Menz & Gasser viene fondata a Lana (Trentino Alto Adige/Südtirol)
nel 1935 come azienda trasformatrice di frutta, specializzandosi
presto nella produzione di confetture e semilavorati di frutta di alta
qualità.
Oggi l’Azienda è strutturata in quattro divisioni: Prodotti a Marchio,
Private Label, Industria e Servizi&Confezionamento.
Core business sono le confetture in monoporzione per Ho.Re.Ca.,
per le quali Menz & Gasser è oggi leader europeo.
Menz & Gasser was founded in Lana (Trentino Südtirol, Italy)
in 1935 as a fruit processing company, soon specializing in the
production of high quality jams and semi-processed fruit products.
Nowadays the Company is structured into 4 different business
divisions: M&G branded Products, Private Label, Industry and
Services&Packaging.
The core business is that of single portion jams for the Food Service,
for which Menz Gasser is today’s European leader.
