Dal 1950 il Parchettificio Garbelotto produce pavimenti in legno di grande
qualità e bellezza, con legnami selezionati provenienti da tutto il mondo.
L’amore per il legno, la grande esperienza della famiglia Garbelotto, la
collaborazione con Francesco Dalla Colletta e la costante ricerca tecnologica
hanno permesso alle aziende di raggiungere l’eccellenza nella produzione
di una vasta gamma di pavimenti in legno e accessori. In continua crescita,
acquistando macchinari sempre più avanzati, hanno inaugurato nuovi
stabilimenti e nuove sedi produttive, ultima, la nuova futuristica sede
direzionale del Gruppo, che ospita gli uffici ed un innovativo showroom dove
è possibile ammirare tutti i prodotti Garbelotto e Master Floor in una nuova
veste che coniuga arte, moda e tecnologia.
Companies
Since 1950 Parchettificio Garbelotto has been producing high quality
wooden floors using only selected timber coming from all over the
world. Garbelotto family’s love for wood and their long experience,
joint with Francesco Dalla Colletta's collaboration, and a continuous
technological research, have allowed the companies to reach excellence
in the production of a wide range of wooden floors and accessories.
The Group is constantly growing by acquiring high- tech machineries
and by opening new factories and production sites. A new modern and
dynamic executive center with a wide showroom, offering to customers
a complete view of all Garbelotto and Master Floor products, is going
to be opened with a new artistic, fashion and technological look.

Adatto alla Bioedilizia
NO SOSTANZE TOSSICHE
In tutta la produzione vengono usate materie prime esenti da emissioni nocive per la
salute dell’uomo. La finitura della superficie avviene con vernici all’acqua ed olii naturali
che garantiscono un prodotto adatto alla bioedilizia.
MINIMA EMISSIONE DI FORMALDEIDE
Il multistrato di betulla usato per il supporto è certificato in classe E1 per l’emissione
di formaldeide. Inoltre i test eseguiti a campione sui nostri prodotti hanno stabilito che
l'emissione di formaldeide è pari a 0,1 mgHCHO/(m2Xh) inferiore del 97% rispetto al
limite massimo di 3,5 mgHCHO/(m2Xh).
Suitable for Bio-Building
NO TOXIC SUBSTANCES
In our production system we use only raw materials that are not toxic. The finish of
the surface is made with water waxes and oils which are completely free from noxious
substances and they guarantee a product suitable for bio-building.
MINIMUM EMISSION OF FORMALDEHYDE
The birch multilayer we use is classified as E1 class for formaldehyde release. The tests we
made on our products showed that the formaldehyde emission is equal to 0,1 mgHCHO/
(m2Xh) and less than 97% compared to the maximum level of 3,5 mgHCHO/(m2Xh).

rinnovamento delle risorse. Impianti di energia termica, con recupero e riciclo
di scarti di produzione provenienti da sola segatura vergine e energia elettrica
autoprodotta da un impianto di pannelli fotovoltaici di ultima generazione,
permettono uno sviluppo sostenibile delle aziende.

Both companies are engaged in the field of eco-friendly effort for the renovation
of the resources. Thermal energy installations, with the resume and recycle of the
production waste coming just from sawdust, and self-produced electricity, thanks

Verniciatura all'acqua
PRODOTTO
La verniciatura a ciclo completo all’acqua è ideale per la bioedilizia in quanto garantisce l’assenza totale di emissioni di sostanze tossiche. I suoi 100
gr/mq di residuo secco di vernice e l'aggiunta di micro particelle cerose rendono la superficie resistente e morbida al tatto. La finitura può essere
effetto cera o extra lucida Gloss®
Water based varnish

CERTIFICATO
Completely water based varnish, which is ideal for bio-building, grants a total absence of harmful emissions. A 100gr/sqm of dried varnish residual and
the adding of waxy micro-particles make the surface resistant and smooth. The finish can be matt (wax effect) or glossy extra-shining (Gloss® line)
Verniciatura "antigraffio"
100gr/mq di residuo secco di vernice in 6 passaggi a rullo rendono la vernice antigraffio incredibilmente resistente. Il basso contenuto di
solventi garantisce una totale sicurezza del prodotto.
"Scratchproof" varnish
100 g/sqm varnish in 6 different roller passages make the scratchproof varnish incredibly resistant. The low content of pure solvents
guarantees a complete safety of the product.
Finitura ad olio
La nuova finitura ad olio naturale è caratterizzata da un olio di ultima generazione, adatto alla bioedilizia perché ecologico e privo di
sostanze nocive. È un olio vegetale naturale che nutre, protegge e preserva la superficie del legno.
Oil finish
The new natural oil finish is characterized by an innovative oil, suitable for bio-building because it is totally free from noxious substances.
It is a natural oil that nourishes, protects and preserves the wood surface.
Vernice igienizzante
Il nuovo additivo, aggiunto alla vernice all’acqua nella fase di finitura del pavimento, è particolarmente indicato negli ambienti ad alti standard igienici,
come ad esempio le camere per bambini, bagni, studi dentistici, ristoranti, piscine, saune, etc. Questo additivo, a base di ioni d’argento, elimina la
popolazione batterica in appena 24 ore, ne impedisce la riproduzione, come documentato dai test svolti nel quadro della normativa JIS Z 2801:2006.
Le caratteristiche igienizzanti di questo additivo hanno la stessa durata del pavimento, in quanto queste micro particelle si integrano nella finitura del
pavimento e non possono essere asportate, neanche nelle periodiche operazioni di pulizia. La VERNICE IGIENIZZANTE, che pone al centro della sua
formulazione il rispetto per l’uomo e per l’ambiente, può essere richiesta come optional alla verniciatura all’acqua.
Supplemento per pavimento: 4,45 €/mq | Supplemento per tori, soglie, battiscopa: 2,25 €/ml
Sanitizing varnish
This new additive, added to the water-based varnish during the final part of the treatment, is suggested for high hygienic standard rooms, such as children
bedrooms, bathrooms, dental offices, restaurants, swimming pools, wellness areas etc. This additive, based on silver ions, eliminates bacterial populations in
just 24 hours and prevents their reproduction – as proved tests based on JIS Z 2801:2006 standards. The hygienic resistance of this additive has the same
duration of the floor because the micro particles of the product joint together with the floor treatment cannot be removed even during the usual periodic
cleaning. The sanitizing varnish, based on ecological parameters and respect of human being, can be requested as adding product in the water-based varnish.

Le vernici ignifughe sono vernici formulate con componenti che, a film essiccato, rallentano la propagazione della fiamma e sono un indispensabile
strumento di prevenzione degli incendi. Garbelotto e Master Floor possono fornire pavimenti verniciati ignifughi su tutta la gamma prodotti, per soddisfare
particolari richieste di utilizzo in opere pubbliche quali scuole, teatri, hotel, locali/bar, ecc..., senza tralasciare la qualità della finitura.

Fire-resistant varnish
Fire-resistant varnishes are made with components that slow down the propagation of the flame and they are an essential instrument of
prevention of fires. Garbelotto and Master Floor can provide fire-resistant parquets for the whole product range, to satisfy their use in
public areas as schools, theaters, hotels, bars etc… but always paying attention to the quality of the finish.

It is essential to deliver to the client our
Data Sheet, to give the right value to a
product which is not marked as the parquet and
also to avoid eventual complaints due to
an improper use of storage, installation and
maintenance. It is contained in an elegant case
and it deals with the information of the product,
its installation and the recommendation for its
maintenance. You could also find the certification that
confirms that the product is 100% Made in Italy.
IMBALLAGGIO
Il materiale viene infine imballato e sigillato con
film termoretraibile su scatole di cartone resistenti
e personalizzate con il nome dell’ azienda. Il codice
a barre applicato su ciascun pacco riporta le
caratteristiche del prodotto, la data e lo stabilimento
di produzione ed i mq contenuti.

The product is finally packed and sealed with shrink wrap,
in resistant and personalized boxes with the name of the
company. The bar code applied on every box reports the
features of the product, the date, the factory in which it
has been produced and the sqm content.

We’ve improved the management of the

La nuova tecnologia acquisita permette la lavorazione a spina di parquet in spessore da 10 a 14 mm, larghezze da 70 a 120 mm (o superiori 150/200 mm a
preventivo) e lunghezze da 400 a 700 mm punta punta. Il materiale, bisellato e con incastro maschio e femmina sui 4 lati, è fornito predisposto per la posa a
spina con angolo di taglio consigliato da 45° a 60°, a seconda delle esigenze.
The new acquired technology allows us to obtain the herringbone installation with our wooden floor with 10/14 mm thickness, 70/120 mm width (150/200 mm on demand)

Listo-Floor ® è una linea di prefiniti a 2 strati
con uno spessore di 10 o 14 mm, di cui 4
mm di legno nobile. Disponibile in 5 modelli
Classic, Maxi, Super, Grand e Gold di
diverse dimensioni, in varie specie legnose
e trattamenti della superficie. Il parquet
prefinito di Garbelotto garantisce stabilità,
resistenza, praticità ed eleganza.
Un particolare e unico metodo di essicazione ha
permesso la realizzazione della linea "i Masselli®".
Questa linea propone tavole di rovere massicce prefinite
pronte per la posa, con 12 esclusivi trattamenti della
superficie. Le tavole sono in legno a tutto spessore,
bisellate sui 4 lati, spazzolate. I 12 modelli sono stati
battezzati richiamando la nostra città per eccellenza,
Venezia, città d’arte, della bellezza, della tradizione,
conosciuta per il suo valore in tutto il mondo. Questo
elegante prodotto è finito ad olio e adatto alla bioedilizia
perché totalmente naturale.
Il legno massiccio viene comunemente
definito “Tradizionale” poiché è stato per
decenni il pavimento per antonomasia. E’
prodotto con incastro maschio e femmina per
una maggiore tenuta soprattutto nei formati
più grandi, o senza incastro, nei formati più
piccoli. La posa deve essere incollata e il
legno massello viene levigato e verniciato o
oliato in opera.
Listo-Floor® is a prefinished two-layers line with
a thickness of 10 or 14 mm, 4 mm of which are of
noble wood. Available in 5 models Classic, Maxi,
Super, Grand and Gold in different dimensions,
wood species and treatments of the surface. The
installation is glued and simple as well as its
cleaning and maintenance.
A peculiar and unique way of drying process allowed us
to realize i Masselli® Line. It proposes prefinished solid
oak boards, ready to be layed, with 12 exclusive finishes.
The boards are made of wood in full thickness, bevelled
on 4 sides and brushed. The 12 models have been named
thinking about our special city, Venice, city of art,
beauty, tradition, known all over the world for its value.
This elegant product is finished with oil and it is suitable
for bio-building because it is completely natural.
Solid wood is commonly called “Traditional” because
it has been the floor by definition for decades. It is
produced with tongue and groove joints for a better
resistance, especially in the bigger format, or without
joint, in smaller format. The installation has to
be glued and the solid wood has to be sanded and
varnished or oiled during installation.

Il vetro di Murano di Venezia originale, 100%
certificato, lavorato a mano, cotto nelle fornaci
e incastonato con splendide Murrine, si fonde
alla nostra linea di quadrotte CREATOR®. Il
risultato… un pavimento esclusivo e signorile!
Ideale per la pavimentazione di bordi piscine,
terrazze, camminamenti, balconi, patii, logge e
rivestimenti esterni. Disponibile in 2 versioni: a
listone tradizionale per posa su magatelli della
stessa specie legnosa o in altri materiali, a
tolda di nave, a spina o come si preferisce (con
clips a scomparsa fornite separatamente);
oppure in tavole precomposte a quadro o
accoppiate con supporto in resina ad incastro,
per una posa a scacchiera o a correre.

It's ideal for pool edges, terraces, walkways, balconies,
patios and exterior coatings. It's available in 2
versions: traditional batten for installation on joists
of the same wood species or in other material, strippattern flooring, herringbone or as it is preferred
(with retractable clips provided separately); or precomposed squares with the upper part in solid wood
and the lower part with a resin support, for a strippattern flooring or basket pattern.

A peculiar and unique way of drying process allowed us to realize i Masselli® Line. It
proposes prefinished solid oak boards, ready to be layed, with 12 exclusive finishes. The
boards are made of wood in full thickness, bevelled on 4 sides and brushed. The 12 models
have been named thinking about our special city, Venice, city of art, beauty, tradition,
known all over the world for its value. This elegant product is finished with oil and it is

Il legno massiccio viene comunemente definito “Tradizionale” poiché è stato per
decenni il pavimento per antonomasia. E’ prodotto con incastro maschio e femmina
per una maggiore tenuta soprattutto nei formati più grandi, o senza incastro, nei
formati più piccoli. La posa deve essere incollata e il legno massello viene levigato e
verniciato o oliato in opera.
“Traditional” solid wood to be finished during installation
Solid wood is commonly called “Traditional” because it has been the floor by definition
for decades. It is produced with tongue and groove joints for a better resistance,
especially in the bigger format, or without joint, in smaller format. The installation
has to be glued and the solid wood has to be sanded and varnished or oiled during
installation.

The charm and warmth of the outdoor decking
It's ideal for pool edges, terraces, walkways, balconies, patios and exterior coatings. It's
available in 2 versions: traditional batten for installation on joists of the same wood species or
in other material, strip-pattern flooring, herringbone or as it is preferred (with retractable clips
provided separately); or pre-composed squares with the upper part in solid wood and the lower
part with a resin support, for a strip-pattern flooring or basket pattern.

Master Floor’ s research and development departments, putting together different
finishings and treatments, have created the Collection line. This line represents
exclusive treatments of the surface as the saw cut, the texture, pearly or ochre pickled,
or pad waxing. The boards are supplied in different widths so that to create a particular
installation. All this to obtain a collection floor!

Le tavole sono morciate con terre naturali per donare un colore naturalmente
invecchiato. Il materiale è fornito in diverse larghezze e lunghezze, per ricreare il
disegno dei pavimenti di una volta.
An exclusive collection of antique boards
Master Floor presents its line "I TAVOLATI®" 3 layers prefinished one with exclusive treatments
on the surface, colors and inlays, obtained manually from creative ebonists. The boards are
imbued with clays to give them naturally an aged color. The material is provided in different
widths and lenghts to re-create the drawing of ancient floors.

hi-TECH è un giunto in pvc color nero applicabile su tutti i prefiniti e massicci Garbelotto
e Master Floor con uno spessore da 10 o 14mm, in tutte le specie legnose, per realizzare
delle pose modello navale. Questo ingegnoso profilo permette una posa semplice e
veloce grazie al doppio incastro ed è utilizzabile in ambienti interni o esterni coperti.

hi-TECH is a black PVC joint applicable on all Garbelotto and Master Floor prefinished and
solid wood floors with a thickness of 10 / 14 mm, for all wood species, to realize installation
as on ships. This clever profile allows a simple and quick installation thanks to a double
joint and it is useful for indoor and outdoor settings.

INFORMAZIONI UTILI
• RISCALDAMENTO E RAFFRESCAMENTO A PAVIMENTO
La temperatura del pavimento riscaldante per ragioni di stabilità dimensionale (che varia a seconda della specie legnosa) e di
benessere, non deve superare i 22-24°C e le condizioni climatiche ambientali devono essere quindi comprese tra il 45% e il 60% di
umidità dell’aria relativa per prevenire eventuali ritiri e quindi fessurazioni. Per limitare ulteriormente la formazione di fessurazioni
del parquet, è opportuno evitare di coprire i pavimenti con tappeti o altri materiali isolanti termici. Naturalmente la posa su
massetti riscaldanti e raffrescanti a pavimento deve essere realizzata a regola d’arte (criteri di posa e valutazioni del pavimento in
legno devono fare riferimento al manuale: "il parquet dal progetto alla posa in opera", A. I. P. P. L., Edil legno arredo, Associazione
Federlegno Arredo, edizione 2009).

• POSA DECKING
Per mantenere la bellezza ed il colore originale del legno è necessario, prima della posa, trattare le doghe su tutti i lati con
l'apposito olio protettivo in quanto il materiale viene fornito grezzo non trattato. La posa deve essere eseguita da posatori
professionisti o da personale qualificato. Prima della posa verificare l’idoneità del sottofondo come pendenze e localizzare gli
eventuali scarichi presenti.
Questo tipo di listello per esterni può essere posato in vari modi :
- su magatelli della stessa specie legnosa del materiale acquistato o in alternativa di altre specie legnose a scelta o su materiali
come profili di alluminio o in ferro zincato .
- su piedini regolabili in altezza dove poter fissare il magatello.
Si consiglia l’utilizzo di una doppia clips sull’incontro delle teste tra una tavola e l’altra.
In caso di quadrotte precomposte (già pronte per la posa) con parte superiore di legno massello e parte inferiore con supporto in
resina il sottofondo deve essere solido quale massetto cementizio, ceramica, marmo, ecc…
Il pavimento è calpestabile subito dopo la posa. In caso di oliatura invece è necessario attendere 48 ore per l’asciugatura dell’olio
stesso. Si ricorda che il legno subisce, normalmente, un processo di ossidazione che varierà in base al contatto più o meno
persistente degli agenti atmosferici. Infine si consiglia di trattare annualmente con l'apposito olio protettivo il pavimento, per
mantenere il colore e la bellezza originale del legno.

USEFUL INFORMATION
• COOLING AND HEATING UNDERFLOOR
Due to reasons of dimensional stability (which varies depending on wood species) and well-being, the temperature of the heating
floor does not have to exceed 22-24°C and air humidity of the room has to be kept between 45% and 60%, to prevent any retiring
or cracking of the floor. To avoid this type of problem, as the cracking of the floor, it is recommended not to cover the floors with
carpets or other thermal insulations. Obviously, the installation on heating and cooling floors must be done perfectly.

• DECKING INSTALLATION
To preserve the parquet in good condition before the installation it is recommended to treat the boards on all sides with the
appropriate protective oil and do it again every year or every 6 months, in case of special space, to maintain the original beauty and
color of the wood. The material is provided raw, not treated. The installation has to be done by professional installers or by qualified
personnel. Verify the suitability of the slope basement and locate eventual drains.
This type of batten for outdoor, could be installed in different ways:
- on joists of the same wood species of the material bought or alternatively of other wood species or on material as aluminium or
galvanized iron.
- on height-adjustable feet where it is possible to fix the joist.
It is recommended to use a double clip on the crossroads between boards.
In case of pre-composed square compositions (ready for installation) with upper side in solid wood and the lower one with a resin
support, the basement has to be solid as concrete, ceramic, marble, etc…
The floor is walkable immediately after the installation, but in case of oil finishing it is necessary to wait at least 48 hours in order to
let the oil dried. Subsequently there will be a normal oxidation of the wood, but above all, since this is a floor always in contact with
atmospheric agents, it will vary depending on their persistence.

- Il presente listino rif. "MG 114" annulla e sostituisce il precedente rif. "MG 112" e quanto indicato non costituisce impegno alcuno se non confermato per iscritto dalla ditta venditrice.
- Tutti i prezzi indicati nel presente listino si intendono al netto di I.V.A.
1) ORDINI:
- Tutti gli ordini verranno inseriti in produzione solo al ricevimento della conferma controfirmata.
- La quantità di merce confermata sarà pari all'ordine ricevuto, mentre la quantità di merce evasa sarà arrotondata al pacco intero.
- Gli ordini sono subordinati all'approvazione della Ditta venditrice e vincolanti per l'acquirente.
- Si consiglia di chiedere la conferma della disponibilità del materiale e la validità dei prezzi prima di assumere impegni.
- Il materiale viene fornito in varie lunghezze, secondo disponibilità con una percentuale del 10% di sottomisure.
Eventuali richieste di lunghezza unica o particolari verranno esaminate di volta in volta e, se evadibili, il prezzo sarà a preventivo.
2) SPEDIZIONI E CONSEGNE:
- I materiali sono resi franco ns. stabilimento e la merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del contraente anche se venduta in porto franco.
- In caso di pacchi scondizionati o ammanchi di merce il reclamo dovrà essere rivolto al trasportatore all'atto della consegna e segnalato nel relativo
documento di trasporto.
- L'utilizzazione della merce da parte dell'acquirente costituisce il suo riconoscimento all'idoneità all'uso per cui è destinata, nonchè la rinuncia a
qualsiasi contestazione.
- Qualora si evidenziassero eventuali difetti durante la posa, l'acquirente dovrà immediatamente sospenderla, informando l'azienda venditrice
con Raccomandata A.R. entro 8 (otto) giorni dal ricevimento della merce, pena la decadenza di ogni suo diritto.
Gli obblighi della ditta venditrice non potranno andare oltre al ritiro e sostituzione della merce difettosa.
-Eventuali reclami e contestazioni non danno diritto all'acquirente di sospendere, ritardare o ritirare i pagamenti.
- È espressamente convenuta la riserva di dominio a favore della Ditta venditrice, e la vendita si intende fatta sotto condizione sospensiva fino al pagamento
dell'intero prezzo, per cui il compratore ne resta depositario fiduciario, con l'obbligo di non rimuovere nè cedere il materiale, che, pertanto rimarrà
di propietà del fornitore sino al pagamento integrale riconoscendo al fornitore stesso il diritto di recupero totale o parziale del materiale nel caso che,
per qualsiasi ragione, il pagamento integrale non sia avvenuto.

Per consegne con richieste particolari (tipo sponda idraulica, facchinaggio, centri storici, etc.) l'addebito del trasporto deve essere preventivato dall'azienda.
Spese di imballo per ogni singola consegna il costo minimo è di € 6,50 prezzo netto a bancale Eur.
L'addebito minimo per le spese di trasporto ammonta a € 30,00 prezzo netto + I.V.A. isole escluse.
Per l'invio dei campioni addebito spese di solo trasporto di € 15,00 + I.V.A.
4) RESI:
Eventuali resi di materiale dovranno essere autorizzati dalle ditte Garbelotto e Master Floor previa verifica e approvazione da parte delle stesse, e se accordati,
solamente per pacchi completi con imballo originale non scondizionato. Il costo del trasporto sarà a completo carico dell'acquirente.
5) PAGAMENTI:
- I termini di pagamento decorrono sempre dalla data della fattura.
- I pagamenti convenuti al momento dell'ordine devono essere rispettati. Non potranno mai essere sospesi, nè ritardati neppure in parte per nessun motivo o
reclamo; il ritardo o la mancanza di pagamenti parziali, qualunque ne sia il motivo, da diritto alla venditrice di sospendere gli ordini e le eventuali
spedizioni in corso.
- Sulle somme scadute e non pagate, decorreranno gli interessi per ritardato pagamento, al tasso annuo bancario corrente maggiorato di 2 punti.
- Per i pagamenti convenuti con Rimessa Diretta, trascorsi 15 giorni dalla data della fattura, senza che questi risultino effettuati, ci riteniamo autorizzati a
emettere senza avviso Ricevuta Bancaria dell'importo comprensivo dell'eventuale sconto cassa concesso in fattura, nonchè le spese per l'emissione
della Ricevuta Bancaria.
- Per limitare oneri e sprechi le scadenze con importi inferiori a 500,00 € saranno automaticamente portate a 30 gg f.m. e per importi inferiori a 200,00 €
verranno addebitati automaticamente 10,00 € per spese di gestione.
- Tutte le condizioni sopra esposte si intendono accettate dal cliente al momento della stipula dell'ordine.
- Per ogni eventuale controversia la competenza dell'autorità giudiziaria è il Foro di Treviso

7) CONSIGLI PER POSA, MANUTENZIONE E PULIZIA:
- Per avere un parquet sempre perfetto si consiglia di mantenere un'umidità relativa dell'aria presente nell'ambiente compresa tra il 45% e il 60% ed
una temperatura di circa 20°C. Il legno, essendo un materiale vivo, necessita delle stesse condizioni ambientali che sono salubri anche per la vita dell'uomo.
- Eventuali macchie di colore create dalla presenza di tappeti o altri oggetti tendono a scomparire quando il pavimento viene esposto alla luce.
- Sui prodotti verniciati ed oliati non usare alcool e/o solventi.
- Per la manutenzione e la pulizia: usare i prodotti consigliati dalla venditrice e presenti in questo listino prezzi.
-Essendo il legno materiale naturale, esistono differenze cromatiche e di fibratura che rendono tutti gli elementi differenti tra loro.
Le campionature o le riproduzioni fotografiche sono pertanto da intendersi indicative e non vincolanti. Inoltre al momento della fornitura
il pavimento può essere anche palesemente diverso da quello delle campionature in quanto, una volta esposto alla luce, il legno tende
generalmente a scurirsi e ad uniformarsi.
- Il prodotto deve essere conservato in ambienti asciutti, con imballo integro. Gli imballi devono essere tolti solo al momento della posa, la quale deve avvenire
con serramenti installati ed intonaci asciutti.
- Al momento della posa l'umidità ambientale deve essere compresa tra 45% e 60% e la temperatura non deve essere inferiore a 10°C.
- I materiali forniti da Garbelotto e Master Floor devono essere posati su sottofondi ben asciutti e livellati con umidità in peso non superiore al 2,0 % per massetti di
tipo cementizio normale o a rapida essiccazione, l'1,7% per massetti riscaldanti e lo 0,5% per massetti anidrite. Il controllo dell'umidità deve essere effettuato
mediante igrometro a carburo immediatamente prima della posa.
- Eventuali ulteriori indicazioni sulla posa devono fare riferimento al "Manuale per la posa dei pavimenti di legno per uso civile" (Edilegno/Federlegno Arredo).
NORMATIVE E CONDIZIONI GENERALI
6) CARATTERISTICHE PARTICOLARI DI ALCUNI TIPI DI LEGNO:
-DOUSSIÈ: A contatto con la luce possono accentuarsi differenze cromatiche anche marcate tra singoli elementi originariamente uguali.
Alcuni elementi, ossidandosi, possono diventare più scuri. La verniciatura del parquet massiccio è consigliata con base acquosa.
-DOUSSIÈ, IROKO, MERBAU, PANGA-PANGA e WENGÈ: possono contenere punti bianchi di silicio che si evidenziano ossidandosi e
che non costituiscono elementi di contestazione.
- ROVERE e FAGGIO: le specchiature sono conformi alle caratteristiche della specie.
-TEAK: dopo la lamatura si presenta molto variegato e stonalizzato; con il tempo tende ad uniformarsi.
- Tutte le specie legnose normalmente utilizzate hanno durezze tali da garantire le prestazioni richieste. Ciò nonostante il pavimento si può ammaccare per urti
o cadute di oggetti, per l'applicazione di carichi concentrati su piccole superfici quali tacchi a spillo, scale da lavoro, ecc., piccoli oggetti quali chiodi o sassolini
presenti sotto le suole delle scarpe. L'eventuale verniciatura in superficie svolge un'azione protettiva, ma non impedisce quanto sopra descritto.

GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
- The "MG 114" pricelist cancels and replaces the previous "MG 112" pricelist, the conditions listed below, do not impose any commitment to the seller, unless indicated in writing.
- All prices indicated on the pricelist are not inclusive of V.A.T.
1) ORDERS:
- All orders shall be processed only after receipt of signed confirmation.
- The quantity of goods confirmed will be equal to the ordered quantity, however the goods actually delivered will be rounded up to an entire box.

Orders are subject to approval by the sales Company and are binding to the buyer.
It is recommended for the buyer to request confirmation on availability and confirmation on price validity before assuming any responsibilities.
Products are sold in various lengths, depending on availability, with about 10% of products below standard sizes.
Requests for specific lengths, shall be examined one by one, and if the request is accepted, a 15% price increase shall be applied.
2) SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES:

The products are delivered ex-works and the buyer shall assume all risks and damages caused during the shipment, even if the shipment is
made under free-port terms.
In case of damage goods or missing packages, claims shall be made directly to the transport company, when the goods are been delivered; and it should be noted
on the transport document.
The buyer acknowledges the suitability of the product and its appropriate use, after the Buyer uses the product and thus commits not to bring
forward any disputes.
If any defects are found during installation, the buyer shall immediately suspend the installation and inform the seller with a certified letter A.R. within 8 (eight)
days after receipt of goods, if these procedures are not followed by the buyer, the seller would no longer be entitled to replace the goods. The sellers’ obligations are limited
to the recovery and the substitution of the defected goods.
Payments shall not be cancelled, delayed nor withdrawn because of any possible claims or disputes.
It’s explicitly agreed that the Seller reserves the right to retain the goods; thus the sale is considered complete under pending conditions and until the
payment is made in full, the buyer is a legal trustee with obligations not to transfer the goods, which shall be property of the supplier until the payment
is made in full, thus until then if full payment is not made under any circumstances, the supplier is entitled to recover the goods, fully or partially.
3) TRANSPORT CHARGES:

- Any returned goods shall be authorized by the companies Garbelotto and Master Floor, with prior inspection and approval, and if agreed this will apply only for
boxes with their original package without damages. The buyer shall be fully liable for the transport charges.

Due payments are always calculated from the invoice date.
Payments agreed at the time of the order shall be respected. They shall never be cancelled nor delayed, in part nor under any circumstances or disputes; delays or lack of partial payments, for any reasons, entitle the seller to cancel orders or possible outgoing shipments.
Interest for delayed payments shall be applicable to any overdue amounts or payments that have not been received; the annual interest rate shall amount to 2%.
All the above conditions are to be considered valid (accepted by the buyer) after the order is placed.
Any possible disputes that may arise, should be settled with the Court of Treviso or with legal authorities.
6) SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS FOR SOME TYPE OF WOODS:

DOUSSIÈ: it may show some chromatic differences when exposed to light, also among single elements that were originally equal. Some elements, after
oxidation, may darken. Water-base products are recommended for varnished hardwood floors. 
DOUSSIÈ, IROKO, MERBAU, PANGA-PANGA and WENGÈ: they can show white silicon spots that occurred when oxidized; the buyer cannot make
a claim based on this.
OAK and BEECH WOOD: reflections comply with the wood species.
TEAK: after planing they may be have a variegated and unsettled appearance; however, it tends to smooth out after a period of time.
All the wood species that are normally used, guarantee strength for their requested performances. Despite of their strength, these wood floors may be dented due to rough impacts or falling objects, force applied onto a small surface, like shoes with high hills, work ladders, etc.., as well as small items such as nails or tiny gravels located under the shoes. Although varnishing the surface may add protection to the wood floors, it does not prevent what's stated above.
7) INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING RECOMMENDATIONS:

To keep wood floors in perfect condition, it’s recommended to keep air humidity between 45% and 65%, and ambient temperature around 20° C. Wood is a live material that needs to be kept under the same health conditions required for human beings.
Possible colour stains caused by rugs or other objects tend to disappear after been exposed to light.
Do not use alcohol or other solvents on varnished products or products that have been coated with oil.
For cleaning and maintenance, use the products recommended by the seller that are listed on this pricelist.
Since wood is a natural material, there are chromatic and wood fibre differences which make all elements different among them. Samples or photographs are indicative and
shall not be binding. Furthermore, after delivery, wood floors may show some differences when compared to samples, this is because, wood generally tends to darken and smooth
out once exposed to light.
- The product must be kept in a dry place, with its complete package. The product should only be unpacked at the time of installation; the product shall be
mounted after doors, windows and shutters have been installed and when plaster is dry.
- Humidity must be kept between 45% and 60% when installing the parquet floors, and the temperature shall not be less than 10 °C.
- Materials supplied by Garbelotto and Master Floor shall be installed on fully dry surfaces and levelled with humidity weight with not more than 2% for rocky
surfaces, out of normal cement or surfaces with fast drying process, 1.7% for warm rocky surfaces and 0.5% for anhydrid rocky surfaces. Humidity shall be
monitored with a carbide hygrometer right before the installation.
