PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Soundproofing material made of a polymeric compound with mineral fillers. A high‐density heavy layer thermoformed soundproofing material with a wider range of applications, including metal, fibreglass, plastic, plywood or brick structures. The product can be used alone or as an insert in plastic porous multi‐layer foam (PE or PU) materials in synthetic or mineral fibre. The product is environmental friendly. It is bitumen and halogen free and does not contain substances hazardous to human health and the environment. Fully compliant with GADSL regulations. APPLICATIONS AND SECTORS OF USE • automotive • various machines and machinery • driver cabs in industrial vehicles and trucks • building and construction industry • etc. USES The material can be applied on both flat and curved surfaces. It can be die cut. It is easily cut with a normal cutter or industrial shears. Sheets are also available coupled with adhesive transfer on one side and/or with aluminium film (reinforced or embossed) or spunbond nonwoven fabric (PES/PET or PP). The use of a layer of removable non‐sticky film is forecast for standard versions. Other finishings can be quoted upon request. When using the self‐adhesive solution, it is advisable to apply the material at approximately 20°C.
