STARTER KIT
La dima per 555PRO è un pratico mezzo per programmare una centralina senza la necessità di saldare i
pozzetti sui pin di collegamento per le piste BDM. Per ogni centralina è sufficiente scegliere l’adattatore
opportuno, far coincidere i pozzetti sui pin in centralina e serrare con le viti di bloccaggio. Il 555PRO va
posizionato in cima alla dima mentre il cavo flat collega il programmatore all’adattatore.
NOTA: si consiglia di controllare sempre il manuale “555PRO, collegamento con le centraline” per una più
dettagliata spiegazione sull’orientamento del cavo flat e dei pin da collegare

The metal positioning frame is a handy tool to program the ECU without soldering the pins on the ECU. For any
ECU choose the adapter, match the lay by pins over the pins on the ECU and tight the two nuts. 555PRO
programmer is placed on top of the support while the flat cable connects 555PRO and the terminal adapter.

1) Collegamento alle centraline BOSCH / Connecting to Bosch ECU
Le centraline Bosch si posizionano esattamente sul piano della dima con i due perni a coincidere con i fori
sull’esterno della centralina.
Bosch ECU can be placed exactly on the metal board by matching the two anchoring bolts with the ECU

L’adattatore deve essere posizionato con precisione sulla centralina prima di serrare le due viti nere. A serraggio
effettuato abbassare la dima fino ad esercitare una leggera pressione dei pozzetti sui pin della centralina

2) Collegamento a centraline Delphi / Connecting to Delphi ECU
Le centraline Delphi sono da posizionare manualmente sul piano della dima in modo che l’adattatore con i
pozzetti coincida con i pin da leggere presenti sulla centralina. È necessario alimentare la centralina con il cavo
in dotazione (F34DM006) da connettere come in figura. Evitare che i due fili liberi del cavo di alimentazione non
facciamo cortocircuito tra di loro o contro la base metallica.
Delphi ECU must be placed manually on the board so that connectors of the Delphi adapter will match the pins
on the ECU. It’s necessary to power up the ECU with the proper cable (F34DM006) to be connected like in the
picture below. Make sure the two remaining wires will not touch the metal frame or shortcut.

3) Collegamento a centraline Siemens / Connecting to Siemens ECU
Le centraline Siemens sono da posizionare manualmente sul piano della dima in modo che l’adattatore con i
pozzetti coincida con i pin da leggere presenti sulla centralina. È necessario alimentare la centralina con il cavo
in dotazione (F34DM006) da connettere come in figura. A seconda del modello di centralina Siemens deve
essere utilizzato il cavo tipo 1 oppure tipo 2. Si consiglia di controllare sempre sul manuale “555PRO
collegamento con le centraline” il corretto collegamento per l’alimentazione della centralina e la posizione del
pin1.
Siemens ECU must be placed manually on the board so that connectors of the adapter will match the pins on
the ECU. It’s necessary to power up the ECU with the proper cable (F34DM006) to be connected like in the
picture below. According to the Siemens ECU model you must use type 1 or type 2 wiring. We always suggest to
check the manual “555PRO connecting to the ECU” for the right ECU power feeding and pin out.

4) Collegamento a centraline Marelli / Connecting to Marelli ECU
Le centraline Marelli sono da posizionare manualmente sul piano della dima in modo che l’adattatore con i
pozzetti coincida con i pin da leggere presenti sulla centralina. È necessario alimentare la centralina con
l’adattatore Marelli in dotazione (F34DM007) da connettere come in figura. Si consiglia di controllare sempre sul
manuale “555PRO collegamento con le centraline” il corretto collegamento per l’alimentazione della centralina e
la posizione del pin 1.
Marelli ECU must be placed manually on the board so that connectors of the adapter will match the pins on the
ECU. It’s necessary to power up the ECU with the proper cable (F34DM007) to be connected like in the picture
below. We always suggest to check the manual “555PRO connecting to the ECU” for the right ECU power
feeding and pin out.

ATTENZIONE: per poter utilizzare questa centralina correttamente è necessario
sempre collegare al 555Pro il nuovo adattatore per microprocessori Motorola serie 56x.
ATTENTION: for being able to read and write this ECU correctly, it is necessary always
to connect to 555Pro the new adapter for Motorola microprocessor 56x series.

for Kia
Le centraline Delphi sono da posizionare manualmente sul piano della dima in modo che l’adattatore con i
pozzetti coincida con i pin da leggere presenti sulla centralina.
Delphi ECU must be placed manually on the board so that connectors of the Delphi adapter will match the pins
on the ECU.
Adattatore per centraline Delphi 2 / Adapter for Delphi 2 ECU
Sulla dima bisogna posizionare correttamente l’adattatore
Delphi 2 (codice F34DM009) con il cavetto di alimentazione
per le centraline Siemens/Delphi (Tipo 2 - F34DM006).
Fix correctly into the DIMA the specific adapter Delphi 2 (code
F34DM009) with the Power cord for Siemens/Delphi ECUs
(Type 2, code F34DM006).

8) Collegamento alle centraline Delphi per Chevrolet-Isuzu / Connecting to
ECU Delphi for Chevrolet-Isuzu.
ATTENZIONE: per poter utilizzare questa centralina correttamente è necessario
sempre collegare al 555Pro il nuovo adattatore per microprocessori Motorola serie 56x.
ATTENTION: for being able to read and write this ECU correctly, it is necessary always
to connect to 555Pro the new adapter for Motorola microprocessor 56x series.

Le centraline Delphi sono da posizionare manualmente a 90 gradi rispetto al piano della dima in modo che
l’adattatore con i pozzetti F34DM001 (anch’esso montato a 90 gradi rispetto alla sede) coincida con i pin da
leggere presenti sulla centralina.
Delphi ECU must be placed manually at 90 degree respect the metal frame layer so that connectors of the
Delphi adapter F34DM001 (also that mounted at 90 degree respect the default position) will match the pins on
the ECU.

È necessario alimentare la centralina con il cavo in dotazione Tipo 2 (F34DM006) da connettere come in figura;
il filo nero non è usato, assicurarsi che non tocchi componenti sotto tensione.
