PREMESSA
L’opportunità di presentare in modo semplice e funzionale il riferimento di tutti i documenti applicabili per
l’accreditamento dei Laboratori di Taratura comporta l’esigenza di emissione del presente documento.
FOREWORDS
The opportunity of listing in a simply and systematic manner the reference of all documents that are
applicable to the accreditation of Calibration Laboratories implies the need of issue this document.
1. INTRODUZIONE
Lo scopo di questo documento è stabilire l’elenco delle norme e dei documenti di riferimento per le attività di:
Compilazione, aggiornamento periodico e applicazione della documentazione (Manuale della qualità,
procedure tecniche e gestionali) da parte dei Centri e dei Laboratori di Taratura richiedenti
l’accreditamento;
Esame della suddetta documentazione, da parte degli ispettori del Dipartimento Laboratori di Taratura di
ACCREDIA.
Il presente documento contiene una serie di norme e altri documenti di riferimento, emessi da Dipartimento
Laboratori di Taratura di ACCREDIA, ISO, IEC, UNI, CEI; ILAC, EA ecc.. ai cui requisiti un CAB interessato
all’accreditamento o al mantenimento dell’accreditamento si deve conformare.
Il presente è un documento di registrazione mantenuto aggiornato dall’assistente al responsabile
del Sistema di Gestione e riporta solo documenti applicabili per l’accreditamento, non inseriti nella LS-01.
Nota: Tutta l'attività di ACCREDIA, in relazione all'accreditamento di Laboratori quali Centri di taratura
ACCREDIA, è basata sulla normativa nazionale relativa, a sua volta basata sui documenti ISO, IEC ed EN
concordati a livello internazionale o europeo. I riferimenti a EA e ILAC vengono considerati come documenti
integrativi alle norme di settore.
INTRODUCTION
The scope of this document is to state the list of standards and reference documents regarding the following
activities:
Compilation, periodical updating and application of Documentation (such as the Quality Manual, technical
and management procedures) by the accredited calibrations laboratories and those ones interested in the
accreditation;
Review of the aforesaid documentation by the assessors of ACCREDIA Calibration Department.
This document contains a series of standards and other reference documents, issued by Calibration
Laboratories Department of ACCREDIA, ISO, IEC, UNI, CEI; EA, etc.., whose requirements shall be met by a
CAB interested in the accreditation or in the relevant maintenance.
This document is a “registration document” updated, when necessary, by the ACCREDIA deputy
Management System Responsible and lists only documents applicable for the accreditation, except those
already listed in LS-01.
NOTE: All ACCREDIA activity regarding the accreditation of calibration laboratories, nominated as
ACCREDIA Calibration Centres/Laboratories is based on the application of national standard, based itself
upon the ISO, IEC and EN international standards. The references to EA and ILAC documents are
considered as integrative documents to the specific field standards.
