1. Extractor;
2. Pinion reinserting flange;
3. Flange and plastic guide to reinsert oil seal.
Grafted weak pinion with mounted oil seal.
Dismounting phases:
1. Oil seal removal;
2. Outer and inner seeger ring removal;
3. Pinion removal.
Phase 1. Remove oil seal.
Pinion with no oil seal. Now we need to remove first seeger ring.

Mount the extractor on the case .
A detail of the screw of the toolkit touching the pinion head we’re
removing.
Phase 3. Turn the screw to push out the pinion from the bearings
housing.

The differential case with no pinion.
The spare part set to be repositioned: the brand new oil seal, the
seeger couple and the brand new pinion.
Remounting phases:
1. Inserting the new pinion in bearings housing;
2. Remounting the seeger couple;
3. Remounting oil seal.
A detail of the toolkit to insert the new pinion. The toolkit has to
be mounted on the pinion head, after inserting it in the bearings
housing inside the differential case.

Phase 3b. Set up the new oil seal with its plastic guide on the
pinion head.
Phase 3c. Set up the flange on the pinion and using a threaded
rod slide the seal in.
End of inserting, oil seal is correctly positioned.
Ending phase. Pinion and oil seal correctly remounted.
