Caratteristiche tecniche e funzionali
Gres è una lastra di ceramica dl soli 6 mm dl spessore. È un prodotto rivoluzionario, unico nel suo genere: più duro del granito, più leggero dell’alluminio,
flessibile e lavorabile con tecniche utilizzate per il
vetro e per le pietre naturali. Con le sue caratteristiche dimensionali, di leggerezza ed estrema facilità
di manutenzione, rappresenta un materiale molto
Versatile. Una serie di rigidi test condotti in laboratorio e presso istituti di Ricerca internazionali hanno
certificato la sua altissima qualità. Gres aggiunge
al pregi dei materiali ceramici fini la sua estrema
versatilita’ estetica e dimensionale imponendosi
come innovazione assoluta nel campo dei materiali
per l’arredo.
Riassumendo, le caratteristiche principali sono:
• Resistenza agli attacchi chimici: resiste ai solventi organici, inorganici, disinfettanti e detergenti. Si
pulisce con estrema facilità mantenendo intatte le
caratteristiche dl finitura superficiale. L’unico composto in grado di attaccare gres è l’acido fluoridrico.
• Superficie igienica: gres è totalmente compatibile con le sostanze alimentari, in quanto non
rilascia elementi in soluzione. Non consente l’insorgenza di muffe, batteri e funghi.
• Reazione al fuoco: gres non contiene materie
organiche pertanto resiste al fuoco e alle alte temperature. In caso dl Incendio non sprigiona fumo e
non emette sostanze tossiche.
• Resistenm all’usura: gres resiste al graffi e
all’abrasione profonda (durezza in base a scala mohs
pari a 8, al diamante corrisponde il valore 10). Le sue
proprieta rimangono pertanto inalterate anche dopo
un uso intensivo e una pulizia frequente.
• Proprietx cromatiche: privo di pigmenti organici, gres resiste ai raggi uv. L colori non subiscono
alcuna variazione, anche se sottoposti a condizioni
climati che estreme.
• Non gelività: grazie ad un assorbimento d’acqua prossimo allo zero, resiste al gelo e si adatta a
tutte le condizioni atmosferiche e climatiche.
• Elevata resistenza alla flessione: gres presenta un elevato modulo di rottura.
• Ecocompatibilità e riciclabilità: gres è un
prodotto totalmente naturale ottenuto a partire dalle
medesime materie prime utilizzate nella fabbricazione dei piatti in porcellana. Non cede elementi
all’ambiente e può essere facilmente macinato e
riciclato.
• Versatilità: le superfici ceramiche gres possono essere stratificate con altri materiali, tagliate in
diversi formati con estrema precisione e levigate,
allo scopo di soddisfare esigenze particolari.
Manutenzione
Gres è un materiale compatto con assorbimento di
liquidi prossimo allo zero. Resiste al solventi organici
e inorganici disinfettanti e detergenti. Si pulisce con
estrema facilità mantenendo intatte le caratteristiche di finitura superficiale. L’unico composto in
grado di attaccarlo è l’acido fluoridrico. Per la normale pulizia consigliamo l’uso dl normali detergenti ed
acqua. Tuttavia in presenza dl sporco ostinato per la
pulizia di superfici di lavoro particolarmente sporche,
si possono usare detersivi agressivi come i comuni
sgrassatori da cucina o detergenti a base acida.
AGGLOMERATI PIETRE VETRO
Caratteristiche tecniche e funzionali
Trattasi dl materiale composito ottenuto dalla miscelazione di graniglia dl vetro con resina strttuurale
poliestere e pigmenti colorati stabilizzati ai raggi u v.
Le lastre hanno uno spessore di 6.5 mm, vengono

fornite con supporto dl eulithe nei vari spessori.
Le colorazioni disponibili sono svariate. Le tonalita’
indicate nei campionari sono da ritenersi suscettibili
di Variazione nell’ambito della tolleranza dl fabbricazione nel processo di aglomeratazione si possono
formare nella stessa lastra sfumature di colore ed
eventuali microporosita’ che sono da considerarsi
caratteristiche del prodotto.
Il materiale essendo composto da graniglia di vetro
conserva le caratteristiche chimico-fisiche e meccaniche dei materiali da cui proviene:
• aspetto uniforme e compatto
• buona resistenza agli urti, all’abrasione ed
agli agenti chimici
• buona resistenza alla compressione ed alla
flessione;
• assorbimento dei liquidi molto basso;
• facilità di manutenzione (non richiede l’applicazione di alcun tipo di trattamento);
• reperibilità nel lungo termine;
• vastissima gamma di colori che si rivela di
ausilio nella soluzione delle più svariate esigenze
La natura dei componenti la leggerezza
l’impermeabilità,la flessibilità e la resistenza all’usura, fanno si che le pietre vetro si prestino ai più
svariati utilizzi rappresentando la migliore risposta
alle piu stravaganti richieste progettuali
Le principali utilizzazioni sono:
• piani di lavoro per bagni e cucine:
• allestimenti dl interior design;
• elementi decorativi ed architettonici;
• rivestimenti e pavimenti.
Manutenzione
Le pietre vetro sono materiali ad alta compattezza
e basso potere assorbente. Non assorbendo liquidi,
odori ne’ grassi più comuni per usi alimentari, sono
di facile pulizia e di ottima igienicità. Resistono a
buona parte delle macchie d’uso e riescono a far
fronte alla maggior parte degli incidenti domestic)
(rigature, graffi , piccoli urti...). Non necessitano
dl alcun trattamento superficiale e quindi neppure
della relativa manutenzione. Per l’ordinaria manutenzione consigliamo l’uso di comuni detergenti
neutri. Per la pulizia straordinariasi consigli di usare
un detergente alcalino, nei modi e nelle dosi
consigliate dal produttore. Nonostante il materiale
possa resistere ad elevate temperature è opportuno
proteggerlo con sottopentole ed evitare il Contatto
diretto con le superfici di stoviglie o pentole appena
ritirate dal fuoco.
EULITHE
Caratteristiche tecniche e funzionali
Eulithe è un materiale innovativo brevettato. Eulithe
è un pannello in poliuretano espanso rigido, ad
elevata resistenza strutturale con un peso di un
quinto rispetto ai materiali lapidei da utilizzare come
supporto per lastre sottili dl qualsiasi tipo di materiale. Abbinando le lastre di pietre vetro dl spessore
0.6 cm ad un supporto in eulithe si possono ottenere vari spessori contenendo i pesi, facilitando
le operazioni dl posa in opera e conservando le
caratteristiche estetiche del materiale supportato.
La bordatura dei bordi in vista puo’ essere eseguita
utilizzando lo stesso materiale della superficie oppure con bordature di materiali diversi tipo l bordi in
alluminio o acciaio.
GRES
Technical And Functional Characteristics
Gres is a sheet of ceramic with a thickness of
6mm. It is a revolutionary product, unique of its
type: harder than granite, lighter than alluminium,
flexible and workable with the uses of glass and
natural stone. With its dimensional characteristics,
of lightness and the utmost ease of maintenance it
symbolizes a very versatile material. A series of rigid
tests in the laboratory and at International institutes
of research has certified it as very high quality. Gres
adds to the value of a ceramic material the utmost
esthetic and dimensional versatility. This makes
it an absolute innovation in the field of furnishing
materials.
Summary of the principal characteristics are:
• Resistance to chemical attack: resistant to
organic and non organic solvents, disinfectant and
detergent. It cleans with extreme ease, keeping
intact the finished characteristics. The only substance that will attack Gres is Hydrofluoric acid.
• Surface hygiene: Gres is is totally compatible
with all food substances, it is not soluble . It does
not support the growth of mould, bacteria or fungus.
• Reaction to fire: Gres does not contain organic matter therefore it is resistant to fire and high
temperatures. In case of fire it does not give off
smoke or emit any toxic substances.
• Resistance to use: Gres is resistant to scratches and deep abrasions (Value on MOHS scale
is 8, a diamond is value 10) its properties remain
unchan ged after constant use and frequent cleaning,
• Chromatic properties: With the lack of organic pigments, Gres is resistant to U.V. rays The
colours will not fade even if subjected to extreme
climatic changes.
• Frost resistant: Thanks to a near zero water
absorption, it is resistant to frost and can be used in
all atmospheric and climatic conditions.
• High resistance to breakage: Gres has a high
breaking resistance.
• Eco compatible and recyclable: Gres is a
totally natural product, it is made from the same
raw materials as are used to make porcelain plates.
It does not release elements into the atmo sphere,
it can be machined easily and is recyclable.
• Versatility: The ceramic surface can be conbined with other materials, cut to various forms and
with extreme precision to satisfy parti cular requirements.
Maintenance
Gres is a compact material with a liquid absorption
rate close to zero, resistant to organic and non organic solvents, disinfectant and detergent. It cleans
with extreme ease, keeping intact the finished characteristics. The only substance that will attack Gres
is Hydrofluoric acid. For normal cleaning use only
normal detergent and water. However in the case of
obstinate stains or a particularly dirty surface, clean
with an aggressive washing powder normally used
in the kitchen or an acid based detergent.
FORMED STONE AND GLASS
COMBINATION
Technical And Functional Characteristics
A composite material of granulated glass with
polyester resin and colour pigments that are U.V.
stabilized. It has a thickness of 6.5 mm, various
thicknesses when supplied with a support of eulithe. Available in diverse colours, the tones shown
in the samples are susceptible to variation due
to the manufacturing process and the process of
combination when forming different sheets. Shade
variations and eventual microporosity are considered characteristics of the product. The material
being composed of granulated glass keeps the
chemical, physhical and mechanical characteristics
of the original material:
• Uniform appearance and thickness
• Good resistance to impact, abrasion and chemical agents
• Good resistance to compression and breakage
• Very low absorption of liquids
• Easy to maintain (does not require any further
treatment)
• Long term availability
• Vast colour range aids in the solution of more
varied requirements
The nature of the components are lightness, impermiability, flexible and resistant to wear, allowing
stones and glass at differents uses and representing
the best answer to extravagant projects
The principal uses are:

• Coverings and flooring
Maintenance
Stone and glass are materials of high compactness
and low absorbancy. Will not absorb liquids, fat
common to food they are easy to clean and are
very hygenic. They resist to a good part of the use
spots and they succeed in face the greater part of
the domestic incidents (threadings, scratches, small
hits...). They do not need of any surface treatment
and therefore not even of the relative maintenance.
For the ordinary maintenance we advise the use
of common neutral detergents For extraordinary
cleaning use an alkaline detergent, in the ways and
the doses advised from the producer. Although
the material can resist to high temperatures it is
opportune to protect it with underpot and to avoid
the direct contact with pottery or pots withdrawn
from the fire.
EULITHE
Technical And Functional Characteristics
Eulithe is a innovative patented material. Eulithe is
a panel of rigid polyurathane foam, has a high structural resistance with a weight of a fifth compared to
the materials used like a support for thin sheets of
whichever kind of material. Combining the sheets
of stones and glass with thickness of 6mm to a
support in eulithe, many thickness can be obtained
, containing the weights, facilitating the operations
of rest and conserving the aesthetic characteristics
of the supported material. The border of the edges
in sight can be executed using the same material of
the surface or with borders of differents materials
like the edges in aluminum or steel.

superficielle. L’unique mélange en mesure d’attaquer gres est l’acide fluorhydrique. Pour le nettoyage normal nous conseillons d’utiliser des normaux détergents et eau. Toutefois en présence de
sale obstiné pour le nettoyage de surfaces de travail
particulièrement sales, on peut utiliser détergents
aggressifs comme les communs dégraisseurs pour
cuisine ou de détergents à base acide.

La nature des composantes, la légèreté, l’imperméabilité, la flexibilité et la résistance à l’usure permettent que les pierres verre se prêtent à plusieurs utilisations en représentant la meilleure répondue à
les plus extravagantes demandes des projets.

Entretien
Les pierres verre sont de matérielles à haute compacité et à bas pouvoir absorbant. N ‘absorbant pas
liquides, odeurs ni les graisses plus communes pour
usages alimentaires, ils sont de facile nettoyage et
d’excellente hygiène. Ils résistent à une bonne partie
des taches d’utilise et ils réussissent à faire front à
la plupart des incidents domestiques (des rayages,
égratignures, petits heurtes...). Ils ne nécessitent
d’aucun traitement superficiel et donc même pas
du relatif entretien. Pour l’ordinaire entretien nous
conseillons l’emploie de communes détergentes
neutres. Pour la pulizia extraordinaire on conseille
d’utiliser un détergent alcalin, dans les modalités
et dans les doses conseillées du producteur.
Malgré le matériel puisse résister à des températures elevées c’est opportun le protéger avec
dessous-de-plat et éviter le contact direct avec les
surfaces de vaisselles ou de casseroles à peine
retraites du feu.
EULITHE
Caractéristiques techniciennes et fonctionnelles
Eulithe est un matériel innovateur breveté. Eulithe
est un panneau en polyuréthane expansé rigide,
à élevée résistance structurelle avec un poids
d’un cinquième par rapport aux matériels à utiliser
comme support pour plaques subtiles de n’importe quel type de matériel. En accouplent les
plaques de pierres verre d’épaisseur 0,6 cm à une
support en eulithe on peuvent obtenir plusieurs
épaisseurs, en contenant les poids, en facilitant
les opérations du pose et en conservant les
caractéristiques esthétiques du matériel supporté.
La bordure des bords en vue peut être exécutés
en utilisant le même matériel de la surface ou
bien avec des bordures de matérielles différentes
comme les bords en aluminium ou acier.
