one of the leading operators in the construction of plants and machines for the Heavy Duty Bulk Material Handling industry.
PULIFICI STEEL CONSTRUCTION designs and builds high-efficiency handling and
transportation systems and certainly represents a benchmark also in the waste
treatment sector.
In fact, it has constructed many biomass and OMSW waste-to-energy systems, which include complete transportation, reception, selection, screening and crushing
lines in MSW/RDF/OMSW treatment systems.

Divisione a supporto dell’industria e degli Enti Pubblici, per realizzare carpenterie e strutture metalliche articolate prodotte presso
centri di produzione certificati (Certificazione CE UNI EN 1090-1).
Un team interno di ingegneri specializzati calcola e progetta avvalendosi di moderni software per la modellazione solidi in 3D in
grado di offrire al Cliente il massimo rapporto Qualità - Prezzo.
Anche questa Divisione è composta da un equipe di installatori
qualificati nel rispetto della Lgs 81/2008 per i montaggi in cantiere.
Division that provides support to industries and public authorities
in designing complex metal structural work produced at its certified production plants (CE UNI EN 1090-1 certification).
Using modern 3D solid modeling software, an internal team of
specialized engineers calculates and designs the structures that
ensure the best possible Quality to Price ratio for the customer.
This Division also has a team of qualified installation engineers
as laid down in Italian Legislative Decree no. 81/2008 for on-site
assembly work.
Divisione storica, con un know-how che si fonda sulla realizzazione di più di 500 installazioni nei diversi settori merceologici,
in grado di fornire soluzioni diverse sempre all’ avanguardia
sia per singole macchine che per packages anche complessi
nel settore del Bulk Material Handling. Questa Divisione realizza nello specifico macchine e sistemi per Stoccaggio, Estrazione, Trasporto, Macinazione, Vagliatura, Dosaggio, Miscelazione, Filtrazione e Linee di Confezionamento di prodotti alla
rinfusa nel rispetto delle normative ATEX e CE.
Historical division with know-how based on the installation
of more than 500 systems in many different product sectors,
capable of providing cutting-edge solutions both for single
machines and for complex packages in the Bulk Material
Handling sector. In particular, this Division produces Storage, Extraction, Transportation, Crushing, Screening, Dosing,
Mixing and Filtration machines and systems and bulk product packaging lines in accordance with the ATEX and EC
regulations.
L’ultima Divisione W2E (Waste To Energy), nata per rispondere alle
direttive del “Pacchetto Clima-Energia 20-20-20” varato dall’Unione
Europea post “Protocollo di Kyoto” ,e alle nuove tariffe energetiche
nazionali che prevedono incentivi economici sui nuovi sistemi di produzione dell’energia elettrica e termica, sostenendo l’impiego di fonti
rinnovabili alternative rispetto ai combustibili fossili tradizionali.
Il reparto R&D, è in costante collaborazione con prestigiose organizzazioni universitarie per lo studio di nuove soluzioni impiantistiche diversificate, in base alla tipologia del combustibile alternativo disponibile.
The most recent W2E (Waste To Energy) Division, set up in response to the “20-20-20 Climate and Energy Package” directives issued
by the European Union after the “Kyoto Protocol”, and the new national energy rates that grant economic incentives to users of the
new electricity and heat production systems to encourage the use
of alternative energy sources instead of traditional fossil fuels.
The R&D department collaborates continually with prestigious
universities for the design of new diversified engineering solutions
according to the type of alternative fuel available.

PRODUCTION
Con due stabilimenti moderni e funzionali, PULIFICI STEEL CONSTRUCTION svolge la
propria attività operativa su un’area totale di 8.000 mq di cui 4.000 mq. coperti, necessari
alle diverse esigenze produttive.
L’azienda, che si afferma costantemente per le elevate capacità progettuali, dispone di
reparti modernamente attrezzati in cui vengono svolte le attività di produzione, assemblaggio, e collaudo.
La struttura organizzativa si completa poi con l’area dedicata al magazzino ricambi e alla
spedizione, che garantiscono una risposta risolutiva e veloce alle esigenze del Cliente.
At its two modern, functional plants, PULIFICI STEEL CONSTRUCTION carries out its production activities on a total surface area of about 8,000 sq. m. (of which 4,000 sq. m. are covered).
Due to its remarkable design capabilities, the company’s departments are fitted out with the
very latest equipment for carrying out its production, assembly and test activities.
The organizational structure is completed by an area used as a spare parts warehouse
and shipment department, which guarantees a rapid and effective solution for the Customer’s needs.
