Gruppo braccio telescopico G (per cavo spiralato S) fissato al Gruppo 2° braccio F
e supporto martinetto H.
Inserire le prolunghe bracci L e M nel Gruppo 2° braccio F.
Gruppo supporto martinetto H fissato sulle prolunghe bracci L e M e poi con il martinetto
del Guppo 2° braccio F utilizzando la spina I.
Prolunghe anteriori bracci N e O fissato con le rispettive prolunghe L e M.
Rulli guida P e relative viti Q fissate sulle prolunghe bracci L, M, O e N.
Microinterruttore R fissato sul Gruppo torretta C.
Cavo spiralato S fissato con i supporti T sul Gruppo braccio telescopico G e sulle
prolunghe bracci M e O.
Collegare il giunto U al tubo di aspirazione J.
Serrare il tappo V al giunto U interponendo la guarnizione Z.
Saldato il passo d’uomo W sulla sommita’ della cisterna dell’attrezzatura, fissare
la proboscide interponendo la guarnizione K tra il passo d’uomo stesso ed il Gruppo
Torretta C.
Collegare infine gli attacchi 1 – 2 del cilindro pneumatico Gruppo A all’impianto

Tighten the cap V on the joint U putting between them the gasket Z.

After have welded the man way W on the bottom of the tank of the equipment, fix the
suction hose boom putting the gasket K between the man way and the turret C.

CONNETTORI Rif.3 e 4 alle ELETTROVALVOLE STESSE come da schema allegato.

Il cavo Rif.1 ( SPIRALATO ) alimenta la PULSANTIERA Rif.13.
Il cavo Rif.2 alimenta un MICROINTERRUTTORE di finecorsa per ROTAZIONE Dx - Sx
Il cavo Rif.3 alimenta l’ELETTROVALVOLA Rif.6 che comanda lo sfilo ed il rientro dei
bracci proboscide e l’ELETTROVALVOLA Rif.7 che comanda la rotazione Dx-Sx .
Il cavo Rif.4 alimenta l’ELETTROVALVOLA Rif.8 che comanda la salita e la discesa del
braccio proboscide.
La spina del cavo Rif.13 della PUSANTIERA va collegata con il cavo spiralato Rif.1 aprendo
lo sportellino della presa.
I CAVI Rif. 1-2-3-4 sono da collegare in una cassetta elettrica di comando dell’attrezzatura.
SE I COMANDI SULLA PULSANTIERA NON CORRISPONDESSERO AI MOVIMENTI

ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
HIDRAULIC SUCTION BOOM ND 200
BEFORE STARTING THE CONNECTIONS, REMOVE THE CAPS Ref. 5 e 9 from
SOLENOID VALVE Ref. 6-7-8 and the CAPS Ref. 10 e 11 from SOLENOID VALVE PLATE
Ref.12.
Fix the SOLENOID VALVE Ref. 6-7-8 on the SOLENOID VALVE PLATE Ref.12 and the
WIRINGS with the CONNECTORS Ref.3 e 4 to the SOLENOID VALVE as per attached diagram.

The cable Ref.1 gives tension to the PENDANT PUSH BUTTON STRIP Ref.13.
The cable Ref.2 gives tension at an MICROSWITCH for the ROTATIONN RIGHT - LEFT
The cable Ref.3 gives tension at the SOLENOID VALVE Ref.6 for the movements of the
suction boom arms and the SOLENOID VALVE Ref.7 that acts the rotation RIGHT - LEFT.
The cable Ref.4 gives tension to the SOLENOID VALVE Ref.8 that acts the lifting and the
lowering of the suction boom arm.
The pine of the cable Ref.13 of the pendant push button strip has to be connected with the
corrugated cable Ref.1 opening the tap door.
The cables Ref. 1-2-3-4 have to be connected in a wiring box for the equipment control.
IF THE PENDANT PUSH BUTTON STRIP COMAND NOT CORRESPOND TO THE
SUCTION BOOM, PLEASE INVERT THE CONNECTIONS OF THE CABLES Ref.3 and 4
ON THE SOLENOID VALVES.
