Da oltre 6 anni First Group ha ulteriormente implementato l’offerta

alcuna responsabilità per ritardi dovuti a cause di forza maggiore.
I pagamenti non effettuati alle dovute scadenze da parte dei compratori, prolungano il termine di consegna e daranno
diritto alla First Group sas di sospendere e/o annullare le forniture in corso.
Eventuali errori o difetti di fabbricazione della merce consegna, dovranno essere comunicati entro otto giorni dalla consegna
e se riconosciuti come dal Fornitore, si procederà alla sostituzione delle merci difettose nel più breve tempo possibile.
E’ escluso ogni qualsiasi obbligo di indennizzo e/o risarcimento per danni diretti e/o indirette. Ritorni arbitrari di merci non
saranno accettati.
Pagamenti
Gli interessi per ritardato pagamento di cui al DL 231/2002 decorrono dal momento della messa in mora da parte della
first Group sas nella misura dei tassi bancari vigenti.
Foro Competente
Per qualsiasi controversia giudiziaria, nessuna esclusa, il Foro competente sarà quello di Treviso - Italia
Avvertenze
Gli eventuali difetti di materiali, anche se a noi imputabili e da noi riconosciuti, daranno diritto alla sola sostituzione della
merce difettosa. Resta escluso ogni indennizzo per danni diretti ed indiretti di qualsiasi genere.
