Genius is a new flow-limiting device which, inserted
in our brass or platic fittings, can save up to 70%

Imballo
L’imballo è a carico del committente, da noi fatturato al prezzo
di costo. Lo stesso non è accettato di ritorno.
Consegne
I termini di consegna da noi indicati s’intendono sempre approssimativi e mai impegnativi. Non danno il diritto al committente d’annullare l’ordinazione, restando inoltre esclusa ogni e
qualsiasi nostra responsabilità per danni diretti e indiretti che
possono derivare dal ritardo della fornitura.
Reclami
Eventuali reclami devono essere fatti per iscritto entro 8 giorni
dal ricevimento della merce. Si precisa che la nostra responsabilità si limita alla pura sostituzione dei pezzi e degli articoli
che venissero riscontrati difettosi. Resta pertanto esclusa ogni e
qualsiasi responsabilità per danni provocati a persone o cose in
conseguenza degli articoli difettosi di cui sopra.
Pagamenti
I pagamenti devono essere fatti entro i termini stabiliti direttamente presso il nostro domicilio in Monticelli Brusati (Brescia).

competenza del Tribunale di Brescia.

Delivery Terms
The goods are always given Ex our factory, but also in case of delivery free destination, the goods travel always at buyer’s risk, and in
case, it is the buyer that must bear any responsibility and any cost
for claims or actions against the carrier.
Packing
The packing is at buyer’s cost, we will invoice it at cost price. We do
not accept returns of packing.
Delivery time
The time of delivery that we indicate must always be considered as
approximate and never binding.
The client cannot cancel the order even in case of delay, and we
are not responsable for direct or indirect damages due to the delay.
Complaints
Complaints must be presented, in writting, within 8 days from receipt of the goods.
We are responsible only for defective parts or articles, that will
be replaced. While, as above mentioned, we are not liable for any
other damage due to carrier etc.
Payments
Payments must be effected within the terms agreeded, directly to
our domicile in Monticelli Brusati (Brescia). After the expiry we will
calculate the commercial interest on the amounts still due. Delay
in payment will authorize us to stop any current order.

In case of disputes Brescia court is the only competent court to settle any controversies.
