rendere ancora più difficile la vita a microrganismi e
batteri che possono formarsi all’interno dei banchi,
riducendo il rischio di contaminazione dell’ambiente,
cattivi odori e macchie.
Mondial Elite, always close to quality, has equipped
the KIC catering range with a special antibacterial
treatment in order to make life harder to those
microorganism and bacterium which may grow inside
refrigerated equipments, reducing environmental
contamination risk, bad smells and stains.
lo speciale trattamento infatti libera in piccolissime
quantità ioni di argento che interferiscono con il
ciclo di vita dei batteri e dei microrganismi, nel pieno
rispetto delle Norme Alimentari vigenti.
il processo di ionizzazione è intrinseco al materiale
stesso della vasca: il trattamento viene incorporato
nel prodotto durante il processo di produzione della
plastica. non è quindi modificabile né asportabile
in alcun modo ed è più durevole dei prodotti
antibatterici tradizionali.

in italy, con componentistica europea certificata)
sono studiate per rispettare le Normativa Igieniche
vigenti: questo trattamento antibatterico accresce la
qualità e la sicurezza del prodotto, incrementandone
il valore. quando i microbi, come batteri, funghi e
muffa, vengono a contatto con la superficie del
prodotto, la protezione penetra nel muro della
cellula del microbo neutralizzando le sue funzioni
vitali, indebolendolo e riducendo la sua capacità
di riprodursi. la distribuzione della protezione è
uniforme e protegge al meglio anche le parti della
vasca più difficili da raggiungere con la pulizia.

this special treatment releases silver ions in small
quantities interfering with the bacterium and
microorganism life cycle, in compliance with the
applicable Food Norms.
the ionization process is included in the tank
material: the treatment is blended into the product
during the plastic production process. it can’t be
neither modified nor removed in any way and it is more
lasting than traditional antibacterial products.
all the time, Mondial Elite refrigerated equipment
tanks (made in italy and including certified European
components) have been studied in order to respect
the applicable sanitary norms: this peculiar
antibacterial treatment improves both final product
quality and safety, increasing the market value.
when microbes, like bacteria, fungus and mould
start to affect the product surface, the protection
penetrates in the microbe cell neutralizing its vital
functions, weakening the microbe and reducing its
capacity to reproduce itself. the distribution of the
protection is uniform and protects, also tank parts
which could be hardly reachable for cleaning.

l’acciaio inox grazie all’inserimento di uno speciale
trattamento anti-impronta. questa speciale protezione
viene applicata sulla porta degli armadi KIC in
acciaio inox per proteggerla da sporco, grasso,
graffi, nonché da sgradevoli impronte e macchie.
oltre a garantire brillantezza all’acciaio, la
protezione antimpronta aumenta infatti la protezione
e la resistenza ai “nemici di sempre” delle finiture
inox, come gli schizzi di limone, olio, caffè, senape
o pomodoro. aumenta anche la resistenza alle
abrasioni superficiali, alle corrosioni, ai solventi e
allo strofinamento.

treatment. this special protection is applied on the
stainless steel door of KIC cabinets protecting it
from dirt, grease, scratches and also from annoying
finger prints and stains. beside granting a stainless
steel glare, the finger marks proof feature improves
the protection and the resistance to the well known
enemies of stainless steel finishing, like lemon, oil,
coffee, mustard or tomato splashes. resistance to
superficial abrasions, corrosions, solvents and
rubbing is highly increased.

un algoritmo in grado di capire, in base
alle condizioni di uso dell’apparecchio e
dell’ambiente nel quale viene installato,
quando e’ il momento giusto per sbrinare:
uno sbrinamento intelligente che riduce
il consumo di energia.

frequency defrosting, the one developed

algorithm able to calcolate, according
to the application of the cabinet and to
the environment in which it is installed,
when it is the best moment to defrost: an
