This wine is Napa Valley… full, round, richly flavored and balanced. It has complex layers of
mixed dark cherry, cassis and plum with hints of chocolate, toast and tobacco. Finishes with full

A blend of local grapes Tocai Friulano, Ribolla Gialla and Pinot Bianco. This has a gorgeous aroma of
pear, lemon rind and golden apples and has great richness on the palate and beautiful texture. There is
lively acidity in the finish and is delicious with risotto, asparagus or grilled swordfish.

2005 Elk Cove Pinot Blanc
The Willamette Valley has a perfect climate for the delicate Pinot Blanc grape - enough sunlight and
warmth for ripening, and cooler night temperatures to retain character. There is a distinct melon
center to this wine, with suggestions of lightly spiced pears and green apples. The fruit is lively and
pure, and the wine has a nice lift to it.

As the pinnacle of Chateau Ste. Michelle Chardonnay, Ethos is old world complexity and elegance with
concentrated Washington fruit. Sourced predominately from vines at Canoe Ridge Estate, the 2005
Ethos Chardonnay shows a delicacy typical of Canoe Ridge Estate fruit, but with complexity from
natural fermentation. Aromas and flavors of green apple, lemon and toasted hazelnuts lead to a soft,
elegant, restrained finish.

Now, here is a Super Tuscan! A blend of equal parts Sangiovese, Cabernet and Merlot, Tassinaia reveals

Sangiovese mingles with the rich tannins, making it a beautifully balanced and versatile wine.

Rich and powerful, this wine is densely packed with earthy layers of dried fruits, black cherry, and
leather. Made with only the very best of the Valpolicella grapes (Corvina, Rondinella and
Molinara), Amarone is aged a minimum of 3 years in oak, and another year in the bottle. With each sip
better than the last, this wine will stand up to cheeses and chocolates like few other reds!

Sometimes called a "Super Calabrian", this treasure comes from one of southern Italy's best producers.

velvety tannins. Intense cherry perfume with hints of roasty, toasty coffee. Great with sharp cheeses,
game and veal!

This wine is big, round and juicy in the mouth nicely framed by balanced acidity and pronounced, but
well-integrated, tannins. Ripe blackberry, blueberry, and black currant flavors are followed by notes of
dark chocolate and subtle tangerine peel on the long finish. This wine will pair beautifully with such
dishes as roast lamb, citrus-glazed duck breast, and marinara based pasta.

"Vif" is French for lively, vivid or bright and this proprietary blend includes both red and white Rhone
grapes. It has a soft mouth feel and aromas of toast, mushroom and cocoa, which lead to ripe, juicy
boysenberry and black cherry flavors. This is a fun wine to drink and would pair perfectly with any
simple country dishes with earthy ingredients such as mushrooms and root vegetables, while still being
fully capable of standing up to any type of red meat.

1997 was a classic vintage in Napa Valley, arguably one of the best ever. This particular Napa Cabernet
was born from a small yielding harvest. It is a plush wine that has classic black currant and dark berry
aromas, a rich and powerful mouth feel and moderate tannins that lead to a long, elegant finish.

In Italy the Nebbiolo grape is called the “misty one” (because of the whitish blush on its dark purple
skin), producing the exalted wines of Barolo. This domestic version is a magnificent wine that has
medium dark garnet hues with enticing aromatic aromas and flavors of cherries, lavender and smoky
vanilla that are supported by just the right balance of acidity and smooth tannins.
