Wild Horse ha la centralina incorporata nella macchina; non solo questo riduce l’ingombro della macchina, si facilita la manutenzione periodica, l’installazione, la movimentazione.
La programmazione della macchina può essere effettuata tramite semplice PC; basta inserire l’apposita chiave di accesso usb.

La macchina è dotata di un dispositivo di alimentazione del filato a

Il dispositivo di controllo misura la quantità di filato utilizzato; dopo
aver impostato in macchina la lunghezza desiderata, l’alimentatore
controlla la dimensione del tessuto prodotto.

La Nan Sing machinery Limited produce interamente la maggior parte dei
componenti per la macchina Wild Horse; tra cui fronture, canaline delle
fronture, carro, piastre, cams per assicurare un alto livello di qualità.
La frontura è formata da piastre composte da inserti temperati facilmente sostituibili. Gli inserti delle piastre sono realizzati in acciaio da
macchinari svizzeri a tracciatura fine che producono lastre di precisione
da inserire.
La centralina è dotata di un semplice monitor a colori LCD touch screen; la sua
posizione a livello dell’operatore è ergonomica, mentre i pulsanti e le funzioni del
menù rendono facile l’inserimento e la modifica dei dati. I dati possono essere
inseriti direttamente sullo schermo, sul quale si controlla lo stato della produzione.
La visualizzazione è disponibile in lingua italiana - inglese - cinese.

The choice of quality materials and precision of construction help to
have reliable and robust sliding needle beds; stable even at high operating speed.
Nan Sing Machinery Limited produce most of the components inside
company for the machine Wild Horse, including needle beds and all parts
of needle bed, carriage plates, cams to ensure a high level of quality.
The needle slot is made by special fluting machine to assure the precision
of each slot. Needle bed is formed by insert plates which are convenient
to be replaced. Insert plates are made by alloy steel and punched by
Swiss fine-blanking machine which produce accurate insert plates with
shining edge.
The Graphic software
La programmazione della Wild Horse può essere effettuata tramite semplice PC, basta installare l’apposita chiave usb di accesso software.
La macchina utilizza un sistema di interfaccia grafico ad alto livello
e di semplice utilizzo, con la possibilità di scelta tra varie lingue
italiano - inglese - cinese.
Il monitor a colori LCD touch screen visualizza tutte le informazioni
macchina durante la produzione e con una semplice operazione è
possibile modificare qualsiasi valore.
Il software è dotato di codici di protezione per prevenire eventuali
modifiche accidentali e non autorizzate.
All’interno è presente un report che permette di controllare i tempi
di fermo macchina con le relative cause.
Le macchine possono essere collegate in rete e controllate in remoto.

menu functions are easy to insert and modify data. Data can be entered directly
on the screen, the monitor display the status of production.

Sistema grafico
Il sistema grafico di programmazione LKS è un software windows
multilivello che permette all’operatore, con semplicità di creare innumerevoli combinazioni di strutturati, jacquard, intarsi o maglia
intera. Un archivio di punti permette la creazione di capi anche
agli utenti più inesperti.
è possibile inserire una Track ball per velocizzare i movimento
dell’immagine a video.
è presente un test maglia per visualizzare tutti i vari passaggi della
macchina e gli eventuali errori di programmazione.
All’interno del software è presente una sagomatura, che permette
di realizzare le forme ed i relativi cambi taglia in tempi ridotti.
La simulazione maglia permette di verificare il risultato finale con
l’effetto maglia reale, come se il disegno fosse realizzato realmente
sulla macchina per avere un’idea precisa del risultato finale.

The software is equipped with production codes to prevent unauthorized and accidental changes.
Inside there is a report that lets you check your downtime with their
causes.
The machines can be networked and controlled remotely.
The graphic software is easy to use, Multi-windows is completed
with a lot of facilities to help the user, such as: to copy, replicate,
geometrical functions, undo, grids and graphs etc.
User can insert Track ball to speed up the movement of the images.
On the programming is possible to see a test sample and examine
carefully. Any mistakes may appear at every stage of the machine’s
process.
User can develop different sizes by adding windows, have several
design in one windows, so users can modify the desired design only.
