MOTORS FOR “CASSETTE” INDOOR UNITS
Il progetto dei motori di questa serie è stato
finalizzato alla soddisfazione dei requisiti
essenziali tipici della loro applicazione: le unità
terminali a soffitto di tipo “Cassette” sia in
versione idronica che ad espansione diretta.
Designing this motors series, it has been taken
in consideration the satisfaction of the typical
requirements of their application: the ceiling
cassettes both in air conditioner/heat pump
and hydronic versions.
Essi si caratterizzano per l’elevato grado di
silenziosità, ottenuto tramite l’accurata
lavorazione dei componenti, l’utilizzo di cuscinetti
a sfere selezionati e di supporto antivibranti
appositamente studiati.
The motors distinguished themselves for the
very silent running obtained by components
accurate machining, the adoption of selected
ball bearings and properly designed vibration
damping supports.
Il loro alto grado di affidabilità è avvalorato sia da
prove di vita all’origine che da risultati sul campo.
Their high degree of reliability has been
confirmed by in house life tests and good field
results.
Essi sono disponibili in due serie:
The motors are available in 2 series:
-Serie K35 con ø esterno 98 mm, adatta per
ventole a reazione con pala rovescia con ø
massimo di 300 mm.
- Serie K48 con ø esterno di 125 mm adatta per
ventole di grandi dimensioni o per impieghi
gravosi.
– Litght serie K35, with outside Ø of 98 mm, for
300 mm max Ø backward curved blade

– Heavy serie K48, with outside Ø of 125 mm,
for same fan up to 480 mm Ø or heavy duty.

Technical Features
– Motore asincrono monofase ad induzione, a
condensatore sempre inserito
– Alimentazione 230V 50Hz (altre tensioni a
frequenze a richiesta)
– Polarità: 4/6 poli
– 3 o più velocità (disponibili anche ad 1 velocità
per regolazione di velocità esterna)
– Classe di isolamento B od F
– Esecuzione normalmente chiusa o aperta sulle
alte potenze
– Corpo in alluminio fuso nella versione K35 o con
carcassa in lamiera di acciaio, saldata, calibrata e
verniciata con resina alchidica polimerizzata a
forno e scudi in alluminio nella versione K48
– Supporti realizzati con cuscinetti a sfere, doppio
schermo, lubrificati a vita con grasso adatto per
temperature di funzionamento da -30 a +130°C
– Protettore termico a riarmo automatico
incorporato
– Fornito con supporti antvibranti montati.
– Asynchronous motors, single phase,
permanent split capacitor
– Supply 230V 50Hz (other voltages and
frequencies on request)
– Polarity: 4/6 poles
– Three or multispeed version (one speed
available for external speed regulation)
– Insulation class B or F
– Normally totally enclosed version or open
endshield for higher power output
– Serie K3 diecast Alluminium body – Serie
K48 welded rolled steel shell and diecasted
alluminium enshields
– Double shielded ball bearings, lubricated for
life with grease for temperature range from 30ｰ to 130°C
– Internal thermal protector automatic reset
