Gerichten rund um die Kartoffel bei der Spezialitätenwoche
„Puschtra Erdepflwochn“. Köchinnen und Köche servieren in
dieser Zeit köstliche Speisen, bei denen die Kartoffel die
Hauptrolle spielt. Neben kulinarischen Genüssen erwartet die
Gäste auch ein interessantes Rahmenprogramm: das Eröffnungsfest „Puschtra Erdepflfest“ am 12. September in Bruneck und das
Abschlussfest am 26. September in Sand in Taufers.
Alle Gäste, die in der Zeit der Genusswoche in den teilnehmenden
Gastbetrieben zum Essen einkehren, haben die Möglichkeit an
einem Gewinnspiel teilzunehmen und tolle Preise zu gewinnen.

Settimane delle patate pusteresi
Siamo di nuovo pronti! 26 ristoranti della Val Pusteria e
Val Badia vi vizieranno dal 12 al 27 settembre con prelibatezze a
base di patate alla settimana gastronomica delle patate pusteresi “bontà di patate“. Cuoche e cuochi serviranno alla propria clientela
deliziosi piatti in cui la patata svolgerà il ruolo centrale. Accanto
alle delizie culinarie gli ospiti potranno apprezzare un programma
interessante di eventi collaterali: L‘inaugurazione delle settimane
con la “Festa delle patate“ il 12 settembre a Brunico e la festa di
chiusura il 26 settembre a Campo Tures.
Tutti gli ospiti che durante la settimana gastronomica verranno
a mangiare in uno dei ristoranti aderenti, hanno la possibilità di
partecipare a un gioco a premi e vincere premi attraenti.
