BEEF OF THE BEST QUALITY
Our beef is from Montefeltro, the green valley between the regions
of Marche and Emilia Romagna. Our superior beef is aged over
30 days in controlled temperature. The beef is of the best quality
from the white Marchigiana cows raised by Domenico Celli, who
guarantees the quality and origin. The first glimpse of the green
pastures tells you that the cattle have the best grazing which
assures the best quality meat.
ALTAMURA´S BREAD
Every Italian knows that the best bread in Italy is made in
Altamura. That´s the reason why it’s called the town of bread. We
could have imported the flour, the machinery to make bread,
but we knew that it would not be enough. You cannot buy
the traditions. So... we imported Mimmo, our baker, a native of
Altamura. Enjoy our bread!

We offer only the highest quality products that you will not find
elsewhere in the Czech Republic. Salads, daily fresh pasta, desserts and
pastries (bread selection) come from our own production in Holešovice.
Visit our other Bistros and enjoy an authentic Italian breakfast, lunch or
dinner. We can also prepare anything on our menu to “take-away“.
