I am a second year Ph.D. student in the Nanoscale Device Group led by Dr. Roman Sordan at the Politecnico di
Milano (Italy). My research activity is mainly focused on the development of analog and digital nanoelectronic
circuits based on low-dimensional materials (such as graphene, graphene oxide, and MoS2). During my Master’s
thesis I have fabricated integrated graphene voltage amplifiers operating in the audio frequency range and
tested graphene transistors for analog mixing and amplitude modulation. In 2012 we demonstrated the first
wafer-scale graphene multi-stage logic-gates, capable of operating in ambient conditions. This technology
allowed us to recently demonstrate the first graphene ring oscillators operating at a frequency above 1 GHz.
