comunemente noto con il nome di bagno turco,
ha origini antichissime, che lo riconducono
all’epoca romana prima e soprattutto al periodo
(dal VII sec) in cui in tutto il medio oriente
imperava l’egemonia, la cultura e la religione
islamica. Da questa pratica così antica, ancor
oggi il vapore viene utilizzato per stimolare la
sudorazione ed eliminare con essa l’acido lattico,
l’acido urico e le tossine. Quando infatti in un
ambiente il vapore supera la quantità d’acqua
presente nell’epidermide, si produce sulla stessa
uno strato di umidità che sprigiona calore al
corpo e che, assieme al vapore, aiuta la
circolazione sanguigna linfatica, sciogliendo le
tossine e favorendone l’espulsione. Il bagno di
vapore può essere azionato sia manualmente che
con comando digitale. Un sistema di sicurezza
con spegnimento automatico della funzione
bagno di vapore riduce sprechi energetici e
permette di concentrare al massimo l’efficacia
salutare del trattamento, limitando sedute con
tempi troppo lunghi che potrebbero rivelarsi

origins that go back to Roman times and from
the VII century onwards, when the Islamic culture
and religion were prevalent in the Middle East and
Mediterranean. Based on this ancient practice,
today’s steam baths stimulate perspiration and
subsequently help to eliminate acids and toxins
from the skin cells, which the human body collects
through the food chain and from the atmosphere.
Once exposed to steam, a layer of warm water
forms over the whole body, opening the pores and
permitting these liquefied fats containing all toxins
to pass through the skin. Through this natural
perspiration, the body disposes all the stored
toxins and drains blocked lymphatic liquids
already after a few minutes. The steam bath can
be offered with a basic manual control version up
to the most sophisticated digital systems. In all
products, an automatic safety control cuts off the
steam generation when the set temperature is
reached, thus also reducing energy and water
consumption.

psicofisico. La cromoterapia è una medicina
antica che l’attuale civiltà occidentale ha
riscoperto e che viene oggi annoverata tra
le cosiddette “medicine alternative”. E’ anche
definita medicina integrativa (si integra facilmente
ad altre terapie o trattamenti per potenziarne
il risultato), in quanto usa i colori per aiutare
il corpo e la psiche a ritrovare il loro naturale
equilibrio. I colori possono essere assorbiti dal
nostro organismo in diversi modi. Ogni colore
ha degli effetti terapeutici diversi e la preferenza
di un colore piuttosto di un altro denota specifiche
caratteristiche psichiche e comportamentali.
The energy of colours and light for physical
and mental wellbeing, Chromotherapy is an
ancient art that today’s western civilisation has
rediscovered and now uses as one of the
alternative medicines. It is also called a
supplemental medicine (it easily complements
other therapies or treatments and enhances their
results), since it uses colours to help body and
mind regain their natural balance. Each colour
has different therapeutic effects and is absorbed
in a different way by the body. Preference for a

Il rosso possiede spiccate proprietà energetiche
e stimolanti. Agisce sul cuore aumentando
il numero dei battiti, sui muscoli aumentando la
tensione. Influisce sulla vitalità ed incrementa la
temperatura corporea, sviluppa la competizione,
eccita la passione e la sensualità.
Il blu ha particolari proprietà calmanti. Stimola
il sistema parasimpatico, riduce la pressione
arteriosa, il ritmo della respirazione e la
frequenza cardiaca. Ha effetti analgesici,
antispastici, rilassanti. Combatte l’agitazione sia
fisica che mentale ed è usato per favorire il
rilassamento e la distensione.
Il verde è invece un colore dalle caratteristiche
riequilibranti, rinfrescanti e rigeneranti. Regola
la ghiandola pituitaria e viene usato contro
gli stati depressivi, le bulimie e nelle forme
psicosomatiche che influenzano l’apparato
gastroenterico. Sedativo del sistema nervoso,
aiuta a combattere irritabilità, insonnia
ed esaurimento.
Il giallo è il colore che incrementa maggiormente
il tono neuro-muscolare. Purifica il sangue
e favorisce la digestione, arrivando ad avere
anche effetti depurativi. In ambito psichico
è un forte stimolatore di allegria, suscita
sicurezza, estroversione e senso di benessere.
Il bianco rigenera, dona energia e riequilibra
il ritmo cronobiologico, stimolando la produzione
di serotonina, la sostanza regolatrice del sistema
nervoso e del sonno.Nelle persone che soffrono
di depressione stagionale riporta in equilibrio
il sistema psicofisico e ormonale.
Red has strong energetic and stimulating

Blue has particular soothing properties.
It stimulates the parasympathetic system and

Green is a colour with re-balancing, refreshing
and regenerating properties. It is used to combat
depression, bulimia and psychosomatic states
that affect the gastric system. Green sedates
the nervous system and therefore helps reduce
irritability, sleeplessness and exhaustion.
Yellow is the colour that boosts neuromuscular
activity. It purifies the blood and helps digestion

White regenerates, gives energy and stabilises

Otto getti multispruzzo laterali tonificano
i muscoli del torace e della schiena. Il miscelatore
termostatico e il deviatore selezionano
temperature e funzioni. Quattro dimensioni

ad angolo e a parete, apertura destra o
sinistra per l’installazione in qualsiasi spazio.
Andros® è anche disponibile nella configurazione
con bagno di vapore, che integra l’idrocabina

Toughened glass walls 8 mm thick create
a construction of light that remains clean and
bright thanks to the special scale-preventive
treatment, Shining Glass®. An eye-catching
modern anodised aluminium structure in the
centre contains the whole wellbeing system.
The Raindance® S Air 180 shower head mixes
air and water in a restoring deluge similar to
a tropical downpour. The sliding showerhead
Raindance® S Air 100 3 jet can reach every part
of the body with a regenerating massage.
The thermostatic mixer and diverter are used to
select the ideal water temperature with functions
to tone the muscles of the chest and the lumbar
area thanks to the action of the 8 side jets.
Andros® comes in 4 sizes (90x70, 83x83,
90x90, 100x100) and 2 versions (corner or wall
installation), which increase its adaptability to any
bathroom. Andros® is also available with steam
bath function, for which the manual shower cabin
is fitted with an elegant and modern roof made
of frosted tempered glass, a steam generator
perfectly incorporated into the anodised
aluminium tower and a drain in the shower tray
for the condensation. The steam bath function
is activated by simply pressing a button; a second
button is fitted for switching the light on and off
(standard). The steam dispenser has adjustable
slats so that the steam can be directed inside the
shower cabin as desired.
