L’accumulatore automatico di pannolini D-STORE è stato
studiato per garantire la continuità produttiva della linea: raccoglie il prodotto in eccedenza proveniente dalla macchina a
monte ed automaticamente, quando richiesto, lo re-immette
nel processo per essere confezionato dalle macchine a valle.
The automatic diapers accumulator D-STORE has been
designed to guarantee the continuous production flow of
the packaging line. It collects the exceeding product coming
from the up-stream machine and automatically whenever
requested, re-enters it into the system.
L’accumulatore rappresenta un vero e proprio magazzino
per l’intera linea, incrementando quindi il rendimento del ciclo
di trasformazione.
The accumulator represents a buffer for the whole line,
increasing the performance of the converting/packaging
cycle.
La grande flessibilità del D-STORE permette una regolazione del formato in modo molto semplice e un funzionamento
autonomo in totale sicurezza e precisione. Le motorizzazioni principali sono controllate da motori brushless, mentre
il pannello operatore consente una facile diagnostica e una
puntuale gestione della macchina.
The high flexibility of the D-STORE is enhanced by a very
easy and accurate format setting also thanks to the servo
motors technology. The operation and management panel
provides the necessary trouble shooting and fault diagnostic data that are quickly and clearly displayed.
