Isogrek H28 è un pannello monolamiera ottenuto dall’accoppiamento di un resistente profilo metallico h 28 mm ad uno strato
di poliuretano ad alta densità schiumato in continuo. Essendo
modulare, leggero, isolato e resistente si adatta ad ogni tipo di
impiego per il tamponamento dell’involucro esterno dell’edificio.
Isogrek H28 is a mono-sheet panel obtained by the coupling
of a resistant metal profile h 28 mm to a layer of high density
polyurethane foamed in continuous. Being modular, lightweight,
insulated and resistant is suitable for any type of use for buffering
the outer casing of the building.

termicamente il supporto ed

Isogrek H28 è realizzato mediante un processo produttivo in
continuo, attraverso l’impiego di
tecnologie altamente innovative
che consentono di avere una
densità di poliuretano superiore
ad un semplice pannello monolamiera. Questa caratteristica,
abbinata alla geometria a 9
greche della sezione, rende il
prodotto altamente resistente ai carichi concentrati.
Materials and quality:
Isogrek H28 is realized with a continuous production process,
through the use of highly innovative technologies that allow to
have a density of polyurethane superior to a simple mono-sheet
panel. This feature, combined with nine ribs section, makes the
product highly resistant to concentrated loads.
Condensation effect reduction:
Isogrek H28 is a perfect vapor barrier. The moist air condenses on
cold surfaces, therefore the polyurethane makes thermally insulated
the support and avoids the formation of water on the inner side of
the panel.
Approfondimenti sul rapporto di prova:
Viene riportato il seguente rapporto di prova con relativo schema di
carico e valori di portata. I valori di portata possono cambiare in maniera
significativa al variare delle condizioni iniziali di progetto (luce di campata,
durata di applicazione del carico: breve, lungo termine o permanente;
spessori della lamiera, temperature interne ed esterne, larghezza di
appoggio, condizione di stato limite del pannello e tipo materiale).
Test report analisys:
Is reported the following test report with it’s related load diagram and flow
rate values. The flow values may change significantly to varying of the
initial conditions of the project (light span, duration of load application:
short, long term or permanent; thickness of sheet metal, internal and
external temperatures, width of support, condition of limit state of the
panel and material type).
