VADEMECUM
• Si raccomanda di prendere le misure dopo aver posato il piatto doccia ed il rivestimento.
• Specificare le misure dal rivestimento stesso fino al bordo esterno del piatto doccia (misura B).
• Nel caso di chiusura a nicchia, si raccomanda di rilevare le misure a 20 cm, 100 cm e a 180 cm circa di altezza dal piatto doccia.
• Controllare sempre il raggio di curvatura per i piatti semicircolari e controllare sempre la messa a piombo dei muri.
• Specificare sempre in fase di ordine se la chiusura doccia verrà installata sopra un piatto doccia o a filo pavimento.
• *Dove non diversamente indicato, la misura di estensibilità si riferisce alla misura reale della chiusura doccia (misura A), che noi
consigliamo di installare a ca. 10 mm dal bordo esterno del piatto.

MANUTENZIONE
MAINTENANCE
Un montaggio qualificato e una corretta manutenzione sono requisiti fondamentali per fruire al meglio della qualità Glass.
Particolarmente importante è limitare l’applicazione del silicone alle zone indicate:
ogni cabina è infatti progettata per ridurne al minimo l’utilizzo.
Sono consigliati dei controlli periodici delle cabine, in quanto le sollecitazioni dovute all’utilizzo e al peso
possono causare dei cambiamenti di funzione. Diversamente, se le stesse non vengono utilizzate per un tempo prolungato, è
raccomandabile l’utilizzo di un liquido lubrificante sulle componenti meccaniche.
Attenzione speciale è da riservare ai materiali di consumo: nello specifico si consiglia
di sostituire le guarnizioni ogni 2 - 3 anni, a seconda della frequenza di utilizzo.

It is particularly important to limit the application of silicone to the indicated areas:
every shower enclosure is designed to reduce its use to a minimum.
Periodic controls of the shower enclosures are recommended since stress due to use and weight
could cause changes in function. On the other hand, if they are not used for any length of time,
it is advisable to apply a liquid lubricant to the mechanical parts.
Special attention should be paid to wear materials: more specifically
it is recommended to change the gaskets once every 2 - 3 years, depending on the frequency of use.
PULIZIA
CLEANING
1. Utilizzare, per la pulizia, panni morbidi e detergenti liquidi neutri non abrasivi.
Non usare panni con fibre sintetiche, spugne abrasive, tamponi con fili metallici, detersivi solidi e liquidi
contenenti abrasivi, alcool, acidi di uso domestico, acetone o altri solventi perché intaccano la superficie.
2. • Evitare la formazione di depositi calcarei con la pulizia periodica.
• Dopo la pulizia sciacquare bene con acqua per eliminare definitivamente i residui del prodotto di pulizia.
• Nel caso di un forte deposito calcareo si consiglia succo di limone.
ATTENZIONE Non utilizzare succo di limone se il cristallo ha il Trattamento Anticalcare.
3. Non usare preparati per bagno [sali ecc.] che possono intaccare polistirolo e simili.

1. Use soft cloths and non-abrasive mild liquid detergents for cleaning.
Do not use synthetic fibre cloths, scouring pads, metal pads, abrasive detergents whether liquid or solid, alcohol, acids for
domestic use, acetone or other solvents, which would damage the surface.
2. • Clean regularly to prevent the build-up of scale.
• After cleaning rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove any cleaner residue.
• Use lemon juice if scale has built up.
CAUTION Do not use lemon juice on glass with anti-limescale treatment.
3. Do not use shower gels or bath salts that could react with polystyrene and similar materials.

La presa misura e l'installazione delle chiusure doccia ad opera di un Centro Assistenza Autorizzato Glass dà diritto ad
un'estensione della garanzia standard.
Glass extends the statutory period of guarantee when the measure-taking and installation of the shower enclosure are carried
out by an Authorized Service Centre.

Tutti i prodotti sono garantiti al consumatore secondo le disposizioni di legge del Paese in cui il prodotto viene commercializzato.
L'estensione della garanzia è da ritenersi valida per le sole parti coperte dalla garanzia standard.
The consumer receives a guarantee on all products according to the provisions of law of the Country in which the product is sold.
The guarantee extention applies only to parts covered by standard guarantee.

CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI VENDITA
SALES TERMS
1
CONSEGNE Si intendono sempre effettuate su base Franco Fabbrica EXW (Incoterms® 2010) presso la sede di Glass Idromassaggio S.r.l., via Baite 12/e 31046
Oderzo, salvo diverso accordo risultante per iscritto.
2 SPEDIZIONI I prodotti viaggiano a rischio e pericolo dell’acquirente, anche se spediti in porto franco. I termini di consegna indicati nelle proposte d’ordine, nelle conferme
d’ordine o comunque nella corrispondenza intercorsa tra le parti si intendono in ogni caso indicativi e non vincolanti per Glass Idromassaggio S.r.l.
3 ANNULLAMENTO ORDINI L’ordine confermato e ricevuto dall’acquirente costituisce proposta ferma d’acquisto. Nessun ordine, infatti, potrà essere annullato senza
l’esplicito consenso scritto di Glass Idromassaggio S.r.l. che, in caso contrario avrà la facoltà di addebitare gli oneri inerenti.
4 RITIRI L’acquirente non può rifiutare di prendere in consegna i prodotti acquistati. In caso di rifiuto dei prodotti acquistati, Glass Idromassaggio S.r.l. potrà ritenere
risolto, per inadempimento dell’acquirente, il contratto, e l’acquirente sarà tenuto a corrispondere a Glass Idromassaggio S.r.l., a titolo di penale, un importo pari al 25
% del prezzo pattuito, oltre alle spese ed agli oneri sopportati ed al risarcimento dei danni subiti.
5 PAGAMENTI Dovranno avvenire presso la sede di Glass Idromassaggio S.r.l. entro i termini e le forme stabilite. Sui pagamenti in ritardo, senza pregiudizio di
ogni altra azione, decorrono gli interessi di mora previsti dal D. lgs. 231/2002 fermo restando il diritto di Glass Idromassaggio S.r.l., nel caso in cui il ritardo nel
pagamento superi 15 (quindici) giorni, di dichiarare l’immediata risoluzione del contratto di compravendita per inadempimento dell’acquirente con il diritto di ottenere
la restituzione dei prodotti eventualmente consegnati, a spese di quest’ultimo, e di agire per il risarcimento danno.
Il pagamento deve essere effettuato in misura integrale anche in caso di contestazione o controversia. Non è ammessa, infatti, se non con l’esplicito consenso scritto
di Glass Idromassaggio S.r.l., la compensazione con eventuali crediti vantati nei confronti di Glass Idromassaggio S.r.l..
6 RISERVA DI PROPRIETÀ Tutti i prodotti rimangono di proprietà di Glass Idromassaggio S.r.l. sino al completo pagamento di tutte le fatture e le spese accessorie
ad essi relative ai sensi e per gli effetti dell’art. 1523 codice civile. L’acquirente si impegna ad attuare tutte le misure necessarie per rendere tale riserva di proprietà
efficace ed opponibile nei confronti di terzi.
7 RECLAMI Glass Idromassaggio S.r.l. garantisce la qualità dei prodotti e la loro conformità alle indicazioni contenute nella proposta d’ordine. I prodotti si intendono
conformi quando appartengono allo stesso genere e tipo pattuito e possiedono le qualità essenziali all’uso cui sono normalmente destinati. L’acquirente è tenuto
ad esaminare i prodotti contestualmente alla presa in consegna degli stessi. Eventuali reclami dovranno pervenire alla Società entro 10 giorni dalla consegna dei
prodotti, a mezzo raccomandata a.r., a pena di decadenza di ogni diritto. I resi verranno presi in consegna solo a seguito di espressa autorizzazione scritta di Glass
Idromassaggio S.r.l.
8 VARIE Nessun accordo orale o scritto, oltre a quelli segnati sulla copia commissione e approvati dalla Società, può impegnare una delle due parti; l’eventuale
assicurazione della merce dovrà essere esplicitamente richiesta e le spese relative saranno a carico del Committente.
9 CONTROVERSIE In ogni caso di controversia derivante dal contratto di compravendita e/o di contestazione o mancato o ritardato pagamento, si conviene la
competenza esclusiva del Foro di Treviso.
10 LEGGE APPLICABILE Il contratto di vendita dei prodotti è regolato dalla legge italiana.
Il produttore si riserva il diritto di modificare, senza obbligo di preavviso, le caratteristiche dei prodotti illustrati in questo catalogo.
Per le predisposizioni dei pannelli doccia si raccomanda esclusivamente la consultazione delle schede tecniche fornite dalla casa produttrice.
I prezzi del presente listino si intendono al netto di I.V.A.

VADEMECUM
DELIVERY Always considered as ex works (EXW-Incoterms® 2010) at Glass Idromassaggio S.r.l., via Baite 12/e 31046 Oderzo, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
DISPATCH The products travel at the buyer’s risk even if delivered carriage paid. The delivery terms indicated in the order proposals, order confirmations or in any
other correspondence between the parties are in any case considered as approximate and not binding for Glass Idromassaggio S.r.l.
3 ORDER CANCELLATION The confirmed order received from the buyer represents a firm purchase proposal. No order may be cancelled without the explicit written
confirmation of Glass Idromassaggio S.r.l., which shall otherwise be entitled to charge relative expenses.
4 COLLECTION The buyer may not refuse to accept the purchased products. Should the purchased products be refused,Glass Idromassaggio S.r.l. may consider the
agreement as terminated due to breach thereof by the buyer andthe buyer shall be obliged to pay Glass Idromassaggio S.r.l., by way of penalty, an amount equivalent
to 25 % of the agreed price plus the expenses and charges incurred and compensation for damage.
5 PAYMENT Shall be made to Glass Idromassaggio S.r.l. within the dates and with the terms that have been established. Default interest as provided for by Italian
Legislative Decree 231/2002 shall commence on late payments, without prejudice to all and any other action Glass Idromassaggio S.r.l., should the delay in
payment exceed 15 (fifteen) days, has the right to declare the immediate termination of the sale agreement due to breach thereof by the buyer. In such event, Glass
Idromassaggio S.r.l. shall also be entitled to have any delivered products returned at the expense of the buyer and to take action to obtain compensation for damage.
Payment shall be made in full even in the event of complaint or dispute. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Glass Idromassaggio S.r.l., under no circumstances
may payment be offset against any sums owed by Glass Idromassaggio S.r.l.
6 RETENTION OF TITLE All the products remain property of Glass Idromassaggio S.r.l. until full payment of all invoices and additional expenses related to the same
as per section 1523 of the Italian Civil Code. The buyer agrees to take all the necessary measures to make this retention of title effective and enforceable in respect
of third parties.
7 COMPLAINTS Glass Idromassaggio S.r.l. guarantees the quality of the products and their conformity with the information contained in the order proposal. The
products are considered as conform when they belong to the same agreed kind and type and have the essential qualities for the use they are normally intended for.
For the buyer is obliged to inspect the products at the moment of delivery. Any complaints shall be made to the Company by means of recorded delivery letter with
return receipt within 10 days from delivery of the products, otherwise all and every right is forfeited. Returns will only be accepted with express written permission
by Glass Idromassaggio S.r.l.
8 OTHER No verbal or written agreement, other than those marked on the order and approved by the Company, may be binding on either party; any insurance of the
goods shall be explicitly requested and the relative expenses will be charged to the Client.
9 DISPUTES For all and any dispute deriving from the sale agreement, other dispute or late or no-payment, it is agreed that the sole place of jurisdiction shall be the
Law Court of Treviso.
10 APPLICABLE LAW The sale agreement of the products is governed by Italian law.
