ELECTRIC PASS-THROUGH PASTA-COOKER WITH ONE 27-LITRE TUB
GENERAL FEATURES
Electric pasta-cooker with one tub made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Upper top
with a 20/10 thickness. Tub made of polished AISI 316 stainless steel with a
rounded bottom for easy cleaning. Heating occurs by means of armoured
resistors placed inside the tub to optimise efficiency, which can be tilted to
facilitate cleaning the tub. Heating is controlled via a power regulator for
enhanced boiling control. Equipped with a manual-reset safety thermostat.
27-litre tub. Dimensions of the tub are 305x340 mm. Water is supplied via a
dispenser and free-standing drain. Overflow device. Worktop with a
continuous section, which can be assembled in accordance with your needs
with head-to-head joints so as to guarantee hygiene and easy cleaning. Height
adjustable feet made of stainless steel.
