a nuova linea Tekno Point a portata di refrigerante variabile (VRF) è in grado di soddisfare richieste di
raffrescamento/riscaldamento di locali caratterizzati da ampie superfici (edifici commerciali, uffici, scuole, complessi
alberghieri) con un completo controllo di prestazioni e consumi (potenza modulabile dal 10% al 100%).
Un'unica unità esterna può gestire fino a 32 unità interne con una distanza tra unità esterna ed interna che può
arrivare fino a 150 metri.

PRINCIPIO DI FUNZIONAMENTO
OPERATION PRINCIPLE
I
l compressore scroll digitale è dotato di una valvola a solenoide a due posizioni in grado di controllare la potenza
erogata: quando la valvola è chiusa, la spirale fissa è premuta contro la spirale mobile ed il compressore è in
grado di comprimere la portata di refrigerante (funzionamento a CARICO), mentre quando la valvola a solenoide
è aperta, la spirale fissa si separa dalla mobile, ed anche se il compressore funziona, nessuna portata di refrigerante
viene compressa ed inviata alla mandata (funzionamento a VUOTO).
T he digital scroll compressor which utilizes the axial compliant sealing technology precisely adjusts the axial
moving range of the stator scroll pan. And there is an additional connecting by pass between the suction inlet and
the pressure bore at the floating sealing point of axial stator.
W hen the PWM solenoid valve is open, the pressure in the pressure bore is released. The pressure in the
compression is higher than the top of the stator, than the stator axis of the compressor will move upward a little.
So high pressure bore and low pressure inlet is connected and the unloading is achieved.

VARIABLE CAPACITY SYSTEM

upponiamo che la capacità totale della macchina sia di 10 HP e che la durata di un ciclo di compressione sia
di 20 secondi. Se la potenza richiesta è di 5 HP (50% della capacità totale), la durata del tempo di funzionamento
a CARICO è di 10 sec. e quella del funzionamento a VUOTO è di altri 10 sec. Le figure seguenti rappresentano
schematicamente la capacità prodotta, nel caso in cui essa sia rispettivamente del 100%, 50% e 10%.

uppose full capacity is 7 kW, and control cycle is 20 seconds. If output needs 3.5 kW (50% of the full capacity),
then loading time account for 50% of the total time. That is, 10 seconds respectively for both loading time and
unloading time. If you need to output 1.4 kW (20% of the full capacity), then the load time will take up 20% of the
total time, that is , 4 seconds for loading and 16 seconds for unloading. This formula applies to other numbers.

Il sistema Digital Scroll è esente da emissioni elettromagnetiche (a differenza dei sistemi a tecnologia Inverter)
poichè la modulazione avviene esclusivamente attraverso spostamenti meccanici. Tale caratteristica viene
particolarmente apprezzata nelle installazioni su data-center, emittenti radiofoniche e televisive, laboratori di ricerca
e in tutti gli ambienti dove le interferenze elettromagnetiche possono creare un serio problema per il proprio lavoro.

igital Scroll System causes no electromagnetic disturbance, since the loading and unloading of compressor
are merely mechanical movements. This peculiarity becomes essential for installations in data-center, radio/television
station, test labs and in all places where the electronic disturbance can interfere in own work.

alla taglia dell'unità esterna e alla configurazione dell'impianto.

Controller centralizzato
Central control monitor
l controller centralizzato può gestire fino a 64 unità interne. Il PC può
gestire fino a 16 controller centrallizzati. Il controllo remoto rappresenta la
scelta ideale per la gestione di un gran numero di unità interne, appartenenti
anche a differenti impianti: l'installazione è consigliata in scuole, centri
commerciali e in tutti gli edifici dove vi sia un'esigenza di un controllo
climatico centralizzato e puntuale.

16 central monitors at most. The central control monitor is the
perfect solution for installations in schools, offices and in all
buildings for exact climatic control.
