il bagno si è trasformato nel luogo dove il tempo si ferma,
si dilata, si allunga; un tempo che ci appartiene, che
diventa intimo rifugio per momenti di relax. Un luogo nel
quale vince la logica dell’acqua e dei rituali della salute, da
intendere non solo come concetto igienista, ma soprattutto
come”palingenesi” di rinnovamento e trasformazione.
L’atto stesso del bagno e del contatto diretto del nostro
corpo con l’acqua, ci riporta a uno stato embrionale e
primitivo mettendoci in relazione diretta con la sostanza
liquida, quella che riesce a darci il maggior senso di
benessere fisico e spirituale. Acqua dalla quale veniamo,
della quale siamo fatti in un’alta percentuale, nella quale
ci immergiamo, acqua che porta via le nostre scorie e che
ci rigenera nel corpo e nella mente. Per questo significato
profondo, il bagno è lo spazio più privato, personale e
sacro della casa. L’originalità delle proposte Pasi è data
dal fatto di ripensare alle attività del bagno, non solo dal
punto di vista igienista e di funzionalità ergonomica, ma
come luogo di benessere. Il bagno è inteso come centro di

INCREASINGLY IN A STATE OF FLUX, THE BATHROOM
has become a place where time stands still, expanding
and stretching outwards; a place and time that’s ours, our
very own haven to relax in. A place that revolves around
water and the rituals of health, not merely in the sense of
cleanliness, but above all in the sense of rebirth, renewal,
transformation. The very act of taking a bath and the
direct contact between our body and the water takes us
back to our very origins, to life in the womb, allowing us
to engage in a direct relationship with this liquid substance
able to guarantee a sublime sense of physical and spiritual
wellbeing. We are born of water, we are composed for
the most part of water, the water we immerge ourselves
in washes away the waste, regenerating the body and
the mind. The profound significance of water makes the
bathroom the most private, personal, sacred corner of
the home. What is truly original about the Pasi collections
is that they offer a rethink of what takes place in the
bathroom, conceived not only as a practical, ergonomic
setting for daily hygiene, but also as a temple of wellness,
