È più importante come si dorme
di quanto si dorme.
Nello scegliere un materasso dobbiamo considerare
che esso deve adattarsi alla nostra persona, quindi
non si può parlare di un materasso ideale assoluto
ma andrà provato e scelto in base alle proprie
caratteristiche fisiche ed esigenze corporee.
Altezza e peso sono elementi importanti per
determinare la scelta del proprio materasso. Chi ha
un peso ed un’altezza maggiore dovrà scegliere un
supporto più rigido e chi invece ha un peso inferiore
dovrà scegliere un materasso più anatomico.
La colonna vertebrale, durante la notte, dopo
gli sforzi e gli stress quotidiani, deve recuperare
l’equilibrio e la postura naturale. Ecco che un
supporto troppo rigido crea punti di pressione e un
letto troppo morbido è incapace di sostenerci.
Il supporto ottimale si ha con un letto anatomico
con un’adeguata elasticità e rigidità per un perfetto
scarico della colonna vertebrale.
Durante il sonno la colonna vertebrale si riposa
e si scarica allungandosi di 2 cm circa, pronta per
affrontare una nuova giornata di lavoro.

must adapt to our bodies. This means no mattress
can be the absolute ideal, but should be chosen
according to our own physical characteristics and
body needs.
Height and weight are important elements for
choosing a mattress. Taller, heavier people should
choose a firmer support and lighter people should
choose a more anatomical mattress.

After a day’s stress and strain the spine must restore
its natural balance and posture during the night so
too firm a support will create
pressure points and too soft a bed will not give
enough support. The ideal is provided by an
anatomical bed with suitable elasticity and firmness
for perfect relief of the spine.
In this way during sleep the spine rests and is relieved
lengthening itself by approximately 2cm, ready to
face a new working day.

Durante la notte il nostro corpo rilascia circa 2 lt di sudore che vanno a depositarsi nella parte sottostante del materasso aumentando il ristagno di
umidita’ e l’eventuale possibilita’ di comparsa di muffa. Il particolare tessuto a trama larga 3D posto nella parte sottostante elimina gli eventuali ristagni
di umidita’ e favorisce il ricircolo d’aria all’interno del materasso, inoltre puo’ essere usato in estate come lato piu’ traspirante e fresco.

Tra le principali certificazioni di conformità, qualità e sicurezza, basti
ricordare la speciale 1IM del Ministero dell’interno per la resistenza al
fuoco. Alcuni prodotti sono certifiticati “DISPOSITIVO MEDICO”
CLASSE I (direttiva 93/42/cee).
