dell’areazione. Il progetto è stato
realizzato dallo studio di architettura Archilinea.

The main objective of the project behind the new company restaurant
of Automobili Lamborghini was to create a space where technology,
design and comfort may increase the wellbeing of workers. The restaurant
may currently accommodate 480 people. The production areas were
reorganised so as to increase the work space in the areas of the kitchen,
the washing and storage of goods, as well as in the area given over to the
canteen. Work was also carried out towards conforming to health and
safety requirements through an overall increase of luminosity throughout
the building (with walls in polycarbonate) and an improved aeration system.
The project was implemented by the architecture studio Archilinea.

L’intervento si è reso necessario a seguito
del sisma del maggio 2012. Si tratta di
una completa messa in sicurezza, con
rifacimento impianti meccanici ed elettrici,
inserimento strutture metalliche del

finitura (resina a pavimento, controsoffitti,
ecc.). Tre mesi dopo il terremoto la Bellco
di Mirandola è tornata operativa al 100%.

È stato completamente demolito il capannone alto per
realizzare un nuovo edificio con copertura e chiusure esterne
in pannelli tipo sandwich, destinato alla ricerca e sviluppo.
Nello stesso intervento è stato inoltre demolito il capannone
basso e completamente ricostruito in carpenteria metallica
e pannelli tipo sandwich per adibirlo ad area assemblaggio,
il “cuore” dalla produzione.

The upper warehouse was completely demolished in order to
create a new building, to be used for research and development,
with exterior roofing and coverings in sandwich panels.
Furthermore, the same intervention foresaw the demolition of
the lower warehouse, which was completely reconstructed using
metalwork frames and sandwich panels in order to prepare it for
use as an assembly area, the “heart” of the production process.

in alluminio completata dalla facciata

carried out in the areas of the assembly,
checking and finishing lines, as well as
the technical offices, the canteen, the

Il fabbricato, realizzato con struttura in calcestruzzo armato
e tamponamenti in muratura con rivestimenti in pannelli di
multistrato in alluminio, è costituito da un piano interrato, tre
piani fuori terra (800 mq cad.) e da una copertura piana. Al
piano terra il nucleo centrale è la grande cella prova motore
(denominata camera test), due sale control room con affaccio
diretto sulla cella, locali generali e tecnici a servizio della cella,
locali di accoglienza e servizio, un’area simulatore, aree di
lavoro e preparazione vetture, locale ventilatori adiacente la
cella nonché deposito materiale a servizio delle attività della
stessa. L’intervento è stato concluso in soli 8 mesi di cantiere.
The building, constructed using a reinforced concrete structure
and masonry infill walls with multilayer aluminium panels on
the exterior, consists of a basement level and three floors above
ground (800 square metres each) and a flat roof. On the ground
floor, the main nucleus is the great motor testing cell (referred to
as the test chamber), two control rooms looking onto the cell,
all-purpose rooms and technical areas serving the cell, reception
and services premises, a simulation area, workstations and car
preparation spaces, a ventilation room next to the cell, as well as
a materials deposit serving the activities of the cell. The project
was completed after only eight months of building work.

ci ha impegnati per oltre 3 anni con soluzioni
tecniche innovative e materiali speciali per non
compromettere l’elevata qualità architettonica
del palazzo nonostante situazioni strutturali
compromesse da precedenti interventi.

da destinarsi a struttura educativa per minori
adolescenti. I lavori includono il ripristino
del parco, il consolidamento delle strutture
della villa, l’eliminazione delle superfetazioni,
la razionalizzazione della distribuzione degli
spazi interni, l’inserimento di servizi e impianti
necessari. Gli interventi sono progettati
nell’ottica della restituzione e salvaguardia
dell’impianto originale della villa mediante
operazioni riconoscibili e reversibili.
Conservational restoration of a villa
protected by the Superintendency for
Architectural Heritage to be used as an
educational structure for adolescent
minors. The works carried out included
the renovation of the park area, the
consolidation of the framework of the
villa, the elimination of accretions, the
rationalisation of the layout of the interior
spaces, the inclusion of necessary service
areas and facilities. The interventions were
planned with a view to the safeguarding
of the original layout of the villa through
recognisable and reversible operations.

with load-bearing structures created partly on

concrete and laminated wood. The shop
spaces are linked by galleries with marble
arches covered in ceramics.

Nuove Tribune con i Paddock e le altre
aree Hospitality. Strutturalmente le tribune
sono realizzate con travi porta gradoni in
CAP, la copertura è realizzata in pannelli
con strutture portanti in carpenteria
metallica e sovrastante impianto

The New Grandstand is designed to accommodate 4,127 seats, of
which 213 VIP, 1,054 quality, 30 places for the disabled, and 2,830
ordinary seats. The Hospitality Area consists of a covered terrace
which at regular intervals features two blocks containing restrooms
and the vertical connection elements. The walkway is structurally
and architecturally designed to constitute a lightweight link between
the New Grandstand, the Paddocks and the other Hospitality areas.
Structurally, the grandstand was built using step-bearing beams in
pre-stressed concrete, and the roofing in panels with a metalwork
load-bearing structure has a photovoltaic system on top.
