PANAFE’ ® Macchine per Caffè Espresso è un marchio Commerciale Adriatica srl.
La serie di macchine da caffè espresso PANAFE’, a cialde e capsule in plastica di vari formati, è prodotta e realizzata
da Commerciale Adriatica Srl per offrire ad una molteplicità di utilizzatori un’attrezzatura di elevato contenuto tecnologico e di ottima efficienza, preservando l’estrema semplicità d’uso.
Un obiettivo fondamentale dei progettisti di Commerciale Adriatica, in fase di sviluppo di ogni macchina PANAFE’, è
GARANTIRE un consumo energetico ridotto ed un basso impatto ambientale. Un mix perfetto di design innovativo
e praticità, che stimola il piacere dello sguardo, semplicità e qualità dei componenti, rende ogni modello un bene
strumentale affidabile a cui puntare in tutta tranquillità.
La gamma completa è composta da: una Linea ULTRA-COMPATTA e una CLASSIC ideali per casa e ufficio; le Linee
SEMI-PROFESSIONAL e PROFESSIONAL idonee invece per B&B, hotel, agriturismi, piccoli bar, ristoranti, stabilimenti
balneari, chioschi e servizi di catering.
Grazie alla propria linea di stampaggio e produzione, PANAFE’ è in grado di produrre macchine personalizzate con
design diversi e meccaniche diverse, anche con alimentazione a 110V per il mercato americano, sia con cappuccinatore che con lancia vapore.
Tutte le macchine sono costruite con molti componenti italiani quali: pompe Ulka EP4 Glow wire e EP5, Termostati
Italiani e una vasta scelta di O-ring in viton o silicone alimentare.
Altro aspetto fondamentale e per questo motivo è coperto da brevetto mondiale, è la definitiva soluzione al problema del calcare. Lo scambiatore anodizzato anticalcare con sistema brevettato PANAFE’ risolve i problemi legati alla
corrosione e alla formazione del calcare, proteggendo l’ apparecchiatura per tutta la vita dello scambiatore stesso.
Senza scordare il sistema Deconto PANAFE’, che offre l’indubbio vantaggio a tutti i gestori di proteggere i propri
investimenti e assicurarsi un business reale e duraturo.
I severi test di collaudo e controllo, hanno consentito di ottenere dai più importanti enti di certificazione vari attestati di rispetto delle normative. L’esperienza acquisita, grazie alle innumerevoli collaborazioni con importanti aziende
del settore, ha consentito a PANAFE’ di rendere le sue macchine semplici e funzionali anche per chi deve effettuare
la pulizia e la manutenzione.
Rispetto dell’ambiente e nello sviluppo sostenibile. La Commerciale Adriatica ha abbracciato il progetto dell’Unione
Europea per lo Sviluppo Sostenibile che sottolinea la necessità di un impegno comune per aumentare lo sviluppo,
la ricchezza ed il benessere, ma non a discapito delle generazioni future. La progettazione di macchine a basso
consumo: una ricerca rivolta costantemente al miglioramento delle macchine con marchio PANAFE’ per renderle
più efficienti anche nel consumo energetico. La scelta di una macchina di qualità realizzata con una buona materia
prima e buone tecniche costruttive significa anche inquinare meno. Un apparecchio durevole può essere riparato
anche a distanza di anni, naturalmente è indispensabile un utilizzo corretto e una pulizia ordinaria: in questo modo
si evita il comportamento “usa e getta” tipico di una produzione scadente che comporta materiali in più da smaltire
e un consumo ulteriore di materie prime.

I Nostri Valori
Perchè scegliere un prodotto PANAFE’ ? Ecco una panoramica dei punti di forza e principi fondamentali dell’azienda.
CERTIFICAZIONI, perchè abbiamo ottenuto tutte le certificazioni possibili per le varie compatibilità elettromagnetiche, obbligatorie e non, dal TÜV Rheinland Germania della filiale di Shanghai inerenti alle macchine (CE, EMC, IEC,
IECEE). La nostra azienda cinese ha inoltre ottenuto il marchio GS per la produzione delle macchine, che certifica la
bontà e la qualità dei nostri criteri produttivi, rispettando le più severe normative. Tutte le nostre macchine inoltre
godono di certificazione ETL per il mercato USA, oltre alla certificazione CSA per il CANADA.
SICUREZZA DEL PRODOTTO. Abbiamo fatto testare le macchine dagli enti preposti, dove hanno superato i più severi
test in fatto di sicurezza. Inoltre tutte le nostre carrozzerie sono costruite con ABS ignifuga 765A prodotta da una
delle più grandi aziende leader di polimeri plastici con sede a TAIWAN, denominata CHIMEI Corporation LTD.
AFFIDABILITA’, Ogni nostro modello è testato per circa un anno prima di essere immesso sul mercato, facendo continuamente migliorie fino a raggiungere una indiscussa affidabilità dove non temiamo confronti.
COMPATIBILITA’ ALIMENTARE E ANALLERGICA: questo è un altro punto di cui noi siamo orgogliosi; godiamo infatti
delle più severe certificazioni in fatto di compatibilità alimentare e atossicità, certificazioni rilasciate dal TÜV tedesco
in base alle normative EN 1186ff e successive modifiche per certificazione PAHs (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons).
- I materiali utilizzati (ad esempio le vernici) rispettano tutte le caratteristiche di atossicità richieste dalle più severe
normative in materia.
- Si rispettano le normative sulla migrazione di sostanze nocive, quali piombo, nichel, idrocarburi aromatici e policiclici: questo significa che tutti i tubi e componenti in plastica non contengono oli aromatici e pertanto non sono
cancerogeni.
- Ogni componente è analizzato e certificato come potrete vedere dal nostro fascicolo tecnico che correda ogni
nostro modello.
- Inoltre godiamo della certificazione LFGB alimentare (Lebensmittel, Bedarfsgegenstanede und Futtermittelgesetzbuch) normativa EC N.1935/2004: infatti tutti i nistri scambiatori sono esenti da piombo e non rilasciano sostanze
tossiche; tutte le nostre plastiche e guarnizioni a contatto con il caffè o l’acqua non rilasciano sostanze tossiche;
tutte le nostre vernici non sono irritanti con la pelle e sono assolutamente innocue al contatto.
- Le procedure qualitative partono dalle materie prime, infatti su ogni lotto di produzione viene effettuato un controllo minuzioso dei materiali con l’aiuto del TÜV Rheinland di Shanghai.
Esplosi ed elenchi ricambistica di ogni modello sono disponibili per consultazioni tecniche e, per soddisfare velocemente le richieste dei pezzi di ricambio, disponiamo di un fornito magazzino ricambi.
RISPARMIO ENERGETICO: Le macchine per caffè porzionato PANAFE’® hanno come proprio punto di forza la garanzia di un basso consumo energetico, molto inferiore rispetto alle normali macchine automatiche o semiautomatiche. La maggior parte delle macchine lavora con una potenza di 550W.
QUALITA’ e PREZZO: a fronte di quanto specificato pensiamo che nessuno possa offrirvi una macchina con questo
rapporto qualità-prezzo unico.

Certificazioni di Qualità
Tutti i prodotti della linea PANAFE’® sono conformi e certificati secondo le normative vigenti nella comunità europea
in materia. Le macchine, oltre al marchio CE – riferito alle varie compatibilità elettromagnetiche, sono contrassegnate da ulteriori certificazioni quali PAhS e LFGB (paragonabile alla normativa NSF americana) e, per il mercato americano, il marchio ETL. Tali marchi garantiscono la conformità del prodotto a standard nazionali di sicurezza, igiene,
appropriatezza di materiali/oggetti in contatto con generi alimentari destinati al consumo umano. Questi marchi
sono una garanzia di qualità: possono essere emessi soltanto da enti accreditati per le certificazioni e le prove di
sicurezza sui prodotti. Poche aziende italiane ed europee possono avere questi riconoscimenti, difficili da ottenere
se non si raggiunge uno standard qualitativo eccellente.
TÜV Rheinland Group è il leader internazionale nel campo della certificazione di prodotti, servizi e sistemi di
gestione. Questa istituzione sviluppa standard concernenti la qualità del prodotto, la comodità o facilità d’uso
per l’utente. Un prodotto certificato è un prodotto che, come le nostre macchine da caffè, hanno superato le
prove eseguite dal TÜV Rheinland Group per quanto concerne gli aspetti di sicurezza e qualità. Il guadagno insito nel certificato per i clienti e per i consumatori è la trasparenza e la fiducia nel modo di lavorare dell’impresa.
Il Marchio LFGB “Lebensmittel-, Bedarfsgegenstaende- und Futtermittelgesetzbuch”, ovvero “German food-,
Commodities and Animal Feed Code of Law”, ovvero “Legge sui generi alimentari e alimenti per animali”, paragonabile alla certificazione NSF americano Food Grade. Il marchio LFGB garantisce che il prodotto ha superato
le prove conformi alle normative CE e LFGB per la determinazione dell’appropriatezza di materiali ed oggetti di
plastica/sintetici in contatto con generi alimentari.
PAHs
Il Marchio PAHS sta per “Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons” ovvero “Idrocarburi aromatici e policiclici”. Il marchio PAHS certifica che tutti i tubi e i componenti in plastica non contengono oli aromatici e pertanto non sono
cancerogeni.
ETL (Electrical Testing Laboratories) è un marchio di Intertek Testing Services. Il Marchio ETL Listed indica che il
prodotto è stato sottoposto a prove da Intertek, è conforme agli standard nazionali applicabili e soddisfa i requisiti necessari per la vendita o la distribuzione di apparecchiature elettriche per il mercato americano e stati
correlati. Oltre alla certificazione ETL Listed, Intertek offre altri servizi ETL, compresi il Marchio ETL Sanitation,
relativo all’igiene. La Certificazione ETL dimostra che il prodotto è conforme a standard nazionali di sicurezza e
igiene per i prodotti elettrici. Inoltre, il marchio indica che il sito produttivo è conforme a una serie di misure di
conformità ed è soggetto a periodiche ispezioni di controllo per verificarne la conformità continua. Quando un
prodotto esibisce il marchio ETL, dimostra di possedere esattamente la medesima conformità agli opportuni
standard del Nord America dei prodotti che portano il marchio UL o CSA.
Il Marchio CE sta per Conformità Europea. Il Marchio CE prova che il prodotto soddisfa tutte le prescrizioni
relative alla sicurezza stabilite dalle direttive dell’UE. I prodotti che recano questo simbolo possono essere distribuiti liberamente nel mercato comune europeo a seguito della formazione dell’Unione europea.

Il marchio GS sta per Geprüfte Sicherheit ovvero “sicurezza verificata”. Il marchio GS è un marchio di sicurezza
volontario, apprezzato e tenuto in grande considerazione sia dai consumatori sia dagli stessi produttori tedeschi. Molti consumatori vedono il marchio GS come una garanzia di qualità. Qualunque prodotto elettrico,
meccanico o elettromeccanico contrassegnato dal marchio GS è stato testato ed è risultato conforme ai requisiti minimi fissati dalla legge tedesca sulla sicurezza delle apparecchiature e dei prodotti. Il marchio GS è
un marchio autorizzato dal governo tedesco, che può essere emesso soltanto da un ente accreditato per le
certificazioni e le prove di sicurezza sui prodotti. Tüv Rheinland Group è uno dei fornitori di certificazioni GS
più conosciuto nei paesi asiatici.
Il marchio IEC (Commissione Elettrotecnica Internazionale) è l’organismo normatore su scala mondiale nel
campo elettrico ed elettrotecnico e prepara le Norme Tecniche che vengono adottate nei paesi maggiormente
industrializzati (vi aderiscono circa 60 nazioni). Il logo IECEE indica il sistema di valutazione della conformità e
di certificazione di apparecchiature e componenti elettrotecnici.
Questo Marchio (RoHS – Restrizione sulle sostanze pericolose) indica che nel prodotto non sono presenti le
sostanze bandite dalla RoHS. Le sostante bandite dalla RoHS nelle Apparecchiature Elettriche ed Elettroniche
sono 6: il piombo, il mercurio, il cadmio, il cromo esavalente, i bifenili polibromurati (PBB) ed etere di difenile
polibromurato (PBDE).
Il logo “Cestino barrato sottolineato” indica il divieto di smaltire l’apparecchio elettrico nei rifiuti urbani misti,
ma di usare le infrastrutture per la raccolta differenziata. Occorre contattare le autorità locali per avere informazioni riguardo ai sistemi di raccolta disponibili. Se gli apparecchi elettrici vengono demoliti nelle discariche
o nei rifiuti, sostanze pericolose possono essere disperse nella falda idrica e possono intaccare la catena alimentare, danneggiando la salute e il benessere. Quando i vecchi apparecchi vengono sostituiti con dei nuovi, il
venditore è obbligato dal punto di vista giuridico a ritirare il vecchio apparecchio per smaltimenti franco spese.
Il Marchio RoHS -Lead (PB) Free content indica che il prodotto è conforme alla direttiva RoHS ed è ‘senza piombo’ (<0,1% in peso).
Il Marchio Ulka Pump indica che nelle nostre macchine da caffè vengono utilizzate solo ed esclusivamente
POMPE ULKA (modello EP-4 glow-wire a vibrazione, ignifugo, per le macchine da caffè a capsula e modello
EP-5 per le macchine a cialda).

letteralmente ogni macchina, impedendo l’utilizzo di cialde o capsule diverse da quelle fornite dal gestore.
t Semplicità d’uso: Punto di forza di questo sistema DECONTO è la semplicità di utilizzo. La sua installazione è
semplice e veloce. Il Sistema Elettronico di DECONTO PANAFE’ gestisce il credito in battute tramite Smart Card
formato MINI SIM ed è programmabile con un apposito palmare portatile.

CERTIFICATIONS, because we have gotten all the possible certifications for the various electromagnetic compatibilities
(CE, EMC, IEC, IECEE) inherent to the coffee machines released from the TÜV Rheinland Germany, with its decentralized
center in Shanghai. Our Chinese firm has gotten besides the GS mark for the production of the coffee machines that certifies the goodness and the quality of our production, respecting the most severe measures and normative. All our products
enjoy of ETL certification for the USA market, besides the CSA certification for Canada.
SAFETY OF THE PRODUCT. Our coffee machines are been tested by the Inspection Bureau Corporation for the safety of
the product, where they have overcome the most severe tests in safety fact. Besides all the parts in plastics of the coffee
machines are produced with fire-proof 765A CHIMEI ABS, produced by one of the greatest firms leader of plastic polymers
with center in TAIWAN, denominated CHIMEI Corporation LTD.: as well you can see that we don’t leave anything to the

RELIABILITY. Every model of our coffee machines is tested for about one year before being introduced on the market, with

FOOD GRADE AND UNALLERGIC COMPATIBILITY: We enjoy on the relaxation of the certifications related to food grade
and unallergic compatibility, certifications released by the German TÜV on the normative EN 1186ff and its following
changes about the certification PAHs (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons).
- The materials used (for example the varnishes) respect all the untoxicity characteristics required by the most severe European and International Directives.
- All the products satisfie the prescriptions related to the safety estabilished by RoHS and PAHs: there are not present
substances banished by RoHS like lead, mercury, nickel, cadmium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) & polybrominated
biphenyl ethers (PBDE).
- The PAHS mark (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) certifies that all the pipes and components in plastics do not contain
aromatic oils and therefore they are not carcinogenic.
- All the components are analyzed and certified, as shown in the technical manual released for every model of coffee
machine.
- Besides we have got the “German food-, Commodities and Animal Feed Code of Law” LFGB certification (Lebensmittel,
Bedarfsgegenstanede und Futtermittelgesetzbuch), EC N.1935/2004 normative: all our heat exchanges (aluminium - and
solid brass food grade haet exchangers) are exempt from lead and don’t release toxic substances. All the plastics and
gaskets in contact with coffee or water don’t release toxic substances. Our paints are not irritating with the skin and they
are absolutely harmless to the contact.
- The qualitative procedures depart from the materials, which are tested, controlled and certified with the help of the TÜV
Rheinland, important German Certification Organismus recognized wherever and all over the world, with its decentralized center in Shanghai.
Every model of coffee machine is equipped by a proper technical issue. Exploded views and spare parts lists are available
for technical consultations and to satisfy spare parts requests in a very quick time.
ENERGY SAVING. The portioned (capsule or pod) coffee machines with brand PANAFE’ have as their strength guarantee
low energy consumption, much lower than normal or semi-automatic machines. Most of PANAFE’ coffee machines works
with a power of 550w.
QUALITY AND PRICE: as above and previously specified we think that nobody can offer you a coffee machine with this

Quality Certifications
All PANAFE’® products range comply and are certified as per current European Community regulations. The coffee machines, besides the CE mark reported to the various electromagnetic compatibilities, are marked from further certifications that guarantee the conformity of the product to safety national standard, hygiene, appropriateness of materials
/ objects in contact with groceries destined to the human consumption, as PAhS and LFGB (similar to the NSF American
normative) and the ETL mark for the American market. These marks are a guarantee of quality: they can be issued only
from accredited corporations for certifications and safety tests on the products. Few Italian and European firms can have
these recognitions, difficult to get if an excellent qualitative standard is not reached.
TÜV Rheinland Group is leading group for the provision of technical services worldwide. The guiding principle in the
Group is sustainable development of safety and quality standards. A certified product is one that has passed certain
tests carried out by TÜV Rheinland Group for, say, safety and quality. For a coffeemaker, for example, there are valid
standards for both safety and for electromagnetic compatibility and hygiene. TÜV issues a certificate of the test findings. It certifies the product properties tested and specifies the norms to which they were tested. For the buyer, that is
a great help with the purchasing decision. He is no longer dependent solely on the details supplied by the manufacturer and can rely on a disinterested expert’s independent judgment.
The LFGB mark “Lebensmittel -, Bedarfsgegenstaende - und Futtermittelgesetzbuch”, or “German food -, Commodities and Animal Feed of Law”, or “Law on the groceries and foods for animals”, similar to American NSF to the certification Food Grade. The LFGB mark guarantees that the product has overcome the tests conforming to the CE and
LFGB normative for the determination of the appropriateness of materials and plastic / synthetic objects in contact
with groceries.
PAHs
The PAHS mark is for “Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons” or “Aromatic and Polycyclic Hydrocarbons “. The PAHS
mark certifies that all the pipes and the components in plastics don’t contain aromatic oils and therefore they are
not carcinogenic.
ETL (Electrical Testing Laboratories) is a mark of Intertek Testing Services.The ETL Listed Mark means that the product
has been submitted to tests by Intertek, it is conforming to the applicable national standards and it satisfies the necessary least requisite for the sale or the distribution of electric equipments for American market and correlated countries. Besides the ETL Listed certification, Intertek offers other ETL services, included the ETL Sanitation Mark, related
to the hygiene. The ETL Certification shows that the product is conforming to safety and hygiene national standards
for the electric products, the cure tools, the gas and oil products. Besides, the ETL mark points out that the productive
site is conforming to a series of measures of conformity and it is subject to periodic inspections and controls to verify
its continuous conformity. When a product exhibits the ETL mark, it means to possess exactly the same conformity
to the North America standards of the products that bring the UL or CSA marks.
The CE mark is for European Conformity. The Mark tries that the product satisfies all the prescriptions related to the
safety established by the UE directives. The products that bring this symbol can freely be distributed in the European
common market following the formation of the European Union.

The GS mark is for Geprüfte Sicherheit or “verified safety”. The GS mark is a voluntary safety mark, appreciated and
kept in great consideration both from the consumers and from the same German producers. Many consumers see
the GS mark as a guarantee of quality. Every electric product, mechanic or electro-mechanic marked by GS mark
has been tested and resulted conforming to the least requisite fixed by the German law on the safety of the equipments and products. The GS mark is a mark authorized by the German government, that can be issued only from an
accredited corporation for the certifications and the safety tests on the products. Tüv Rheinland Group is one of the
suppliers of GS certifications more known in the Asian countries.
The IEC - IECEE marks. IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) is the world’s leading organization that
prepares and publishes International Standards for all electrical, electronic and related technologies - collectively
known as “electrotechnology”. IECEE is the IEC System for Conformity testing and Certification of Electrotechnical
Equipment and Components.
The RoHS mark. This Mark (RoHS - Restriction on hazardous substances) means that in the product they are not
present the substances banished by RoHS. The substances banished by RoHS in the Electric and Electronics Equipments are listed below: lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and ether
polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE).
The “Crossed -out wheeled dustbin” mark: means the prohibition to digest the electric appliances in the unsorted
municipal waste, but to use separate collection facilities. It is necessary to contact the local authorities to have information regarding the collection systems available. If electrical appliances are disposed of in landfills or dumps,
hazardous substances can leak into the groundwater and get into the food chain, damaging your health and wellbeing. When replacing old appliances with new ones, the retailer is legally obligated to take back old appliance for
disposals at least free of charge.
The RoHS/WEEE - Lead free labels, Lead (PB) Free content mark is declared on the products where there is no lead in
the plating (100% tin or gold as termination finishes) & the product does not contain any of the other substances
restricted under RoHS.
The Ulka Pump mark means that we use only ULKA PUMPS (vibration glow-wire EP-4 pumps for our capsules coffee
machines & vibration EP-5 pumps for our pods coffee machines).

t “CAF-DEC-C” Deconto system can be installed on all pods/capsules coffee machines.
t Armored machines. Its working offers the great advantage to safeguard your investments and to assure a realistic
and lasting business. Thanks to this deconto system it’s possible to literally “armor” each machine preventing the consumers from using pods/capsules other than those provided by the operator.
t Ease of use. This new deconto system strength is its ease of use: the installation is simple and quick. Let’s have a look at
it! The Electronic PANAFE’ Deconto System manages the credit by a smart card, MINI SIM format (the same as mobile
phone one) and it’s programmable with a special hand-held programmer.
t This operation assures a complete safety avoiding unexpected consumptions. In addition: “CAF-DEC-C” allows different options of card personalization to accomplish with any further request. The function “setup card” makes also
the configuration very easy and quick allowing the operator to change some setup parameters or to reset the system.
t Once recharged by a rechargeable or disposable card, the machine brews as many coffees as settled, not more.
