Il rispetto per il passato e l’entusiasmo per il futuro sono stati i principi che hanno costituito le fondamenta dell’azienda sin dal 1968, anno di fondazione della IMAB ad opera di Antonio Bruscoli.
Concetti importanti come passione e sacrificio sono diventati la linfa vitale dei legami che in questa
azienda si sono sviluppati, perché per raccontare la storia di IMAB occorre riportare le vicende di
tante famiglie, di generazioni di padri e figli che hanno contribuito con il proprio lavoro alla costruzione di un’azienda dalle radici solide. La famiglia dunque, oggi come nel passato, rappresenta
il destinatario prediletto delle creazioni del Gruppo. Nel corso degli anni IMAB ha sviluppato conoscenze e competenze che hanno segnato il passaggio da azienda artigiana a industria manifatturiera verticalmente integrata: la passione per il lavoro e per le cose fatte bene si è tradotta con il
passare del tempo nell’impiego di tecnologie sempre più avanzate per garantire oggi, come allora,
prodotti di qualità alla portata di tutti. Oggi l’azienda si estende per un totale di 150.000 metri quadrati coperti attraverso 15 stabilimenti / unità operative nella provincia di Pesaro-Urbino e impiega
530 dipendenti con un’età media di 38 anni. IMAB ha consolidato la sua esperienza in Italia e nel
Mondo partendo dalla zona notte e dalla zona giorno, e integrando negli ultimi anni anche la categoria camere per bambini e ragazzi e quella delle cucine per offrire al cliente proposte complete
e coordinate per tutta la casa.
Respect for the past and enthusiasm for the future have been the principles that have established
the company bases since 1968, year in which IMAB was founded by Antonio Bruscoli. Important
concepts like passion and sacrifice have become the lifeblood of the bonds that have developed in
this company. In order to recount the IMAB’s history, it’s needed to relate the story of many families,
of fathers and sons generations who have contributed with their own work, to build a company with
strong roots. Therefore, Group creations, today as in the past, are addressed to a favourite recipient: the family. Over the years, IMAB have developed knowledge and skills that have marked the
transition from an artisan company to a vertically integrated manufacturing industry. The passion for work and well done things has been improved, over the time, through the use of innovative
technologies to promise and ensure, today as then, the quality of products for everyone. Today the
company covers a total of 150,000 square meters through 15 plants/operating units in the province
of Pesaro-Urbino and hires 530 employees with an average age of 38 years. IMAB has consolidated its experience in Italy and in many other countries all over the world starting from living area
and bedrooms. In the last few years the company has integrated its offer with the production of
kitchens and kid rooms, to offer to customers a coordinate proposal for the whole house.

1. Decorrenza / Effective date
La presente pubblicazione decorre dal mese indicato a fondo pagina.
Imab Group si riserva la facoltà di modificare in qualunque momento e senza preavviso sia i prezzi che le caratteristiche tecniche degli elementi mostrati nella presente pubblicazione.

Imab Group reserves the faculty to modify in every moment and without notices both prices and technical characteristics of the elements shown in the present publication.
2. Prezzi / Prices
I prezzi dei prodotti, ove indicati, si intendono al pubblico IVA esclusa. L’imballo del prodotto è compreso nel prezzo.
The retail prices of the products , where indicated, are VAT excluded. The packaging is included in the price.
3. Accettazione dell’ordine / Acceptance of the order
Ogni ordine è assunto dall’azienda con riserva di accettazione.
Every order is assumed from the company with reserve of acceptance.
4. Consegna / Delivery
I termini di consegna si intendono sempre approssimativi ed in relazione alle possibilità del momento. I ritardi eventuali non hanno diritto a compensi, indennizzi o risarcimenti.
The delivery terms are always approximate and related to the possibilities of the moment. The possible delays don’t have the right of remunerations, compensations or refund.
5. Pagamenti / Payments
In mancanza di diversi accordi scritti, il pagamento si intende per contanti o con titolo a vista a ricevimento fattura, al nostro domicilio. Per nessun motivo ed a nessun titolo il cliente
può differire o sospendere i pagamenti oltre le scadenze pattuite. Qualunque sia il pagamento, sono a carico del cliente tutte le spese, gli oneri relativi, così come i rischi per furti e/o
smarrimenti dei titoli durante la circolazione postale e/o bancaria.
In absence of different written deals, the payment is provided in cash or with the purchase invoice to our domicile. Any motivation for the client can differ or suspend the payments
over the established expiration dates. Whatever is the payment, they are to load of the client all the expenses, the relative burdens as the risks for thefts and/or loss of the titles during
the postal and/or bank circulation.
6. Trasporto / Shipping
Eventuali discordanze rispetto al documento di trasporto o a danni derivati dal trasporto stesso devono essere segnalati al momento dello scarico con annotazione sulla bolla stessa.
Possible discordances due to damages, malfunctions or any other claims referring to shipping document have to be announced at the delivered time with annotation on the same
seal.
7. Reclami / Claims
Eventuali reclami dovranno essere segnalati entro otto giorni dal ricevimento merce. Trascorso tale termine l’azienda Imab Group non accetterà alcun reclamo.
Eventual claims will be brought forward within eight days from delivery date. Shipping claims will be accepted if effected at the delivery time.
8. Resi / Returned goods
Non si accettano resi di merce se non espressamente autorizzati. I resi, anche se accettati, verranno accreditati al prezzo addebitato in fattura al momento dell’acquisto. Imab Group
si ritiene autorizzata a rifiutare il reso se la merce non sarà messa a disposizione per il ritiro entro il termine massimo di 45 giorni dalla data di consegna. Il reso dovrà essere accompagnato da documento di trasporto con relativo riferimento all’ordine.
No returned goods will be made without our prior written consent. Returned goods, even if accepted, will be accredited to the debited price in invoice at the moment of purchase.
Imab Group company is authorized to refuse the returned goods that won’t have made for the withdrawal within the term of 45 days from the available date of delivery. The returned
goods should be accompanied by shipping document and the relative refer to the order.
9. Finiture / Finishings

I colori e le finiture di tutti i materiali (compresi i tessuti) sono soltanto indicativi non essendo possibile assicurarne l’invariabilità nel tempo. L’esposizione diretta dei prodotti alla luce
solare può alterare i colori. Questi fattori non potranno costituire motivo di contestazione o di reso del prodotto.
The colours and the finishings of all materials (fabrics included) are only indicative since it is technically impossible to guarantee them over the years. The exposure of products to
direct sunlight can alter their colours. These factors can not constitute reason for any contestation or returned goods from one of the parties.

Il rispetto per il passato e l’entusiasmo per il futuro sono stati i principi che hanno costituito le fondamenta dell’azienda sin dal 1968, anno di fondazione della IMAB ad opera di Antonio Bruscoli.
Concetti importanti come passione e sacrificio sono diventati la linfa vitale dei legami che in questa
azienda si sono sviluppati, perché per raccontare la storia di IMAB occorre riportare le vicende di
tante famiglie, di generazioni di padri e figli che hanno contribuito con il proprio lavoro alla costruzione di un’azienda dalle radici solide. La famiglia dunque, oggi come nel passato, rappresenta
il destinatario prediletto delle creazioni del Gruppo. Nel corso degli anni IMAB ha sviluppato conoscenze e competenze che hanno segnato il passaggio da azienda artigiana a industria manifatturiera verticalmente integrata: la passione per il lavoro e per le cose fatte bene si è tradotta con il
passare del tempo nell’impiego di tecnologie sempre più avanzate per garantire oggi, come allora,
prodotti di qualità alla portata di tutti. Oggi l’azienda si estende per un totale di 150.000 metri quadrati coperti attraverso 15 stabilimenti / unità operative nella provincia di Pesaro-Urbino e impiega
530 dipendenti con un’età media di 38 anni. IMAB ha consolidato la sua esperienza in Italia e nel
Mondo partendo dalla zona notte e dalla zona giorno, e integrando negli ultimi anni anche la categoria camere per bambini e ragazzi e quella delle cucine per offrire al cliente proposte complete
e coordinate per tutta la casa.
Respect for the past and enthusiasm for the future have been the principles that have established
the company bases since 1968, year in which IMAB was founded by Antonio Bruscoli. Important
concepts like passion and sacrifice have become the lifeblood of the bonds that have developed in
this company. In order to recount the IMAB’s history, it’s needed to relate the story of many families,
of fathers and sons generations who have contributed with their own work, to build a company with
strong roots. Therefore, Group creations, today as in the past, are addressed to a favourite recipient: the family. Over the years, IMAB have developed knowledge and skills that have marked the
transition from an artisan company to a vertically integrated manufacturing industry. The passion for work and well done things has been improved, over the time, through the use of innovative
technologies to promise and ensure, today as then, the quality of products for everyone. Today the
company covers a total of 150,000 square meters through 15 plants/operating units in the province
of Pesaro-Urbino and hires 530 employees with an average age of 38 years. IMAB has consolidated its experience in Italy and in many other countries all over the world starting from living area
and bedrooms. In the last few years the company has integrated its offer with the production of
kitchens and kid rooms, to offer to customers a coordinate proposal for the whole house.

2. Prezzi / Prices
I prezzi dei prodotti, ove indicati, si intendono al pubblico IVA esclusa. L’imballo del prodotto è compreso nel prezzo.
The retail prices of the products , where indicated, are VAT excluded. The packaging is included in the price.
3. Accettazione dell’ordine / Acceptance of the order
Ogni ordine è assunto dall’azienda con riserva di accettazione.
Every order is assumed from the company with reserve of acceptance.
4. Consegna / Delivery
I termini di consegna si intendono sempre approssimativi ed in relazione alle possibilità del momento. I ritardi eventuali non hanno diritto a compensi, indennizzi o risarcimenti.
The delivery terms are always approximate and related to the possibilities of the moment. The possible delays don’t have the right of remunerations, compensations or refund.
5. Pagamenti / Payments
In mancanza di diversi accordi scritti, il pagamento si intende per contanti o con titolo a vista a ricevimento fattura, al nostro domicilio. Per nessun motivo ed a nessun titolo il cliente
può differire o sospendere i pagamenti oltre le scadenze pattuite. Qualunque sia il pagamento, sono a carico del cliente tutte le spese, gli oneri relativi, così come i rischi per furti e/o
smarrimenti dei titoli durante la circolazione postale e/o bancaria.
In absence of different written deals, the payment is provided in cash or with the purchase invoice to our domicile. Any motivation for the client can differ or suspend the payments
over the established expiration dates. Whatever is the payment, they are to load of the client all the expenses, the relative burdens as the risks for thefts and/or loss of the titles during
the postal and/or bank circulation.
6. Trasporto / Shipping
Eventuali discordanze rispetto al documento di trasporto o a danni derivati dal trasporto stesso devono essere segnalati al momento dello scarico con annotazione sulla bolla stessa.
Possible discordances due to damages, malfunctions or any other claims referring to shipping document have to be announced at the delivered time with annotation on the same
seal.
7. Reclami / Claims
Eventuali reclami dovranno essere segnalati entro otto giorni dal ricevimento merce. Trascorso tale termine l’azienda Imab Group non accetterà alcun reclamo.
Eventual claims will be brought forward within eight days from delivery date. Shipping claims will be accepted if effected at the delivery time.
8. Resi / Returned goods
Non si accettano resi di merce se non espressamente autorizzati. I resi, anche se accettati, verranno accreditati al prezzo addebitato in fattura al momento dell’acquisto. Imab Group
si ritiene autorizzata a rifiutare il reso se la merce non sarà messa a disposizione per il ritiro entro il termine massimo di 45 giorni dalla data di consegna. Il reso dovrà essere accompagnato da documento di trasporto con relativo riferimento all’ordine.
No returned goods will be made without our prior written consent. Returned goods, even if accepted, will be accredited to the debited price in invoice at the moment of purchase.
Imab Group company is authorized to refuse the returned goods that won’t have made for the withdrawal within the term of 45 days from the available date of delivery. The returned
goods should be accompanied by shipping document and the relative refer to the order.
