Dote Unica Lavoro: target clusters
People are assigned to specific aid intensity clusters, each with its own budget.
Clusters differ according to people’s difficulties in the labour market.

CLUSTER 1 “LOW AID INTENSITY” (1-49 POINTS):
People able to autonomously find a job, or in need of minimum support
CLUSTER 2 “MEDIUM AID INTENSITY” (50-74 POINTS): People in
need of intensive services for finding a job
CLUSTER 3 “HIGH AID INTENSITY” (75-100 POINTS):
People in need of intensive services in the medium/long term for finding
a job
CLUSTER 4 “OTHER AID” (0 POINTS):
People in need of services in order to keep their job
Within “Dote Unica”, the person can activate services from a defined set, based on the
minimum standard framework (costs, terms and conditions of delivery, repeatability of
services) approved by Lombardy Region.
Services are provided by public and private employment agencies.
