Kit Installation
- Replace the faulty optical player with the new type DVD+RW/+R DRIVE RW5245LT supplied with this kit.
- Replace the tray cover by new one supplied with this kit.
- Remplace the software by the new version (see table below).

Method of Upgrade :
1. After loading of the disc, the message " Disc Problem " appears on the recorder menu and
" THM DISC " is displayed on the VFD.
2. Press and hold the " Play " and " Pause " key together till you see " UPDATING " on the VFD.
3. The software upgrading takes a few minutes to complete.
4. When the software is successfully upgraded, the set switch OFF in standby.
5. Switching ON the set, update of the software is finished.

- Remplacer le lecteur optique par le nouveau modèle RW5245LT.
- Remplacer le cache tiroir CD par un nouveau modèle (inclus dans le kit).
- Remplacer le software par une nouvelle version (voir tableau ci-dessous)

La nouvelle version du Software et la procédure de mise à jour est disponible sur notre site Internet
(http://www.thomson-network.com) dans la rubrique "Base de données Techniques"
Nom du Document : MISE A JOUR DE SOFTWARE
Méthode de mise à jour :
1. Après chargement du CD ROM de mise à jour, l’écran affiche " Disc Problem" et l’afficheur
de l’appareil indique le message " THM DISC ".
2. Presser simultanément les touches " Play " et " Pause " jusqu’à apparition du message " UPDATING "
sur l’afficheur de l’appareil.
3. Le programme de mise à jour est lancé automatiquement et dure quelques minutes.
4. Quand la mise à jour est terminée, l’appareil commute automatiquement en stand-by.
5. "Rallumer" l’appareil ; la mise à jour est terminée.

- Sostituire l’ottica con quella di nuovo tipo DVD+RW/+R DRIVE RW5245LT compresa in questo kit.
- Sostituire lo sportello del cassetto con quello nuovo incluso nel kit.
- Caricare la nuova versione di software (vedi tabella)

Procedura aggiornamento :
1. Caricare il disco; sullo schermo TV apparirà "Disc Problem" e sul Display "THM DISC".
2. Premere e mantenere premuti contemporaneamente i tasti "Play" e "Pausa" fino all'apparizione
di "UPDATING" sul Display.
3. La procedura di aggiornamento richiederà alcuni minuti.
4. L'apparecchio, quando il nuovo Software sarà completamente caricato, si posizionerà automaticamente
in Stand By.
5. Accendere l'apparecchio per terminare la procedura di aggiornamento Software.
