Instructions for entries with Splash Entry Editor for Ljubljana City Trophy
Download Splash Entry Editor (http://www.plavalniklub-ljubljana.si/wpcontent/uploads/2012/01/install_eeditor.exe) and install the software on your computer.
Accept the licence agreement.
Select a folder where will be installed Splash Entry Editor.
Select where should Setup place the program's shortcuts.
Click on Install to continue with the installation.
Select your language of choice.
Start screen of the Splash Entry Editor:
Download the invitation file (Lenex) from the Plavalni klub Ljubljana site (http://www.plavalniklubljubljana.si/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/20120519-INV-20120519-LJUBLJANA.zip) and save it to
a folder.
In Splash Entry Editor go to the menu File and select Open.
Go to a folder in which you have saved the invitation file (Lenex) and open it.
If you click on the Events tab you will see the following screen:
Here you can see all sessions and events that will be swum during the meet.
Click on the Entries tab, then go to the menu Club and click on New. You will see the following
screen:
Enter all of your club's data and click on OK.
Then go to menu Swimmers and click on New. You will get the following screen:
In this screen you should enter the data of the swimmer you wish to enter.
Repeat this procedure for all swimmers who should be entered.
Select the swimmer for whom you want to make an entry, go to menu Swimmers, click on Entries
and you will see the following screen:
You can see all events your swimmer could participate in. Enter the necessary data (entry time and
pool length are required – if swimmer don't have time enter 99:99.99) for the events your
swimmer should be entered in and click on Save.
Repeat this procedure for all swimmers you are entering.
Once you have made all your entries, go to menu File and click on Save. You will see the following
screen:
Save the file in the following name format: yyyy-mm-dd-Teamname-Ljubljana.lxf.
If you would like to make changes to your entry, you can open this file with Splash Entry Editor.
Send your Lenex file to the meet organizer by email.

Ljubljana
Laden Sie die Splash Entry Editor hier (http://www.plavalniklub-ljubljana.si/wpcontent/uploads/2012/01/install_eeditor.exe) herunter. Installieren Sie die Software auf Ihrem
Computer.
Akzeptieren Sie die Lizenzvereinbarung und klicken Sie auf Next.
Wählen Sie Ihr Installationsverzeichnisses.
Wählen Sie das Startmenü-Ordner.
Die Installierung wird starten.
Wählen Sie die Sprache Ihrer Wahl.
Der Startbildschirm des Splash Entry Editor:
Laden Sie die Einladung Datei (Lenex) von diesem Link herunter (http://www.plavalniklubljubljana.si/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/20120519-INV-20120519-LJUBLJANA.zip) und speichern
Sie die Datei auf Ihrem Computer in einem Ordner Ihrer Wahl.
Wählen Sie im Menü Datei den Splash Entry Editor die Option Öffnen.
Klicken Sie auf den Ordner mit die Einladung Datei (Lenex) und öffnen Sie diese Datei.
Wenn Sie auf die Registerkarte Wettkampffolge klicken, öffnen Sie folgendes Fenster:
Hier finden Sie alle Programmabschnitte des Schwimmprogramms während der Pokal der Stadt
Ljubljana.
Klicken Sie auf die Registerkarte Meldungen. Gehen Sie ins Menü Verein und klicken Sie auf Neu.
Nun sollten Sie folgendes Fenster erhalten:
Geben Sie bitte die Daten Ihres Verein ein und drücken Sie dann OK.
Gehen Sie ins Menü Teilnehmer und klicken Sie auf Neu. Nun sollten Sie erhalten folgendes
Fenster:
Geben Sie bitte die Daten von Ihnen zu meldenden Schwimmer ein.
Wiederholen Sie diesen Vorgang für alle Schwimmer, die Sie melden wollen.
Selektieren Sie den Schwimmer, den Sie melden wollen. Gehen Sie ins Menü Teilnehmer und
klicken Sie auf Meldungen. Nun sollten Sie erhalten folgendes Fenster:
Hier sehen Sie alle Wettkampfläufe für Ihre Schwimmer. Füllen Sie die Daten (Meldzeit und Pool
Länge erforderlich sind – wenn Schwimmer haben keine Zeit geben 99:99.99) für die Schwimmer
aus, die Sie melden wollen und klicken Sie Speichern an. Wiederholen Sie diese Handlung für alle
weiteren Schwimmer, die Sie melden wollen.
Wenn Sie alle Meldungen erstellt haben, gehen Sie ins Menü Datei und klicken Sie auf Speichern.
Nun sollten Sie erhalten folgendes Fenster:
Speichern Sie diese Daten unter folgendem Dateinamen: JJJJ-MM-TT-Vereinsname-Ljubljana.lxf.
Falls Sie in Ihrer Meldung noch Änderungen vornehmen wollen, können Sie diese Daten mit Splash
Entry Editor öffnen.
Senden Sie Ihre LXF-Datei, um die zu erfüllen Organisator per E-Mail.

Scaricate Splash Entry Editor (http://www.plavalniklub-ljubljana.si/wpcontent/uploads/2012/01/install_eeditor.exe) e installate il software sul computer.
Accettate le condizioni di licenza.
Scegliete la cartella in cui Splash Entry Editor verrà installato.
Scegliete la cartella del menu Start.
Ora, l'installazione si avvierà.
Selezionate la lingua desiderata.

nella cartella desiderata..
Nel Splash Entry Editor andate nel menu Documento e selezionate la voce Aprire.
Andate alla cartella in cui avete salvato file di invito (Lenex) e lo aprite.
Con clic sulla scheda Ordine della gara si vedrà la seguente schermata:
Qui potete vedere tutte le sessioni e gli eventi che saranno nuotati nel corso del meeting.
Fate clic sulla scheda Iscrizioni. Andate nel menu Club e selezionate la voce Nuovo. Viene
visualizzata la seguente schermata:
Inserite tutti i dati del club e confermate con clic sul pulsante OK.
Andate nel menu Partecipanti e selezionate la voce Nuovo. Si otterrà la seguente schermata:
In questa schermata dovrete inserire i dati del nuotatore che si desidera iscrivere.
Ripetete questa procedura per ogni nuotatore.
Selezionate il nuotatore per il quale vuolete fare iscrizione (fate clic sul nome). Andate nel menu
Partecipanti, selezionate la voce Iscrizioni e vedrete la seguente schermata:
Potete vedere tutti gli eventi ai quali vostro nuotatore può partecipare.
Inserite i dati necessari (miglior tempo e lunghezza vasca sono obbligatori – nel caso senza tempo
inserite 99:99.99) per gli eventi che vostro nuotatore nuotera in e cliccate sul pulsante Salvare.
Ripetete questa procedura per tutti i nuotatori.
Una volta effettuate tutte le iscrizioni, andate nel menu Documento e selezionate la voce Salvare.
Si vedrà la seguente schermata:
Salvate file con seguente nome: aaaa-mm-gg-Nome del club-Ljubljana.lxf.
Se desiderate apportare le modifiche alle iscrizioni, è possibile aprire file con il Splash Entry Editor.
Il vostro Lenex file inviate per e-mail all’organizzatore.
